Abstract

Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the effect of Brand Image (X1), and Service Quality (X2), on trust (Y) to increase Consumer Loyalty (Y1) in using MS Glow Products, it can be concluded as follows: Brand Image (X1) has an effect on Trust (Y) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a path coefficient of 0.591, Services Quality (X2) has an effect on Trust (Y) in using the product. It can be seen from the results of research conducted that is equal to 0.274, Trust (Y) affects Consumer Loyalty (Y1) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.383, Brand Image (X1) has an indirect effect on Consumer Loyalty (Z) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.638 Services Quality (X2) has an indirect effect on Consumer Loyalty (Z) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.205, Trust (Y) to Consumer Loyalty (Y1) for MS Glow products among students at the Muhammadiyah University of  Bengkulu. This can be seen from the β efficiency of 0.383 or 38.3% with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050, then H0 is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on Consumer Loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and role conflict of medical personnel on the performance of female nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is female nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital. The sampling method is non-probability technique, namely the incidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 44 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. By using analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Job Stress has a positive effect on nurse performance, Conflict of the Role of Medical Personnel has a positive effect on the Performance of Female Nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital, Bengkulu City. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-wom, price discounts, online customer reviews and online customer ratings on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform for undergraduate management students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive type of research, the object of this research is users of the Shopee application among Management undergraduate students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 150 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely the t test and f test. The results of this research can be concluded that the E-wom variable has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price Discount has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Online Customer Review has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Online Customer Rating has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, and E-wom, Price Discount , Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating together have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform for Bachelor of Management students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah pilihan yang bagus untuk menangani berbagai masalah sosial yang ada baik masalah penganguran, kemiskinan, maupun keterbelakangan sosial lainnya. perluasan nilai-nilai kewirausahan pada anak anak di sekolah bisa dilaksanakan dengan berbagai macam metode, salah satunya ialah melalui cara pembelajaran yang nyata. kaidah yang akan dilakukan ialah cara pendampingan pembelajaran ber-orientasi bagi peserta pembelajaran (siswa siswi ), dengan pemberian materi berisi tiori. Mengenai tahapan dari pelaksaan kegiatan ini adalah memberi sepintas lalu teori tentang penjelasan dan faedah kewirausahaan serta memberikn penguraian tentang dorongan minatt dalam kewirausahaan Para siswa maupun siswi dapat memulai kegiatan usaha dalam ruanglingkup kecil. Pembelajaran ini adalah modal dasar para siswa untuk mengetahui skema kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Lifestyle and Brand image on Trust to improve purchasing decisions. This study used quantitative methods. The population in this study is students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Campus IV 160 respondents as samples, data collection was carried out using questionnaires. First Equation The results of this study show that: (1) There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on trust. (2) There is a positive influence of the Brand image variable on trust. There is a positive influence of the Brand image variable on trust. There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions There is a positive influence of the Brand Image variable on purchasing decisions There is a positive influence of lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Kantor KPPBC bengkulu is a company that pays great attention to its human resources, but the improvement of human resources in improving employee performance is still not optimal so a strategy is needed to overcome these problems. This study aims to identify internal and external factors regarding improving human resources in improving employee performance and formulating strategies for improving human resources in improving employee performance. The research method used is SWOT analysis.The results of this study can be concluded that the results of the IFAS matrix calculation, namely the weighted score for strength factors, amounted to 2.21 overall IFAS with an average score of 4.17, indicating that strength factors are stronger than weakness factors. The results of the EFAS matrix calculation, namely the weighted score for the opportunity factor, amounted to 1.96. and the overall result of EFAS with an average score of 0.92 shows that the opportunity factor is stronger than the threat factor.The results of the SWOT analysis of human resource development strategies to increase employee productivity carried out are strength-opportunity strategies because they have a combined SWOT strategy value (4.17) higher than the weakness- Opportunity strategy (2.8), strength-threat strategy (3.13) maupurn weakness-threat strategy (1.76).Human resource development strategies to improve work culture, job training, leadership training, communication and career paths for employees are carried out, namely providing training or internships, increasing salaries and decent awards for productive employees. Abstract

This research is based on the importance of purchasing decisions for business companies. Several factors that influence purchasing decisions are country of origin, green marketing, brand image, and perceived quality. This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, green marketing, brand image, and perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorbikes. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research population is the people of Tanjung Kemuning sub-district, Kaur Regency, who use Honda brand motorbikes. The number of research respondents was 110 people, taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Partial test results show that country of origin has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to find out which factors most dominantly influence purchasing decisions. The research was conducted from February to June 2024. The sample for this research is consumers who have previously purchased products and know the Hanie BC Bakery. This research used quantitative methods on 125 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 27 for Windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 3.195 + 0.545 (X1), + 0.154 (X2) + 0.293 (X3) was obtained and the coefficient of determination R Square (R2) value was 0.610 or around (61.0%). The research results and hypotheses in this study show that product variation variables, taste variations have a partial or simultaneous positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Hanie BC Bakery.Keywords: Product Variations, Taste Variations, Hygiene and Purchasing Decisions.Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and security on trust to enhance the decision to use QRIS BRI among Generation Z users in the Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both the direct and indirect relationships between the independent variables (ease of use and security), the mediating variable (trust), and the dependent variable (QRIS BRI user decisions). The study identifies several issues, including the low adoption rate of QRIS BRI among Generation Z due to users’ limited understanding of the payment system, concerns about data security, and a lack of transparency regarding transaction fees, which potentially reduces user trust. The results indicate that ease of use and security have a positive and significant effect on user trust, with path coefficients of 0.511 and 0.525, respectively. Furthermore, trust acts as a significant mediating variable in enhancing the decision to use QRIS BRI, with an influence coefficient of 0.624. Ease of use and security also have an indirect effect on user decisions through trust, with coefficients of 0.563 and 0.633, respectively. The impact of trust on QRIS BRI user decisions among Generation Z users in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, is reflected in the β coefficient of 0.383 (38.3%), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, leading to the rejection of H0. This indicates a positive and significant effect of ease of use on QRIS BRI user decisions. Keywords: Ease of Use, Security, Trust, User Decisions, QRIS BRI
