Abstract

The development of urban farming continues to grow, encouraging the emergence of a joint movement in creating food security, building the environment, economy, and community empowerment. This development trend has also made urban farming one of the leading programs in building food security. This research aims to understand the relevance of urban farming development. The method used is bibliometric analysis in looking at the development of research with the keyword "urban farming. data taken from 2010-2023. The results show that urban farming is considered to be an effective way to improve food security and economic conditions in urban areas. Urban farming has the potential to provide positive impacts in various aspects, economic, social, and environmental. As a commodity production, urban farming tends to be concerned with distribution, marketing and land area. The diversity of literature places urban farming as having development potential that leads to aspects of food security and environmental effects.

Abstract

Television remains a medium for delivering information and entertainment, to communities, particularly in areas with unequal access to the internet, so television becomes their primary source. This study aimed to explore how UGTV is utilized to deliver educational content to students of Gunadarma University and the wider community. Using a qualitative method with a constructivist paradigm, this study was grounded in the Media Ecology Theory. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The findings revealed that UGTV, as an educational digital television platform, effectively provides academic and innovative content useful for the community, particularly students. The contents are produced and packaged to be informative and appealing to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the communication competence of Guest Service Agents increases guest satisfaction at Mh Hotel Ipoh, Malaysia. Remembering that satisfaction is the basis for realizing organizational goals. Satisfaction encourages the creation of a conducive communication climate so that it provides its own incentives for achieving the organizational goals of Mh Hotel. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method as the author's perspective in analyzing the optimization of the use of Guest Comment Cards in encouraging communication satisfaction for guests of Mh Hotel Ipoh, Malaysia. The results of the research show that Guest Service Agents demonstrate communication competence in terms of service by welcoming and greeting every guest who comes to the hotel, then registering guests, finding rooms that are ready to be occupied based on guests' suggestions or requests, giving or issuing room keys, and also provide information for guests regarding services or facilities available at the hotel as well as information outside the hotel. Even though they have the ability to provide services to guests, these guest service agents often encounter obstacles in their work process. These obstacles include the emotional feelings that guests have, so they tend to be impatient in receiving and waiting for explanations from guest service agents.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing communications of Kopi Setujuant in increasing brand awareness and to find out about the marketing promotions of Kopi Secepat on Instagram social media. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used in this research is the Integrated Marketing Communication theory, this theory is used to see how the marketing promotion strategy is carried out at Kopi Secepat through Instagram social media to attract brand awareness. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this research show that coffee marketing communications can increase brand awareness through a design process such as determining the target audience, conducting in-depth research regarding the strategy you want to use, making comparisons with competitors who have the same market, and determining the goals of implementing the strategy with content output.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pengelolaan website Desa Ciangsana berbasis kearifan lokal. Dalam hal ini fokus penelitian pada media website dan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori difusi inovasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pengelolaan website desa belum efektif hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya sumber daya manusia baik dari sisi pengelola website maupun pengelola penyajian konten, namun pihak desa tetap mengupayakan untuk tetap mempromosikan potensi desa ciangsana melelaui. Desa ciangsana berusaha memperbaharui dengan program desa digital yang nantinya website tersebut akan dibuat kembali dengan keamanan yang lebih baik untuk mengangkat potensi masyarakat yang ada di Desa Ciangsana.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang edukasi pemanfaatan home charging sebagai alat yang berperan penting dalam mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait manfaat dan dampak penggunaan home charging. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan di tempat pengguna instalasi home charging. Dalam kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan fasilitas home charging memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung penggunaan kendaraan listrik ramah lingkungan. Dengan peningkatan infrastruktur yang tepat dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, pemanfaatan ini dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dan mendorong perkembangan lebih lanjut dalam teknologi kendaraan listrik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi dalam Sanggar Eschoda Management sebagai upaya dalam pelestarian budaya tari tradisional Jaipong, serta bagaimana peran anggota sanggar dan masyarakat mempertahankan warisan budaya di tengah arus modernisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori perencanaan komunikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini sudah sesuai dengan asumsi dasar teori perencanaan komunikasi, bahwa perencanaan yang kompleks serta motivasi yang cukup besar akan menguatkan tujuan. Sanggar Eschoda Management menggunakan media sosial dan media konvensional sebagai strategi dalam pelestarian budaya tari tradisional Jaipong. Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Sanggar Eschoda Management sudah cukup efektif, Sanggar Eschoda Management dengan sasaran khususnya generasi muda dan masyarakat luas sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya di era modernisasi. Strategi lain yang digunakan adalah dengan membuat suasana sanggar tersebut menjadi nyaman serta aktif mengikuti lomba serta tampil pada acara kesenian dan acara pemerintahan, dengan demikian Sanggar Eschoda Management menjadi wadah dalam pelestarian budaya tari tradisional Jaipong di era modernisasi.

Abstract

Instagram social media is a platform that is widely used by the public and government agencies to interact, obtain information and share information widely and quickly using internet network technology. This is used by government agencies, the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, in conveying ideas, ideas, programs and strategies to the public in order to realize state goals and fulfill the information needs of the public in obtaining information related to the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia via the Instagram account @infobnn_ri. The research on this account aims to find out whether there is an "Effect of Using Instagram @infobnn_ri on Fulfilling the Information Needs of BNN Followers". The theory used in this research is the Uses and Gratification theory. This research uses quantitative methods with a positivism paradigm and uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media Instagram @infobnn_ri and the information needs of followers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the use and utilization of the Kipin School application supports the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah. This application provides various educational features that can help students and teachers improve the quality of learning, as well as support access to more interactive and easily accessible teaching materials. In this study, the theory used is the theory of technological determination, which emphasizes that technological developments have a dominant influence in shaping social change, including in the world of education. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The paradigm used in this study is the constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the use and utilization of the Kipin School application plays an important role in supporting the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah. This application helps improve access to teaching materials, enriches learning methods, and encourages more active interaction between teachers and students in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada analisis komunikasi guru tk dian cipta dalam membentuk karakter growth mindset pada anak usia 3 hingga 6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teori konstruksi realitas sosial menjelaskan bagaimana komunikasi yang terjalin di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi sarana utama dalam membentuk pola pikir karakter growth mindset anak. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigm konstruktivis dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan mengumpulkan berbagai dokumen pendukung, Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa cara guru berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak sangat berpengaruh dalam membantu anak-anak mengembangkan sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran, guru sering menggunakan metode belajar yang inovatif dan menghibur, menekankan upaya daripada hasil, dan menyesuaikan metode guru dengan anak-anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan setiap siswa. Ini diperkuat oleh dukungan orang tua dan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan. Namun, guru menghadapi masalah seperti perbedaan karakter siswa dan keterbatasan waktu selama proses pembelajaran. Sehingga komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara efektif dapat membentuk pola pikir anak yang lebih terbuka terhadap tantangan, pembelajaran, dan perkembangan diri anak-anak.
