Abstract

Introduction: Breast cancer cases are increase and fast becoming the leading cause of oncologic mortality among women worldwide. Delay in management will worsen the prognosis of breast cancer patients. The poor prognosis is correlate with high grade of breast cancer malignancy. Histology can be used as an indicator to assess the grade of breast cancer malignancy. In addition, a high predictive value of lymphocyte-monocyte ratio (LMR) has been suggested to indicate favorable prognosis of various cancer, and used as parameters for assessing breast cancer prognosis. Method: This study is a quantitative research, using an observational approach. Laboratory examination results are collected from 43 breast cancer patients who will conduct treatment at Urip Sumoharjo Hospital from June to September 2019. Data are processed by the Spearman rank test using SPSS 22.0. Results: Correlation test results between lymphocyte-monocyte ratio with histological grading of breast cancer obtained a P value of 0.376. Conclusions: Lymphocytes to monocytes ratio (LMR) value cannot be utilize as a parameter for evaluating prognosis of breast cancer.

Abstract

Abstract: The higher education system in Indonesia faces serious challenges, such as uneven teaching quality, lack of reputable research output, and the impact of digital transformation and the COVID-19 pandemic. To respond to this, a learning approach is needed that can meet the needs of today's students. This article examines and reconstructs two main approaches in education, namely andragogy and pedagogy, emphasizing the role of both in improving the quality of learning in higher education. The andragogy approach emphasizes independent learning, relevance of experience, and high intrinsic motivation in adult learners. Meanwhile, pedagogy, although rooted in children's education, is now evolving towards a more participatory, contextual, and technology-based approach. This study also highlights implementation challenges, such as the readiness of lecturers to apply innovative methods such as flipped classrooms, technical constraints in online learning, and the diversity of student learning styles. This literature review offers a flexible integration of andragogy and pedagogy principles to create an inclusive, adaptive, and effective learning environment. It is recommended that lecturers improve their competencies through continuous training and utilize technologies such as AI to personalize learning. By reconstructing a teaching approach that is more responsive to the contemporary context, this article aims to provide theoretical and practical contributions to improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. Abstrak: Sistem pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serius, seperti kualitas pengajaran yang belum merata, kurangnya output penelitian bereputasi, serta dampak dari transformasi digital dan pandemi COVID-19. Untuk merespons hal ini, diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan mahasiswa masa kini. Artikel ini mengkaji dan merekonstruksi dua pendekatan utama dalam pendidikan, yaitu andragogi dan pedagogi, dengan menekankan peran keduanya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan andragogi menitikberatkan pada pembelajaran mandiri, relevansi pengalaman, dan motivasi intrinsik yang tinggi pada pembelajar dewasa. Sementara pedagogi, meskipun berakar pada pendidikan anak-anak, kini mengalami evolusi ke arah pendekatan yang lebih partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan implementatif, seperti kesiapan dosen dalam menerapkan metode inovatif seperti flipped classroom, kendala teknis dalam pembelajaran daring, serta keberagaman gaya belajar mahasiswa. Studi literatur ini menawarkan integrasi fleksibel antara prinsip andragogi dan pedagogi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, adaptif, dan efektif. Disarankan agar pengajar meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti AI untuk personalisasi pembelajaran. Dengan merekonstruksi pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih responsif terhadap konteks kontemporer, artikel ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of learning using picture media on the counting ability of children at PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara in the academic year 2012/2013. Since the number of students is only 37, the researcher used a population study, considering all students as members of the population. To obtain data, the main technique used was testing, while observation and documentation were used as complementary techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used statistical t-test analysis. According to the t-test calculation, the result obtained was 6.183. Meanwhile, the t-table value with a degree of freedom of 36 at a 5% significance level is 2.021. Therefore, the t-test value is greater than the t-table value (6.183 > 2.021), indicating that this research is considered significant. This indicates that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. With the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states: There is an Influence of Picture Media Learning on Children's Counting Ability at PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara for the 2012/2013 Academic Year, the conclusion of the analysis in this study is that There is an Influence of Picture Media Learning on Children's Counting Ability at PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara for the 2012/2013 Academic Year, which means that this study is significant. Abstrak: Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Pembelajaran Media Gambar Terhadap Kemampuan Menghitung Anak di PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Karena siswanya hanya 37 orang. Peneliti memakai study populasi semua siswa dijadikan sebagai anggota populasi. Untuk memperoleh data, digunakan Tehnik tes sebagai Tehnik pokok, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai Tehnik pelengkap. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik t-tes. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan t – test yang diperoleh adalah sebesar = 6,183. Sedangkan nilai t tabel dengan db 36pada taraf signifikansi 5% = 2,021, dengan demikian nilai t – test lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel (6,183>2,021) sehingga penelitian ini dikatakan signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) di terima. Dengan diterimanya hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi: Ada Pengaruh Pembelajaran Media Gambar Terhadap Kemampuan Menghitung Anak di PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, maka kesimpulan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada Pengaruh Pembelajaran Media Gambar Terhadap Kemampuan Menghitung Anak di PAUD AL-Ikhlas Sayang-sayang Cakranegara Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, yang artinya penelitian ini signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of management in computer course institutions to improve the quality of their output at the P4K Evnikom Institution, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by computer course institutions in enhancing the quality of their output at the P4K Evnikom Computer Course Institution, in the Gomong sub-district of Mataram city. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of verbal words, including important notes. The subject determination method in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses an interactive model analysis, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. To obtain valid and reliable data in this study, the interview method is used as the main method, with observation and documentation as complementary methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the management of computer course institutions in improving the quality of their output at the P4K Evnikom Computer Course Institution includes various forms of management applied by the administrators, such as: the administrators directly going to the field, providing guidance, offering mentoring, and monitoring their students. One of the supporting factors is the collaboration with large companies, while the inhibiting factor is the minimal financial assistance from the government. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen lembaga kursus komputer dalam meningkatkan kualitas outputnya di Lembaga P4K Evnikom, dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi lembaga kursus komputer dalam meningkatkan kualitas outputnya di Lembaga Kursus Komputer P4K Evnikom, di kelurahan Gomong kota Mataram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berupa kata-kata lisan yang mencakup catatan-catatan penting. Metode penentuan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah purvosive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan kesimpulan. Untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan reliable dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan metode wawancara sebagai metode pokok, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen lembaga kursus komputer dalam meningkatkan kualitas outputnya di Lembaga Kursus Komputer P4K Evnikom adalah adapun bentuk-bentuk manajemen yang diterapkan oleh pengelolanya antara lain: Pengelola turun langsung kelapangan, melakukan pengarahan, melakukan bimbingan, dan melakukan pemantauan kepada warga belajarnya. Dan adapun salah satu faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya kerja sama dengan perusahaan-perusahaan besar, dan faktor penghambatnya yaitu: faktor penghambatnya ialah minimnya bantuan dana dari pemerintah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru Yayasan Daarul Ass-Shiddiqin Lombok dalam mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa dan menerapkan pembelajaran adaptif berbasis deep learning. Latar belakang masalah mencakup rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap keberagaman gaya belajar siswa VARK serta minimnya literasi teknologi untuk analisis data pembelajaran, yang berdampak pada kurang optimalnya keterlibatan siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan (pemetaan kebutuhan dan modul), pelatihan (sosialisasi, identifikasi gaya belajar, pengenalan deep learning, workshop adaptif), evaluasi (pre-test/post-test, observasi), pendampingan lanjutan, dan pelaporan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan guru hingga 85% dalam memahami gaya belajar, 75% kemampuan menyusun perangkat ajar adaptif, dan 70% penerapan teknologi berbasis data. Luaran utama berupa modul pelatihan, laporan kegiatan, dan artikel ilmiah ber-ISSN. Kegiatan ini menjadi model transformasi pembelajaran abad-21 di pendidikan dasar Islam terpadu.
