Abstract

Departing from the covid-19 pandemic that is hitting humans today, all sectors of life seem to be experiencing shocks, especially education. The learning process that should be carried out directly between teachers and students, has now been transferred to an online system. The existence of major changes in the current education system has forced teachers to mobilize all their potential as educators by teaching using technology. Especially faith education, teachers are required to be able to provide faith education to their students as in face-to-face learning in the past. This is of course a new responsibility for teachers. However, in this limited condition, the teacher's work will be greatly helped by the support from the parents who are always by their children's side. It is a joint task between teachers and parents in optimizing the process of creed education for students.Keywords: Creed, Technology, and Pandemic

Abstract

Wayang Kulit is a very important art to be preserved considering the many values of life that exist in Wayang Kulit itself. The values of Islamic education can also be found in Wayang Kulit art. This study aims to determine that values of Islamic education in the art of Wayang Kulit and the role of the younger generation in preserving the Wayang Kulit. The research of Islamic education values within Wayang Kulit is conducted based on library research. Essentially, the Wayang Kulit is still exist until today, but the problem relied on it is the fact that young generation has not been built to preserve this art. Besides, the Islamic of Indonesian values can be found within the soul of Wayang Kulit, such as in the epic story of Ramayana dan Mahabharata. Wayang Kulit is not merely an art to entertain people, but its role can also be taken as one of educational method. It because within the story of Wayang Kulit itself relied some great, moral, and ethics values.

Abstract

This research focus on studying the art based on Islamic perspective. The aim of this research is to understand Islamic perspective towards the art. Besides to develop the concept of art in the religion aspect, it also to understand the implementation of art towards the Islamic education. By using descriptive method, this study also analyze certain phenomenon in the present or past. Researchers conduct trusted resources of books and articles in the internet to be reviewed comprehensively. It is conducted to draw certain conclusion to give us new horizon about Islamic perspective towards art. Key words: art, Islam, education, implementation, modern.

Abstract

Education is very important component for the creation of quality and progressive nation. The quality and progress of a nation can be seen from the good morals that can be obtained from the success of character education. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced learning to be conducted online, where initially educators and students met face-to-face and turned into remote meetings. This study aims to find out what are the effects of online learning on the character of students. This research method is qualitative in the form of library research. The data source of this research is literature, both in books and in journals about moral education during the pandemic. Data collection is done by tracing related references, both manually and digitally. Data and findings from various literatures are processed into new concepts that are intact and structured. The results of this study indicate that educating character is a challenge for educators. Therefore, educators are led to be creative in implementing learning strategies and applying rules in their classrooms. Besides, the role of parents is also very necessary in supervising and guiding their children at home. ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan komponen yang sangat penting untuk terciptanya bangsa yang berkualitas dan berkemajuan. Kualitas dan majunya suatu bangsa dapat dilihat dari bagus akhlaknya yang dapat diperoleh dari keberhasilan pendidikan karakternya. Pandemi covid-19 memaksa pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, dimana awalnya pendidik dan peserta didik bertemu secara langsung berubah menjadi pertemuan jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja pengaruh dari pembelajaran daring terhadap karakter peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dalam bentuk penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah dari literatur baik yang ada di buku maupun di jurnal tentang pendidikan akhlak di masa pandemi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelusuri referensi terkait, baik secara manual maupun digital. Data dan temuan dari berbagai literatur diolah menjadi konsep baru yang utuh dan terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mendidik karakter menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para pendidik. Oleh karena itu para pendidik dituntun kreatif menerapkan strategi pembelajaran dan menerapkan aturan-aturan di kelasnya. Disamping itu peran orang tua juga sangat diperlukan dalam mengawasi dan membimbing putra-putrinya dirumah.

Abstract

Dakwah   di era   digital   memberikan dampak pada dunia dakwah saat ini, yakni memberikan  kemudahan, yang  akan  membuat batasan-batasan waktu dan jarak antar individu menjadi hampir tidak ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dakwah eksis di era milenial saat ini dengan perspektif Muhammadiyah, dan apa tantangan yang dihadapi. Perkembangan teknologi ini juga selaras dengan tujuan muhammadiyah yang menekankan Islam berkemajuan dalam dakwahnya. Hal yang dapat dilakukan Muhammadiyah sehingga dapat eksis di era milenial adalah melakukan penguatan amal usaha di bidang pendidikan atau lembaga sekolah maupun universitas; lalu memperkuat gerakan jamaah yang dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga yang memberikan arahan untuk menghadapi era saat ini; kemudian menggunakan perkembangan IT dalam menyajikan dakwah di era milenial; dan  saling bersinergi baik pimpinan maupun kader Muhammadiyah dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menyebarkan gagasan tentang Islam dan kemuhammadiyahan. Sehingga para generasi milenial tertarik  dan dapat dengan mudah mengakses dakwah.

Abstract

Art education in Islam is very important to be instilled in children, apart from being a medium for conveying the messages implied in it, art in Islam also gives an impression that has elements of beauty and harmony, so there is a need for learning media in improving education through the art of Islamic education. The purpose of this study was focused on fostering students' morals through the short film Nusa Rara entitled "Honest Learning" as a medium of da'wah in the art of Islamic education. This research was conducted by analyzing the short film Nusa Rara to be used as a medium for Islamic da'wah art education so that it can be used as an example or role model for the audience, especially if it is associated with education, students are expected to take lessons from the film. The method used is descriptive qualitative method and analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Nusa Rara film entitled "Learning Honestly" can have a good influence on the students, of course, and can make a good influence on the audience to always be honest in everything, especially when taking exams.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui konsep pendidikan yang demokratis dengan menggunakan prinsip syura atau musyawarah dan mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi penerapan konsep pendidikan demokratis di instansi atau lembaga pendidikan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan paradigma kualitatif, dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan sistem library research atau kajian pustaka yang mengandalkan sumber karya tulis kepustakaan. Jenis teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, transkrip, buku, surat kabar, majalah, prasasti dan sebagainya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konsep pendidikan demokratis dengan prinsip syura dalam perspektif islam terhadap kajian teoritis ayat ayat Al-Quran diantaranya (1) QS Yusuf ayat 67 menunjukan adanya pemahaman mengenai terciptanya sebuah tujuan diantaranya ialah menjadikan adanya hakikat dan tujuan pendidikan islam yakni sebuah paradigma kebebasan berpikir, berbicara, dan bertindak semuanya merupakan inti dari etos pendidikan Islam, (2) QS Al-Imran ayat 159 menunjukan adanya  prinsip dan kriteria pendidikan demokrasi dengan  syura atau musyawarah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang maju guna mencapai tujuan bersama sesuai dengan penerapan prinsip kemajemukan, musyawarah, keselarasan, mufakat, ekonomi yang jujur, sosial budaya di lingkungan sekolah  (3) QS Asy- Syura ayat 38 menunjukan implementasi konsep pendidikan demokratis dengan prinsip syura dalam perspektif islam dapat dilihat dari hakekat pendidikan islam yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan  idealistik, dimulai dengan penerapan pendidikan integralistik, humanistik, dan pragmatik Kata kunci: Pendidikan Demokratis, Prinsip Syura, QS Yusuf ayat 67, QS Al-Imran ayat 159, QS Asy-Syura ayat 38

Abstract

Purpose – Today, Muslims face considerable challenges in the era of the industrial revolution. On the one hand, there is the threat of liberalization that erodes spiritual values and Islamic teachings fundamentally. On the other hand, there is radicalization that uses violence in the name of religion, such as threats, terror, disbelief, and murder. They are serious problems that require efforts to understand the linkage between intolerant behavior and religious teachings. Design/methods/approach – This study is library research conducted through the steps of recording, clarifying, reducing, and presenting data using documentation methods from primary and secondary sources. The data analyzed by the content analysis method includes the meaning of wasathiyah Islam, religious moderation, the concept of wasathiyah Islam in the Qur'an, Surat Al-Baqarah verse 143, and moderation-based Islamic education. Findings – This research found that religious moderation can be applied to Islamic Education subjects through various approaches. Subjects such as Aqidah, Akhlaq, Fiqh, Tarikh, and Al-Qur'an Hadith integrate the wasathiyah values by emphasizing tolerance, dialogue, justice, and benefit from an Islamic perspective. Learning approaches, like problem-solving, inquiry, and discussion, have encouraged students to think multiperspective, discover new knowledge, and respect the ideas of others, both inside and outside of school. Research implications/limitations – This research provides important implications for the development of Islamic education based on religious moderation, especially through a curriculum that can integrate the values of tolerance, justice, and balance in learning. However, it is still limited to a literature approach, so further research is required with an empirical approach to measure the effectiveness of applying these values in various educational contexts. Originality/value – This research offers a unique perspective by using the concept of wasathiyah Islam to support Islamic education based on religious moderation. The novelty value lies in the elaboration of the implementation of moderation in various subjects, such as Aqidah, Akhlaq, Fiqh, Tarikh, and Al-Qur'an Hadith, which can be a model for the development of inclusive and tolerant education.

Abstract

Seni merupakan sebuah karya yang mengandung nilai estetika, sedangkan seni tari merupakan suatu gerakan yang berirama dan salah satu bentuk dari ekspresi tubuh. Pendidikan Islam yaitu proses memanusiakan manusia agar menjadi hamba yang sebenar-benarnya menurut Al Quran dan Sunnah. Pendidikan Islam memandang seni sebagai suatu kebolehan dan tidak diharamkan, dengan syarat tidak melanggar apa yang telah dijelaskan dalam Al-Quran maupun Sunnah.  Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam kesenian Tari Piring dan Lilin dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, kajian literatur berupa studi pustaka. Adapun alasan peneliti perlu mengkaji mengenai nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kesenian Tari Piring dan Lilin adalah peneliti ingin lebih mengenalkan kesenian tradisional asli Indonesia yang ternyata dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa seni Tari Piring dan Lilin dapat dijadikan sarana atau media bagi pendidikan Islam, melalui kajian filosofis nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung di dalam kedua seni tari tersebut.
