Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether the variables related to environmental management systems, environmental performance, and company size impact the reporting of greenhouse gas emissions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data from annual and sustainability reports selected through purposive sampling. Information was gathered from official company websites and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The study encompasses 68 samples from an unbalanced panel data set of 28 companies from 2019 to 2021. The analytical methodology employed in this research involves panel data regression analysis. The results indicate that environmental management system variables and company size do not significantly influence greenhouse gas emission disclosures. However, it was observed that company size does have a notable positive effect on reporting greenhouse gas emissions. These findings offer valuable insights for governments and other institutions aiming to enhance environmental policies and foster improved greenhouse gas emission transparency within the industrial sector.

Abstract

Children and teenagers often engage in delinquent behavior at their age. However, this can still be avoided and even reduced this behavior. Parenting style is the first education that parents give to children, how they can provide positive parenting so as to create a child's character with positive behavior. If children have positive behavior, they will be able to have good social relationships. The parenting style provided focuses on democratic parenting. The aim of this activity is to provide several ways of good parenting to reduce juvenile delinquent behavior. The method used is psychoeducation by presenting material regarding positive parenting patterns and supported by image media and sharing sessions. The results of this activity show that there has been a change in parents' parenting patterns towards their children, parents have started to try to implement democratic parenting patterns, although it is not yet significant.

Abstract

The problem in Karangreja Village is the behaviour of people who still practice open defecation. The extension of private septic tank construction in Karangreja village aims to plan a private septic tank system that is able to serve users, has sufficient capacity, is easy to operate and maintain, meets applicable standards and regulations. The method of implementing community service applies the method of community education in the form of counselling. The impact of the success of this activity will be seen in the long term through improved public health, improved sanitation infrastructure, and behavioural changes towards better sanitation. In addition, a sustainable approach to maintenance and monitoring of these sanitation facilities will also be key to long-term success.

Abstract

The purpose of this socialization activity is as a form of application of the third Higher Education Tri Dharma, namely community service. The target in this activity is the village apparatus. The method used in Community Service is carried out with village officials, namely offline socialization. The material presented in this activity is related to the use of ICT in improving E-Administration, especially in Kertajaya Village, Pebayuran District. The purpose of this activity is to meet directly with village officials and the surrounding community to hear what opinions they want to propose to the village government. The potential of village- owned human resources is the main capital for increasing village officials' knowledge of ICT in order to improve E-Administration in the Village Kertajaya especially in a sophisticated era like this where everything is already using electronic technology.

Abstract

The community service activity programme aims to increase the motivation of junior high school students in Sirnajati Village, Cibarusah Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency in learning science or natural science through the use of a training programme interspersed with games to make water rockets. Water rockets are an implementation of physics, fluids, and mechanics that are interesting to discuss. Basically, water rockets have complex physics variables in the motion of the rocket, but can be described and applied simply to inspire students in learning physics and its applications. The method used is stimulation or practical demonstration of the process or operation of an object in relation to educational material, in this case water rockets. The results of this community service programme showed that more than 90% of most students gave a positive response to learning and were able to increase motivation and educational activities during the learning process.

Abstract

Business communication is one of the factors that can maintain the continuity of a business, both multinational and micro, small and medium enterprises. MSMEs must continue to struggle to face an increasingly competitive market in one way is to communicate their business to consumers and potential customers. Therefore, business communication must be improved to increase profits and for the business to survive in the long run. Through qualitative approaches such as observation and interviews with business actors. Observations show that there is a lack of business communication carried out by MSMEs. In the community service program to overcome these problems, the author uses the implementation method by providing socialization and training on the importance of communication business and training on delivering communication to consumers and prospective customers with a business communication form approach. With this program, it is expected that business actors can implement good business communication to consumers and potential customers. The results obtained can benefit the local community and MSME players and can add insight into business communication.

Abstract

The community service programme aims to improve makeup skills among the people of Bojongmangu Village. The Bojongmangu Village community has beauty potential that can be developed. Therefore, through this community service activity, the author organised makeup training to improve the knowledge and makeup skills of the community, especially women, in caring for and beautifying their faces. The method of activity implementation includes practical demonstrations and participant training. In addition, this activity also provides practical guidance on how to apply good and correct make-up. The results of the community service activities can have a positive impact, in the form of increased self-confidence, job opportunities in the field of cosmetology, and increased community economy. The existence of this community service activity is expected that the field of makeup can provide tangible benefits to the people of Bojongmangu Village, providing real benefits for the community. Bojongmangu Village community, making a positive contribution to the development of local beauty, and open up new job opportunities in the field of cosmetology.

Abstract

Pancasila education must be able to answer the question of how best to foster nationalism among Indonesian people. Strategies are needed to strengthen nationalism by applying the ideals of the state ideology Pancasila and nationalism which is experiencing a decline along with the increasing number of other cultures that are increasingly popular among Indonesians. Protecting Pancasila can be done by providing information on Pancasila according to grade level to primary school students. To instil the ideals of Pancasila to elementary school students and ensure that these ideals are maintained and fostered so that later they can give birth to brilliant ideas or ideas, teaching can be done because children at this age already have definite and logical concepts. The results of community service activities in the form of 90% can know and answer together with enthusiasm from the questions given by students ranging from examples of values from the first precept to the fifth precept.

Abstract

Early childhood is children between the ages of 0 and 8, and early childhood is children between the ages of 3 and 6. Development is the increasing ability to perform more complex functions and structures of the body in a systematic and predictable manner, as a result of the maturation process. Motor development is a very important component of development in a child's life. Play is an important activity in a child's life. This psychoeducational method uses teaching methods to see the child's development of fine motor skills, as well as learning by games which aims to improve the child's fine motor skills, to make learning a fun experience. The results of the paired sample t-test before and after the treatment of fine motor training with the learning by game method obtained significant differences in the development of fine motor skills before and after treatment.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medalkrisna Village play a strategic role in driving local economic growth. However, many business owners face challenges in accurately calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), which affects pricing decisions. Errors in COGS calculation can lead to suboptimal profit margins and impact business sustainability. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance MSME owners' understanding and skills in COGS calculation through a structured and practical training program. The training methodology includes theoretical presentations on cost components in COGS, interactive discussions, case studies based on real business scenarios, and hands-on practice using participants’ business data. Training effectiveness was assessed through pre-tests and post-tests to measure improvements in participants' comprehension. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' ability to accurately and systematically calculate COGS. With improved knowledge, MSME owners can set more competitive prices and enhance their business profitability. In addition to improving technical skills, this training also raises awareness of the importance of proper financial record-keeping as a foundation for sound business decision-making. The positive impact of this initiative is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in Medalkrisna Village, promote community-based economic growth, and foster more sustainable enterprises. Therefore, similar training programs are recommended to be conducted regularly to support the development of more professional and independent MSMEs.
