Abstract

Goal–The Role of Employee Solidarity on Intention to Leave and Work Burnout: Mediator of Job Satisfaction. Design / Methodology / Approach – Research uses a saturated population or sample of all Indomaret Franchise Shop employees in Kulon Progo. Data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Research Results–Employee Solidarity and job satisfaction play a significant role in Job Satisfaction and work fatigue. On the other hand, employee solidarity does not play a role in the desire to leave and work fatigue, nor does job satisfaction play a role in the desire to leave. Then job satisfaction is not a mediation between employee solidarity and desire to leave, but job satisfaction plays a mediating role between employee solidarity and work fatigue.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality, the influence of self-control and work stress on cyberloafing behavior. The population in this study are lecturers in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling (convenience sampling) technique. Determination tests, F statistical tests and t statistical tests are carried out to answer the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that self-control negatively affects cyberloafing behavior and work stress has a positive effect on cyberloafing behavior. The study has a regression model = -5.064 - 0.206 X1 + 0.755 X2 with an R Square value of 0.357.

Abstract

Objectives–This study aims to examine and analyze the role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit and organizational citizenship behavior. Design/Methodology - The population of this research is 74 employees of UPTD Rusunawa. The research model uses the census model. The research method is quantitative with instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. Results - job satisfaction and organizational commitment each play a significant role in intent to quit and OCB at UPTD Rusunawa Sleman. Originality – Research still needs to be done with other research objects that have the same characteristics, and this research can add references for further research.

Abstract

Aim – This research aims to develop and test the influence of personality, motivation and work skills on performance. The population of this study are all members of the NGO KEBAYA (Big Family of Waria Yogyakarta) which has a private business of 60 people. Design / Methodology / Approach – Population or saturated sample research, data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. Descriptive and quantitative qualitative data analysis methods. Research Results–Personality, work motivation and work skills play a positive and significant role in the performance of KEBAYA NGO members. Originality – Personality development, work motivation and skills in the research object are special (transvestites).

Abstract

To develop a marketing strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karanggeneng Makmur Village, Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman, and Yogyakarta using the SWOT analysis method. The village has great MSME potential but still faces various challenges in marketing its products and services, which have an impact on the economic growth of the village community as a whole. The SWOT method is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by MSMEs in the village in terms of marketing their services. Analysis results shows that MSMEs have a unique diversity of products and services, but face limited market access and a lack of knowledge about effective marketing strategies. However, there are opportunities to exploit potential markets around the village and support from local governments and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of the analysis, an innovative and sustainable marketing strategy was developed to increase market access and income for MSMEs, which is expected to contribute to improving the economy of the village community as a whole. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide useful insights for the development of MSMEs and local economic development in rural areas.

Abstract

Employee psychological well-being is an important aspect in the world of work that can be influenced by various organizational and individual factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Social Support, and Job Stress on Employee Psychological Wellbeing at garment companies in Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 850 employees of garment companies in Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent variables (Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Social Support, and Job Stress) with the dependent variable (Psychological Well-Being). The results showed that Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, and Social Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Psychological Wellbeing, while Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Psychological Wellbeing. Of the four variables, Work-Life Balance has the most dominant influence in improving employee psychological well-being. These findings indicate that companies need to pay attention to work-life balance, employee engagement, and social support in the work environment, as well as manage work stress more effectively to improve employees' psychological well-being. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak green marketing, kesadaran lingkungan, dan brand image terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk ramah lingkungan di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, melibatkan 250 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk ramah lingkungan di Yogyakarta. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur dampak masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, yang mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Kesadaran lingkungan juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kesadaran individu terhadap isu lingkungan, semakin besar kemungkinan mereka untuk tetap setia terhadap merek ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, brand image yang kuat terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk loyalitas konsumen, di mana citra merek yang positif memperkuat hubungan antara konsumen dan produk ramah lingkungan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan yang ingin mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dalam industri produk ramah lingkungan perlu mengembangkan strategi pemasaran hijau yang efektif, meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan konsumen, serta membangun citra merek yang kuat dan konsisten. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis keberlanjutan serta berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur mengenai perilaku konsumen dalam konteks pemasaran hijau.
