Abstract

This study examines the role of blockchain technology in enhancing consumer trust and data privacy security on e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has transformed shopping patterns and economic interactions, but it has also raised concerns regarding data security and privacy. Through a systematic literature review of recent research (2017-2023), this study identifies key factors influencing consumer trust in e-commerce, including website quality, vendor reputation, and transaction security. The study also investigates the potential of blockchain technology to address trust and data security issues on e-commerce platforms. The findings suggest that blockchain can improve transaction transparency, security, and efficiency, though its implementation still faces technical and regulatory challenges. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in building consumer trust, involving technical, social, and psychological aspects. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for e-commerce platform developers, policymakers, and researchers in the fields of technology and consumer behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Digital Touchpoint Excellence and Switching Resilience on Millennial Loyalty and Financial Decision-Making in the context of digital investment services at Phintraco Sekuritas. In particular, the study seeks to understand how high quality digital interactions and user resilience contribute to sustained loyalty among millennials in Java and Bali. A quantitative research method was employed using a structured online questionnaire distributed to millennial respondents aged 20–40 who actively use digital investment platforms. A sample of 384 respondents was selected through proportional random sampling across major cities in Java and Bali. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS to test the relationships among variables. The results reveal that Digital Touchpoint Excellence significantly influences both Financial Decision-Making and Millennial Loyalty, with Financial Decision-Making acting as a partial mediator. Furthermore, Switching Resilience strengthens the impact of Financial Decision-Making on Millennial Loyalty, indicating its role as a moderating variable. The findings suggest that creating seamless, personalized, and reliable digital touchpoints is crucial in enhancing user confidence in financial decisions, which in turn drives loyalty. This study provides practical implications for fintech service providers, emphasizing the importance of investing in digital customer experiences and resilience-building strategies to retain millennial users. Uniqueness of this study lies in its integrated approach that combines psychological resilience and digital UX excellence within a financial decision-making context, specifically targeting millennial behavior in the Indonesian capital market a perspective that remains underexplored in previous research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether Halal Awernes can influence the strengthening of the Halal Value Chain, also to see whether Blockchain Technology can affect the strengthening of the Halal Value Chain. This research method uses a quantitative method that proves the theory or results of previous research. The data used are SMEs in Indonesia, with a random sampling method using the formula according to (HOSMER et al., 1997). So that the obtained data that must be taken amounted to 96 respondents throughout Indonesia. Data analysis uses SPSS 26. The results of this study are Halal Awerness and Blockchain Technology have a positive and significant effect on the Halal Value Chain. This means that, the higher the halal awerness of MSMEs towards halal products will further strengthen the implementation of the Halal Value Chain in Indonesia. The higher understanding and use of blockchain technology in MSMEs will further strengthen the implementation of the Halal Value Chain in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasingly dynamic development of the financial sector requires an increase in financial literacy for the community, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Low financial literacy can lead to less than optimal financial management, thus having a negative impact on business performance and sustainability. This study seeks to enhance the comprehension of financial literacy among MSME participants through the Community Service (PkM) initiative in partnership with Rahastra Cooperative. The approach employed in this program includes lectures and tutorials that offer knowledge and training on utilizing digital financial recording applications for MSME operators. The training outcomes indicate that the adoption of digital technology for financial recording assists MSMEs in generating more organized financial reports, thereby improving their access to financing and enhancing their financial management practices. Therefore, boosting technology-driven financial literacy can serve as an effective means to elevate the competitiveness and long-term viability of MSMEs.. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Msmes, Digital Financial Recording, Financial Applications, Financial Management.  ABSTRAK Perkembangan sektor keuangan yang semakin dinamis menuntut peningkatan literasi keuangan bagi masyarakat, terutama bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Literasi keuangan yang rendah dapat menyebabkan pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang optimal, sehingga berdampak negatif pada kinerja dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman literasi keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang bekerja sama dengan Koperasi Rahastra. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan tutorial yang memberikan wawasan serta pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital bagi pelaku UMKM. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pencatatan keuangan membantu UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan akses mereka terhadap pendanaan serta memperbaiki pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Dengan demikian, peningkatan literasi keuangan berbasis teknologi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, UMKM, Pencatatan Keuangan Digital, Aplikasi Keuangan, Pengelolaan Keuangan.
