Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of individual investors' investment motivation and knowledge on their desire to invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange among residents of Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency. The willingness to do something is bolstered by the presence of interest, but the incentive to really do it is inextricable from the two. Knowledge is essential for taking action, as ignorance can lead to disastrous consequences. The community's lack of interest stems from their inability to learn about investment opportunities. Realizing how much room there is for growth in Indonesia's economy. The Indonesia Stock Exchange has provided numerous educational and advisory programs for investors. Research submissions showing how investment knowledge and motivation can sway people's interest in investing. The residents of Kota Pari Village in Pantai Cermin District in Serdang Bedagai Regency are hoping to raise their standard of living thanks to the findings of this study. Investing motivation and knowledge were found to have a favorable and significant effect on people's interest in investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

The more effective the profit planning, the greater the company's net profit. High profit planning demonstrates the company's ability to create value for its shareholders. The company's success in developing this value undoubtedly results in increased profits for its stockholders. This return is extremely important since it is used as a measure of the company's performance and as a basis for evaluating the future returns associated with expectations and risks. This study aimed to investigate and analyze the impact of CR on profits planning. To examine and assess the influence of DER on profit planning. To examine and assess TATO's impact on profit planning. To evaluate and analyze the impact of ROE on profit planning in the catering industry. To evaluate and assess the impact of CR, DER, TATO, and ROE on profit planning. This study employs quantitative data analysis, which involves testing and analyzing data by calculating numbers, followed by drawing conclusions from the test using descriptive statistical tests and multiple correlations. However, the data processing for this study is not performed manually, but rather through the use of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). According to the study's findings, CR, TATO, DER, and ROE have a considerable influence on profit planning, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study's objective was to identify and analyze sustainable economic growth through the strengthening of digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs for MSME actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Province. In addition, economic growth is the process of changing a nation's economic conditions in a sustainable fashion towards a more prosperous state for all its citizens over time. In an effort to increase economic growth, the government has promoted the spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship, particularly becoming a digitalpreneur, which is part of entrepreneurship based on the large number of internet users in Indonesia, especially mobile internet, in the hope that digitalpreneurs can become a potential new pillar of the national economy that grows and develops from the creative-preneur spirit of the nation's generation in developing businesse. The method employed is a quantitative descriptive method, namely the study of literature, theory, or literature in order to provide an overview of certain facets of the examined population's way of life. The research sample included 30 respondents who were involved with MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs have a positive and significant impact on sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy, investment policy, profitability on company value in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from 2018-2022. The ratios used to measure debt policy are debt  to equity ratio (DER), investment policy is measured by price to earning ratio (PER), profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), and company value is measured by price book value  (PBV). This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. It is known that from 22 total populations, there are 13 companies that meet the criteria to be sampled.  Data analysis techniques using panel data regression analysis. The results showed that partially debt policy and investment policy did not affect the value of the company, but profitability affected the value of the company. The results also show that simultaneously debt policy, investment policy, and profitability affect the value of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Human Resource Development and Competence on the Work Productivity of MSME Actors in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. The specific target in this study is how to increase the work productivity of MSME business actors produced by business actors in Pematang Serai Kabaputen Langkat village so that it can be in demand by the wider community. The hypothesis in this study is to see the influence of competence and human resource development on the work productivity of MSME business actors. Themethod that will be used in this study is a quantitative method where the quantitative method in this study is related to data that describes the condition of the village community, especially MSME business actors in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency can make good changes and product development significantly in order to increase income. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with statistical testing using SPSS v. 25.. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the variables of Human Resources and Competency Development had a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of MSME Actors in Pematang Serai Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) pada lembaga filantropi Islam dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penghimpunan dana zakat, infaq, dan sedekah (ZIS). QRIS menawarkan kemudahan dan transparansi dalam proses donasi, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Meskipun beberapa masjid melaporkan peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah donasi setelah implementasi QRIS, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan literasi digital masih menjadi hambatan utama. Kondisi literasi keuangan di Indonesia saat ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks literasi keuangan mencapai 49,68% pada tahun 2022, meningkat dari 38,03% pada tahun 2019, tetapi masih tergolong rendah dibandingkan dengan target inklusi keuangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak masyarakat yang belum sepenuhnya memahami produk dan layanan keuangan yang ada, termasuk sistem pembayaran digital seperti QRIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis pengalaman lembaga filantropi dalam menerapkan QRIS dan dampaknya terhadap pengumpulan dana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS tidak hanya mempermudah transaksi tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dana ZIS. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai penggunaan QRIS sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan literasi keuangan di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang manfaat dan cara penggunaan QRIS, diharapkan lembaga filantropi Islam dapat menarik lebih banyak donatur dan memaksimalkan potensi penghimpunan dana. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif untuk mempromosikan QRIS sebagai alat yang efektif dalam mendukung kegiatan filantropi di era digital ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of reward and punishment policies on employee work discipline at the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method. The research population consists of all employees at BKN Medan, with a sample of 150 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure that the instruments used were valid and reliable. The results show that reward policies have a significant positive effect on employee work discipline (β = 0.45, p < 0.01), meaning that the better the reward policies implemented, the higher the level of employee work discipline. Punishment policies also have a significant positive effect on employee work discipline (β = 0.35, p < 0.01), indicating that the implementation of firm and fair punishments can improve work discipline. The interaction between reward and punishment policies is not significant (β = 0.10, p > 0.05), suggesting that the combined effect of these policies is not significantly different from the effect of each policy individually. These findings support the motivation and reinforcement theory, which states that positive rewards and negative consequences can influence individual behavior. The practical implications of this research are the importance of designing fair and relevant reward policies and consistently applying punishments to enhance employee work discipline. This study also recommends further research with a qualitative approach and broader scope to deepen the understanding of factors affecting work discipline.

Abstract

The role of HR Competence in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important in improving MSME performance. This study aims to: determine the role of HR competencies in MSME actors, determine the driving factors for improving MSME performance; and knowing the inhibiting factors in improving the performance of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the study are MSME owners, MSME employees and customers. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: the role of HR competence in developing MSMEs is needed who have the ability and expertise as well as good skills and innovation, so it requires special training for MSME actors. In addition to MSME owners, the government and related agencies participate in training to improve HR competence in improving MSME performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, hubungan kerja, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan J&T Express cabang Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan tetap berjumlah 50 orang, yang juga dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2025. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data primer-kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS versi 24. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas, baik secara individu maupun bersamaan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki koefisien regresi 0,324 (thitung = 3,631; sig. = 0,001), hubungan kerja sebesar 0,238 (thitung = 2,373; sig. = 0,022), dan fasilitas kerja sebesar 0,492 (thitung = 3,715; sig. = 0,001). Uji F memperoleh Fhitung sebesar 210,961 (sig. = 0,000), melebihi Ftabel sebesar 2,807. Nilai R sebesar 0,966 mengindikasikan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara ketiga variabel terhadap produktivitas kerja. Fasilitas kerja tercatat sebagai variabel paling dominan dengan nilai beta tertinggi, yaitu 0,400. Sebanyak 92,8% variasi produktivitas kerja dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
