Abstract

This training is to provide understanding to school principals and teachers about the importance of developing the Pancasila student profile which is currently in effect in the independent curriculum. The targets for this Community Service group activity are leaders, teaching staff and education staff at SDN Oeteas, Rote Ndao Regency. The activity was carried out for 2 days from 7-8 September 2023. The main material presented was to provide education and workshops through assisting Pancasila student profile project creators and providing practice/simulations regarding concrete steps in preparing teaching modules and Pancasila student profile projects. The method used in carrying out activities is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The PKM activities were applied with lecture activities and strengthened through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) discussions and questions and answers between presenters/stakeholders and participants. The number of participants who took part in the training was 35 teachers. The results of the training show that the participants have understood and mastered the material regarding the creation of the Pancasila student profile project module and have resulted in the Pancasila student project module directly practicing the concrete steps in preparing all the documents required in the module. The training participants were very enthusiastic in taking part in this activity because it was a requirement in the independent curriculum.Keywords: development; pancasila student profile; strengtheningAbstrakPelatihan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah dan guru akan pentingnya pengembangan profile pelajar Pancasila yang saat ini sedang berlaku pada kurikulum merdeka. Sasaran dalam kegiatan kelompok Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu para pimpinan, tenaga pendidik maupun kependidikan di SDN Oeteas Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 Hari mulai tanggal 7–8 September 2023. Materi pokok yang disampaikan adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan workshop lewat pendampingan pembuat proyek profile pelajar pancasila dan memberikan praktek/simulasi mengenai langkah-langkah konkrit dalam mempersiapkan modul ajar dan proyek profile pelajar Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan PKM tersebut, diaplikasikan dengan aktifitas ceramah dan dikuatkan melalui diskusi FGD (Focus Group Discussion) serta tanya jawab antara pemateri/stakeholders dengan peserta. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 35 orang guru. Hasil Pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan penguasaan materi tentang pembuat modul proyek profile pelajar Pancasila sudah dipahami oleh peserta dan menghasil modul proyek pelajar Pancasila  mempraktekkan secara langsung langkah-langkah kongkrit dalam mempersiapkan semua dokumen yang dipersyaratkan dalam modul. Para peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini dikrenakan menjadi tuntutan dalam kurikulum merdeka.Kata Kunci: pengembangan; profile pelajar pancasila; penguatan

Abstract

Tujuan dari riset ini ialah mengevaluasi proses belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Context, Input, Process, Product pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dalam pra penelitian di SMP Negeri 12 Kupang, peneliti menemukan guru belum mengetahui kebutuhan dasar siswa. Guru belum mengetahui latar belakang siswa serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tipe riset ini menggunakan pendekatan context, input, process, product. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pertama, pelaksanaan proses belajar dilihat dari segi konteks tergolong baik. Kedua, perencanaan program, ditemukan tidak terdapat analisis kebutuhan. Pelaksanaan program pembelajaran ditinjau dari segi input masuk dalam kategori baik. ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih dalam kategori kurang efektif ditinjau dari segi proses. Keempat, guru melaksanakan pendahuluan dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan rancangan yang ada di dalam RPP. Kelima, program pembelajaran perlu dirancang terstruktur sesuai dengan alokasi waktu karena menjadi faktor penentu dalam proses pembelajaran, keluasan dan kedalam materi pelajaran.

Abstract

Analysis of the management and administration of education based on PP. 17 of 2010, that the management and administration of education is an inseparable part of the 8 national education standards as a benchmark for the quality of education implementation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques by interviewing 3 education managers or administrators. The results found are as follows: 1) evaluate the management and implementation of education, there needs to be an increase in the competency of education personnel and education staff in each education unit so that education quality is achieved. 2) implementation of education management and administration requires good collaboration between education units and stakeholders such as parents, non-educational institutions or education practitioners to improve the quality of education management and administration. 3) the relevance of education management that has been carried out based on Law no. 17 of 2010 that the relevance of existing education is running well, but there needs to be equal distribution of educational facilities and infrastructure and funding for education with a touch of educational technology as a means of learning. The conclusion from the analysis is that the evaluation, implementation and relevance of education management and administration are effective and efficient but need to be transparent in management.

Abstract

Community Service Activities carried out at GMIT Seydon Alor aim to empower women economically through Transformative Christian Religious Education by training in making bokasi fertilizer. The targets of the Community Service Activities are the women of GMIT Seydon Alor, totaling 75 women. The target of the activity is making bokasi fertilizer to improve the economy of women. Because their livelihood is agriculture. Outcomes from Community Service Activities at GMIT Seydon- Alor Regency. It can be concluded that the results of the activity had a good impact, as the women of GMIT Seydon were enthusiastic about making bokasi fertilizer and everyone was able to independently make bokasi fertilizer because so far they had difficulty getting fertilizer. The congregation, in this case the women, buy urea fertilizer from the shop and if urea fertilizer is used for a long period of time and continuously it can damage the nutrients in the soil. So, with community service activities carried out by the IAKN Kupang Postgraduate through education on making bokasi fertilizer, they realize that the surrounding environment can produce natural fertilizer. From the activities carried out for three days, the women of GMIT Syeidon Alor were able to produce bokasi fertilizer which can be used for their agriculture.

Abstract

Implementing multicultural education is essential in education, as it fosters respectful attitudes among students and promotes a deep understanding of religious tolerance. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of multicultural education influences the level of religious tolerance at Payeti Christian Middle School, East Sumba Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzes the data using descriptive statistics with the SPSS 27 application. The results of the study found that the application of multicultural education increased religious tolerance by 33.2% > 5%, which means that Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. Thus, multicultural education significantly impacts the degree of religious tolerance, as demonstrated by the P5 initiative at Payeti Christian Middle School in East Sumba Regency. Therefore, the implementation of multicultural education to increase religious tolerance needs to be carried out sustainably.

Abstract

The Objective of this study was to recognize the influence of teachers professional competence toward job satisfactions, influence of school culture toward job satisfactions and combination the influence of teachers professional competence and school culture toward job satisfactions. The research method used was a quantitative research method with a sample of 215 teachers who are representative of each subject chosen in a proportional random sampling. The data were collected with instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability for independent variables of both school cultures and job satisfaction dependent variables while the first independent variables of teachers professional competence were derived from the results of online teachers competence test. Result of research: 1) there was significant influence of teachers professional competence toward job satisfactions equal to R2 = 0,047 = 4,7%; 2) there was significant influence of school culture on job satisfactions equal to R2 = 0, 513 = 51,3%, 3) the combination of professional competence and school culture there was significant influence on job satisfactions equal to R2 = 0,522 = 52,2%.
