Abstract

This community service program is Program Kemitraan Wilayah (PKW) scheme from the Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency, Deputy for Strengthening Research and Development. The location of the devotion in the village of Sidoharjo Samigaluh subdistrict Kulon Progo D.I Yogyakarta. The implementation of PKW was carried out by Janabdara University  ( proposing college) in collaboration with AMPTA Tourism High School (partner college) and the Regional Government of Kulon Progo district.  Problems that have been identified at the location of PKW service in Sidoharjo village of Samigaluh district of Kulon Progo district include :(1) lack of accessibility to tourist destinations (tourism support infrastructure) ;(2) has not been optimal for creative economic development with the utilization of local resources; (3) The potential of agricultural products has not been optimized; (4) Art, culture still needs to be accompanied and optimized.  The realization of the devotion program includes the construction of footpaths and safety fences to the top of Gunung Kendil, the creation of selfie spots (self-photos), the construction of gazebos. In addition, training and practice are also carried out for the development of the creative economy (culinary sector) namely by making various snacks that utilize local ingredients, namely taro, cassava, and Regedek leaves. In the field of culture is carried out rejuvenation a set of gamelan. In this service program, socialization is also carried out about the PIRT licensing process for people who already have many household businesses (home industry).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personality, the influence of self-control and work stress on cyberloafing behavior. The population in this study are lecturers in Indonesia. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling (convenience sampling) technique. Determination tests, F statistical tests and t statistical tests are carried out to answer the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that self-control negatively affects cyberloafing behavior and work stress has a positive effect on cyberloafing behavior. The study has a regression model = -5.064 - 0.206 X1 + 0.755 X2 with an R Square value of 0.357.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the increasing need for mineral water, regional company Tirtamarta Yogyakarta will make a break through by developing diversification of products branded "Ayo". Hence the aim of the conducted study was to conduct a feasibility research of the “Ayo” manufacturer from the marketing, production, financial, and macroeconomic aspects. With the efficient and effective production setting endorsed by the high need of marketing relations in mineral water and the capability in existing innovative manufacturing machineries, the financial research was shown to be feasible. It was indicated the payback period was faster than the target investment period, the net present value (NPV) generated was positive, the benefit cost ratio (BCR) was greater than 1 (one), and the internal rate of return (IRR) placed in the range 14% was greater than the discount factor (DF) used, namely 12%. In the macro-economic aspect, there are supportive government policies, transportation and communication infrastructures as well as high purchasing power of the people. Thus the business feasibility study of the brand "Ayo" Tirtamarta Yogyakarta as a whole was stated to be feasible to operate.
