Abstract

This research uses a qualitative content analysis method with a constructivistic paradigm, with new media theory as its basis. The data collected for this study were 80 randomly selected relevant comments on Tiktok social media regarding their opinions on the video post "A Day With Rei Part 350/Swiss Day". The purpose of this research is to find out the content of the comments. This research found one major theme, namely Opposition to the video post 'A Day With Rei Part 350/Swiss Day'. This theme is the content of several categories that appear in the data that has been analyzed, namely Positive response, Criticism of the creator, Factual question, Personal opinion, Hope and Negative response.

Abstract

The development of advanced technology invites many positives that have many uses that many of its users can utilize, one of the Instagram users who utilize the Feature owned by Instagram which is the founder of small businesses. Social media Instagram has many of its users one of which is generation Z.  Generation Z is a group of people born in 1996 - 2010, Generation Z grew together with the internet and social media. Instagram also makes it easier for small business founders to promote the goods they sell, one account that utilizes it is, account @dapoer.delapan. Owner acoount @dapoer.delapan uses digital marketing as a form of marketing that utilizes digital technology. Digital marketing is also defined as marketing activity using internet-based media (Wardhana, 2015). This study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using Story Instagram as digital marketing on account @dapoer.delapan, which uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this study is the owner of the Instagram @dapoer.delapan account, where the object of this study is the story Instagram that has a variety of supporting features as a digital marketing medium. The results of this study conclude that although there are many ease and advantages that can be felt to Z generation as home-grown small business operators. But it also has shortcomings to pay particular attention to if it wants its business to grow as well as profit and gain time-saving efficiency

Abstract

Instagram social media is a platform that is widely used by the public and government agencies to interact, obtain information and share information widely and quickly using internet network technology. This is used by government agencies, the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, in conveying ideas, ideas, programs and strategies to the public in order to realize state goals and fulfill the information needs of the public in obtaining information related to the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia via the Instagram account @infobnn_ri. The research on this account aims to find out whether there is an "Effect of Using Instagram @infobnn_ri on Fulfilling the Information Needs of BNN Followers". The theory used in this research is the Uses and Gratification theory. This research uses quantitative methods with a positivism paradigm and uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media Instagram @infobnn_ri and the information needs of followers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze semiotic signs in the film Dua Garis Biru referring to the semiotic approach according to Roland Barthes. The reason for choosing this film is because it raises complex social issues regarding teenage pregnancy, family conflict, and social pressure in modern Indonesian society. This study applies a qualitative descriptive method using a two-level semiotic analysis technique according to Barthes: denotation and connotation. The results of the analysis show that this film contains many visual symbols and dialogues that are full of meaning, representing the social reality of teenagers and the role of the family. Symbols such as the blue line, the dining table, and the classroom are the main elements in communicating moral messages and cultural aspects. Through the interpretation of these signs, this film is able to arouse the audience's social awareness of the importance of sex education, communication in the family, and adolescent responsibility.

Abstract

Communication is the most important aspect to build organizational integrity because it can determine the effectiveness and smooth direction of communication that occurs in the organization. The title of this research is "Institutions for State Service in the Study of Organizational Communication Patterns". This study determines the pattern of organizational communication within the Dedication to the Country institution. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study comprised primary data and secondary data. Primary data is as information got from interviews with several informants. While secondary data is as data got from books and other sources. The theory used in this scientific writing research is the theory of Organizational Culture Theory. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and online data searches. The results of this scientific writing research are known that the communication pattern used by dedication institutions to the country is formal communication and informal communication, both of which are used in horizontal and vertical communication. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach and a constructivist paradigm. Interviews were conducted with 10 resource persons comprising 1 founder, 4 daily management bodies, and 4 steering committees. Organizational culture theory became an important basis for this study. The organizational culture in Dedication to the Country uses more family systems. The media used in this organization in disseminating information often uses social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. The problem that often arises is the existence of members and volunteers when communicating.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan secara mendalam strategi komunikasi publik yang diterapkan oleh Satuan Tugas PPKPT dalam mendiseminasikan informasi kebijakan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi pada wilayah LLDIKTI III. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Elaboration Likelihood ModEL (ELM) sebagai bagian dari teori komunikasi persuasif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada informan dari satgas PPKPT, dosen dan mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakkan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakkan tujuh informan yang tersebar di beberapa kampus yang berada di LLDIKTI Wilayah 3.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi persuasif melalui diseminasi informasi menjadi kunci dalam mengubah resistensi menjadi penerimaan. Diseminasi dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan bahasa, media, dan pendekatan sesuai karakteristik audiens, baik melalui jalur formal, hukum, religius, maupun kreatif. Peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan juga terbukti signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan pesan, baik melalui organisasi kemahasiswaan, peer education, hingga media kreatif seperti podcast dan radio kampus. Diseminasi memastikan kebijakan dipahami dan diterima, sedangkan evaluasi memastikan kebijakan berjalan efektif serta mampu menumbuhkan budaya kolektif anti kekerasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh anak-anak dari keluarga broken home, khususnya yang orang tuanya bercerai karena faktor ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pola komunikasi keluarga sebagai kerangka pemikiran utamanya. Para peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan enam partisipan, yang terdiri dari tiga anak dan tiga ibu mereka. Analisis data terdiri dari komponen-komponen penting, seperti langkah-langkah reduksi data, metode penyajian data, dan proses penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa orientasi percakapan (conversation orientation) dan orientasi kesesuaian (conformity orientation) mempengaruhi dinamika komunikasi antara anak dan orang tua. Anak – anak dari keluarga Broken Home yang orang tuanya bercerai karena keadaan ekonomi menggunakan strategi komunikasi untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan hubungan mereka. Anak – anak cenderung lebih terbuka dan nyaman berkomunikasi dengan ibu mereka, sedangkan dengan ayah mereka lebih formal dan lebih hati – hati. Meskipun demikian, terdapat upaya dari kedua belah pihak untuk menjaga hubungan baik melalui empati, dukungan emosional, dan komunikasi yang saling menghargai. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pola komunikasi dalam keluarga Broken Home ini terdiri dari pluralistik dan protektif, tergantung pada dinamika hubungan antara anak dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi komunikasi yang efektif untuk membantu anak – anak menghadapi situasi keluarga yang penuh tekanan, serta perlunya dukungan dari orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan komunikasi yang positif dan mendukung.
