This study expects to decide the job of pesantren, association, and presence of advanced education in creating Islamic instructive establishments in Indonesia. In this review utilizing the writing concentrate on a technique that depends on bibliographic sources from articles in the most recent diaries and books connected with the items in the primary issue. The consequences of the conversation show that: Islamic live-in schools are the verifiable foundations of Islamic training in Indonesia, despite the fact that it has not been said that formal schooling was legal at its beginning. Abstract

Mie Gacoan is a very famous place to eat in Indonesia which is one of the businesses that is growing rapidly and has considerable growth potential today. There have been many business actors who have profited from this culinary business. However, not a few culinary business actors have gone out of business, aka bankrupt, because the marketing strategies used are not appropriate and the quality of service is not optimal. This means the success of a culinary business in managing financial aspects, the use of financial technology, and applicable business ethics. The research method used is quantitative associative with data collection carried out through national data observation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that financial aspects and financial technology have a significant influence on the performance of Mie Gacoan. With a price per portion of Rp. 13,000, the profit is 21%. Sales increased by 11% annually, and for operations increased by 3%. Employee salary is 3%. The cost of raw materials has also increased by 6% every year.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Udayana, Mataram in utilizing digitalization to improve competitiveness. Activities included socialization, technical training, direct mentoring, and evaluation. The training covered social media, e-commerce, and simple business management tools. Results showed a significant improvement in participants’ digital literacy and ability to apply digital tools for business operations and marketing. Market access also expanded with promising income growth. This program plays a crucial role in transforming MSMEs into professional, efficient, and adaptive businesses, supporting local economic development.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dalam teknologi digital mengharuskan bank syariah untuk menciptakan layanan yang tidak hanya efisien tetapi juga aman dan sesuai dengan aturan syariah. Salah satu alternatif yang menjanjikan adalah penggunaan Akad Wakalah dalam layanan perbankan syariah berbasis digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan Akad Wakalah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas transaksi sekaligus memperkuat perlindungan data dan aset nasabah dalam platform digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup tinjauan literatur dan analisis deskriptif terkait penerapan Akad Wakalah di beberapa bank syariah digital di Indonesia. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa penerapan Akad Wakalah secara digital dapat mempercepat penanganan layanan, meminimalisir risiko kesalahan manusia, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi keamanan seperti enkripsi data dan autentikasi berlapis menunjukkan efektivitas dalam menjaga kepercayaan nasabah dan mengurangi risiko penipuan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan Akad Wakalah muncul sebagai strategi krusial dalam mengembangkan layanan perbankan syariah digital yang efisien, aman, dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, serta mendukung daya saing industri di era digital.

Abstract

One of the services offered to the community of KKN students by Panca Marga University is to increase the interest of students in reading in Klaseman village in Gending District. The aim of this activity is to prepare a competent, broad-minded and book-loving generation. Students' interest in reading is manifested in formal and informal educational settings. In free education, studies are organized for students, while formal studies are organized in preschools, kindergartens and primary schools. Students teach and assist students in acquiring basic reading skills. Students make the classroom atmosphere as lively as possible to attract students' attention so that students can focus on learning. Student observation method used. The book in question is a book adapted to the criteria for early children's books. Early childhood books are usually dominated by attractive images and colors. These images are meant to inspire children's imaginations and teach them to be sensitive and caring about the things they encounter. It is best to get concentration help while reading books. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a character education learning model based on the integration of Islamic values in shaping students' moral attitudes and behavior. This study used a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach to assess the effectiveness of a character education learning model based on the integration of Islamic values in shaping the moral attitudes and behavior of grade XB students in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic Creed). The study was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, South Lampung, in the 2025/2026 academic year. The subjects included Aqidah Akhlak teachers and students selected purposively. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with interactive data analysis. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources and methods. The results indicate that the principal's leadership transformation at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin plays a strategic role in improving teacher work ethic and professionalism through the integration of Islamic values into leadership practices and the school's work culture. Transformational leadership that emphasizes exemplary behavior, trustworthiness, and moral responsibility can build teachers' intrinsic awareness in carrying out their professional duties, so that improved performance is driven not only by formal rules but also by a commitment to values and spirituality. Furthermore, ongoing coaching and constructive academic supervision contribute to the development of teachers' pedagogical competence and personality. The integration of Islamic values into the work culture also fosters honest, responsible, and role-model-oriented professional behavior, which positively impacts the quality of education.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku akhlak peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif-analitis untuk mengkaji efektivitas model pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku akhlak peserta didik kelas X B pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Lampung Selatan pada tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Akidah Akhlak dan peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data interaktif serta keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan etos kerja dan profesionalisme guru melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja sekolah. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang menekankan keteladanan, amanah, dan tanggung jawab moral mampu membangun kesadaran intrinsik guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesional, sehingga peningkatan kinerja tidak hanya didorong oleh aturan formal, tetapi oleh komitmen nilai dan spiritual. Selain itu, pembinaan berkelanjutan dan supervisi akademik yang konstruktif berkontribusi pada pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik dan kepribadian guru. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam budaya kerja juga membentuk perilaku profesional yang jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada keteladanan, yang berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam motivasi santri Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Lampung Selatan dalam menempuh pendidikan tinggi pada jenjang magister dan doktor, dengan mempertimbangkan dinamika nilai religius, lingkungan sosial pesantren, serta orientasi keilmuan jangka panjang santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk memahami secara mendalam motivasi santri Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Lampung Selatan dalam menempuh pendidikan tinggi pada jenjang magister dan doktor. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi guna menggali pengalaman subjektif, nilai religius, serta dukungan lingkungan pesantren. Subjek penelitian meliputi santri pascasarjana, santri tingkat akhir, pengasuh, dan ustadz. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi dan member checking. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi santri Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadi’in Lampung Selatan dalam menempuh pendidikan tinggi hingga jenjang magister dan doktor terbentuk melalui integrasi nilai religius, orientasi pengabdian sosial, dan dukungan lingkungan pesantren. Motivasi religius menjadi fondasi utama yang memaknai pendidikan pascasarjana sebagai ibadah dan amanah keilmuan. Orientasi pengabdian sosial menunjukkan bahwa studi lanjut dipahami sebagai sarana transformasi diri untuk memperluas kontribusi keilmuan, dakwah, dan pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Dukungan struktural dan kultural pesantren berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan studi santri. Temuan ini menegaskan peran pesantren sebagai ekosistem pendidikan yang mendorong aspirasi akademik tingkat lanjut berbasis nilai religius dan pengabdian berkelanjutan.
