Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, customer relationship marketing dan coroprate social responsibility terhadap loyalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bhina Raharja, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dan diolah menggunkan SPSS 21. Data yang digunkan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunkan metode observasi, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analis menggunakan analisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota dengan t hitung 1.805 > t tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,074 > 0,05, (2) customer relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota dengan t hitung 2.003 > t tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,048 < 0,05, (3) corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota dengan t hitung 3119 > t tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi 0.002 < 0,05, (4) kualitas pelayanan ,customer relationship marketing dan corporate social responsibility secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung sebesar 6,921 > F tabel 2,70,Nilai R-square untuk kualitas pelayanan, customer relationship marketing dan corporate social responsibility sebesar 0,178 yang artinya kualitas pelayanan, customer relationship marketing dan corporate social responsibility dapat menjelaskan variasi dari variabel loyalitas anggota sebesar 17,8 % sedangkan sisanya 82,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel – variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of communication skills and transformational leadership on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were 75 employees of the Matahari Department Store Java Supermall. Processing and data analysis using SPSS version 21 for Windows. The results showed that communication skills have a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, communication skills have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Communication skills do not have an indirect effect on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable, and transformational leadership has an indirect effect on employee performance with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. The results of this study are discussed based on previous evidence, and the implications can be used for organizations or companies engaged in the same or other fields.

Abstract

AbstractThis study is carried out to synergize academics, entrepreneurs, and government both central and regional, as it is expected to contribute to the decrease of unemployment rate in Central Java. This study is conducted in Kendal Special Economic Zone in Kendal Industrial Park (KIP) using the collaboration of the three actors with Triple Helix that is considered able to increase creativity, ideas, and skills. In this study, triple helix is used as an analytical knife to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers.This study aims to describe and analyze the role of Triple Helix in increasing skills and competence of the society in fulfilling labor qualification required by the KIP as well as the synergy of educational institutions, industry, and the government in decreasing the number of employment of vocational high school graduates in Kendal Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative approach. The location or research object is in Kendal Industrial Park in Jalan Raya Arteri KM. 19, Brangsong, Kendal Regency, Central Java, 51371. The results of this study explain that the interaction between industry and academics gives rise to the exploratory innovation capabilities of the company with the Triple Helix framework. In Triple Helix I (static regime), it shows that the government of Kendal Regency plays the main role in regulating university and industry. In Triple Helix II (laissez-faire regime), Kendal Industrial Park becomes the driver for university and government. In Triple Helix III (trilateral-hybrid organization), the university become the active actors in the cooperative relationship between government and industry in a balanced interaction model. From this results, it can be concluded that the Triple Helix synergy enable the increase of the absorption of vocational high school graduates from Kendal Regency in Kendal Industrial Area.It occurs with the cooperation between university and industry, along with the mentoring in Kendal Industrial Park using “SCORE” training. Besides, cooperation between the government and university also occur with human capital training and development for vocational high school graduates, which include improvement culture, work planning problem solving, cost control system development, and self-development program. Cooperation between government, university, and industry result in a digital-based application development called “Si Lamar”, which brings job seekers and industry together. This will ease vocational high school graduates to find suitable job, and help industry to carry out the recruitment process

Abstract

ABSTRACT Improved performance of the entrepreneur need to do to optimize their work, where the performance is determined by the ability to manage intellectual property in controlling emotions in interaction with others and the level of spiritual intelligence. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence in Improving entrepreneur Performance at Central Java. Researchers deploy the questionnaire by 90 exemplar according to population size. Of the 90 exemplar questionnaires distributed, 75 of them returned from 75 questionnaires returned only 71 were complete and worth analyzing. Regression Analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows used to test the significance of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and test the research model. The results showed that the Intellectual Intelligence significant positive effect on entrepreneur performance with regression coefficients for 0,315 and 0,001 significance

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) are building the economy of Indonesia, which accounted for nearly 95% of the number of businesses in Indonesia with the majority classified as household industries. Viewed in terms of quantity of UMKM is reasonable if it has great contribution in the national economy. The present study is oriented to the discovery of quality grade formulation of UMKM, UMKM regroupping which is based on the real problems faced by UMKM and the findings of the initial effective stimulant for the development of UMKM. The object of research conducted in Pekalongan batik centers, with the number of respondents were 58 UMKM. Data collection techniques with menggukan survey through questionnaires with open-ended questions, and with interviews with respondents. The results showed that the respondents (UMKM Batik Pekalongan) grouped into three categories of four health categories of UMKM, namely: (1) 2 UMKM included in category A (excellent), 36 UMKM included in category B (good) and 15 UMKM included in the category C (pretty good). In addition, this study also found regroupping UMKM in accordance with health (quality grade) and the specific problems faced by UMKM. Other research results obtained are formulated type of initial effective stimulant and also as a starting point for further research stage, in order to be validated and adapted to the UMKM contextually targeted to be more effective. Abstract

Menurut Nr hukum. 28, 2009, setiap pemerintah daerah atau Provience sholud menjadi relay peraturan saja mereka lokal tentang Pajak dan Retribusi. Basis revisi pada dua alasan, pertama, tentang tarif dan waktu; kedua batas untuk mengambil uang dari fiskus. Untuk mencapai target anggaran, pemerintah setempat harus repaidly merevisi semua peraturan daerah. Berdasarkan alasan ini, penelitian ini akan muncul posisi Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah berurusan dengan Anggaran. Data akan menunjukkan tren pajak dan retribusi, fraom 2007, 2008 dan 2009. Abstract

Abstract—Religiosity is closely associated with religious activities; not only performing rituals (worship) but also on other activities. Religiosity can predict how a person's work performance is. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of religiosity of a person through five dimensions; ritual, ideological, intellectual, experience and the dimension of consequences, and to analyse religiosity’s effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The analytical tool used to test the effect of research variables is multiple linear analysis. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis with teachers in foundation of Roudlotus Saidiyyah in Semarang as respondents. The study shows no effect of the ritual dimension (X1), the ideological dimension (X2), the intellectual dimension (X3), and the dimension of experience (X4) on OCB, while the dimensions of the consequences (X5) has a considerable influence on OCB.
