Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng.Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 orang pegawai.Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Soppeng. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, prestasi kerja Abstract This research aims: 1) to analyze the effect of training on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency, 2) to analyze the effect of work motivation on work performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency, 3) to analyze the effect of career development on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency, 4) to analyze the effect of training,work motivation and career development simultaneously on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency.Samplingtechnique in this study using by census method, so the number of samples examined as many as 50 employees. For testing the hypothesis by using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: 1) training has positive and significant effect on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency,2) work motivation has positive and significant effect on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency, 3) career development has positive and significant effect on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency, 4) training, work motivation, and career development simultaneously have positive and significant effect on work performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit, Soppeng Regency. Abstract

Combination of kapok leaf extract (Ceiba pertandra G.) and turmeric extract (Curcuma domestica Va.) was carried out to determine the potential of extracts in treating cancer with BSLT and murine cells P388. Cancer is a disease that is very feared because it’s difficult to cure, and even rarely causes death. The sample was extracted with methanol, the extract was mixed so that the mixture extract from the two samples was obtained. The results showed that in the BSLT test the mixed extract had a bioactivity against shrimp larvae with an LC50 value of 142.946 ppm. While in Leukemia P388 cell testing showed that the combination of mixed extracts had a cytotoxic effect on Leukemia P388 cancer cells with inhibitory concentration values of 54.34 ppm. This shows that the kapok leaf extract (Ceiba pentandra G.) and combination of turmeric extract (Curcuma domestica Va.) has potential and can be developed as an anticancer agent because it has an IC50 value that can inhibit murine P388 cell growth and LC50 value which can kill shrimp larvae Artemia salina L.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Tingkat kemiskinan di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan; 2) Pengaruh antara tingkat kemiskinan dengan dana desa (DD) di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan; 3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebab kemiskinan di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan; dan 4) Rencana pengentasan kemiskinan di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemiskinan di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan yang terjadi masih dapat dilakukan upaya pengentasan melalui berbagai rencana pendekatan kebijakan dan program. Secara agregat, kemiskinan di Desa Amasara Kecamatan Baito Kabupaten Konawe Selatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peruntukan dana desa (DD) sebesar 87,99 %. Secara parsial, peruntukan dana desa melalui pembangunan sarana dan prasaran serta pemberdayaan masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Desa Amasara, sedangkan peruntukan dana desa (DD) untuk pembinaan kemasyarakatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Desa Amasara

Abstract

Cleome viscosa L. has been used empirically by people on the island to treat diseases that have clinical symptoms such as malaria (fever, sweating, chills, and muscle aches). The purpose of this study was to determine the class of secondary metabolites and antioxidant activity. The extraction was carried out using the maceration method, while the fractionation was carried out using the separating funnel. The secondary metabolites found in the Cleome viscosa L. plant extract are alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, and saponins. Antioxidant test conducted by DPPH method showed that the positive control of ascorbic acid and methanol extract obtained IC50 values of 3.86 ppm and 37.4 ppm, respectively.

Abstract

AbstarctPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan retribusi parkir oleh PD Parkir Makassar Raya di Kota Makassar dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan retribusi parkir di Kota Makassar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu suatu tipe penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai data yang ada dilapangan tentang retribusi daerah yang di fokuskan pada pengelolaan retribusi parkir yang ada di Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengelolaan retribusi parkir di Kota Makassar terhitung dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2019 mengalami penurunan. Penerimaan pendapatan retribusi parkir jika dilihat dari persentasenya selalu naik turun. Adapun kendala-kendala yang selama ini dihadapi oleh PD parkir Makassar Raya sehingga target setiap tahunnya tidak mencapai target yaitu menyangkut tentang : kondisi cuaca, kebijakan pemerintah tentang larangan parkir ditepi jalan, kondisi badan usaha, kurangnya pengawasan dan backingan jukir.. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of Al-Qur’an Hadith teachers’ personality competence in enhancing the discipline students at Madrasah Aliyah Radhiatul Adawiyah Mangga Tiga Makassar. The background of this research stems from the ongoing issue of students violating school rules and showing low levels of discipline, particularly in Al-Qur’an Hadith classes. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers’ personality competence which includes traits such as honesty, responsibility, assertiveness, and integrityplays a significant role as a model in shaping students’ disciplinary character. Teachers with positive personality traits are able to create a conducive learning environment and motivate students to comply with school regulations. Furthermore, several supporting factors were identified, including a religious school environment, parental support, and collaboration between teachers and the school administration. The study concludes that teachers with strong personality competence can effectively foster student discipline, particularly in Al-Qur’an Hadith learning, and that this role is crucial to the overall success of the educational process.
