Abstract

Employees at the company have a responsibility in carrying out all company actions that have duties related to all company activities. PT. Haleyora Power Bandung has implemented an occupational safety and health (K3) program to minimize work accidents that may occur to employees who work directly in the field as well as good communication between the company and employees. But the problem that occurs is the level of work productivity of employees at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung can be said to be low because the target given by the company is not achieved. This study aims to determine how occupational safety and health (K3), communication, and work productivity of employees at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung and to find out how occupational safety and health (K3) and communication influence employee productivity at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Haleyora Power Bandung. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that there is an influence between occupational safety and health (K3) at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung and the influence of communication on employee productivity at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung as well as occupational safety and health (K3) and communication simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Haleyora Power Bandung.

Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution's revolutionary changes to the business environment and skill sets, along with increased global mobility, global demographic and economic trends, and a more diverse workforce, are creating the ideal storm for strategic human resource management (SHRM). A tough corporate climate that requires constant advancement and innovation has been identified as the hallmark of the knowledge-based economy. Organizations' capacity is significantly impacted by the caliber of knowledge they apply to succeed in the increasingly competitive knowledge-based market economy. The methodologies of this study employed the traditional Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which compiled some previous studies to be examined. The initial studies were only selected from the article published in a reputable journal indexed by Scopus. Of the 207 reviewed articles, 31 articles were selected to be included in the analysis. Talent management is the methodical planning, acquisition, development, performance management, engagement, and retention of workers who have been identified as having talent within the company. In order to establish an evidence-based comprehensive multilevel framework, this review intends to compile empirical evidence on the components of talent management. The crucial components are talent management practices, determinants, and results. This evaluation attempts to describe the majority of talent management practices as well as the best suggestions for enhancing talent management in the tourism industry

Abstract

A company's workforce is one of the most important factors that any company must consider. Human resources are basically in the form of people employed by a company as planners and implementers of all activities and activities carried out by the company with a specific purpose. Good human resources management is required to manage human resources in the company and to ensure that the skills and potential of each human resource are maximized. HR Management is responsible for handling various HR-related matters and works closely with management to further develop the company. The job of personnel management is to create a comfortable working environment by presenting a workload that matches the abilities of each employee. These aspects are intended to increase the loyalty of the company's employees. The purpose of this survey was to determine respondents' responses regarding workload, work environment, and employee retention on PLABS.ID and to determine whether workload and work environment are a factor in employee retention on PLABS.ID. to find out how it affects The research methods used are descriptive and verification methods. The samples used in this survey are all her PLABS.ID employees. Data processing is performed by multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The survey results show that there is a significant impact of workload on the employee retention rate of PLABS.ID and work environment the on employee retention rate of PLABS.ID, and both workload and work environment have a significant impact at the same time. It can be said that About employee retention PLABS.ID

Abstract

Optimizing resource utilization is a crucial strategy in creating business advantages in an era of increasingly fierce global competition. This community service activity examines how the company can maximize the use of its resources, both tangible and intangible, to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The study combines analysis of the current literature with case studies from various industries to identify best practices in resource management. The main focus is given on four key aspects: human resources, technology, finance, and organizational knowledge. The results of this activity show that companies that successfully optimize their resources have several common characteristics, including: 1) the implementation of an integrated resource management system, 2) continuous investment in employee competency development, 3) the adoption of appropriate technology, 4) the strategic allocation of financial resources, and 5) an organizational culture that encourages continuous innovation and learning. Furthermore, this community service activity will be sustainable, including in business assistance.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life in Indonesia. One of the websites frequently visited by Indonesian people is YouTube, where this platform offers a wide variety of video content that can be enjoyed by the public. Currently, an increasing number of music videos in the form of short movies or short films are uploaded to YouTube. In line with this reason, one Indonesian singer who shares a short film as one of her music videos is Yura Yunita. The short film, released on November 29, 2018, on Yura Yunita's YouTube channel, has been viewed by up to 2.2 billion viewers as of March 6, 2023. Enhancing the effectiveness of content based on the communication impact generated will increase the number of subscribers to the YouTube channel. Research results show that the Model EPIC in the short film content "Tenang" has an influence on the presence of Yura Yunita's YouTube channel. The partial influence of the Model EPIC dimensions, with the greatest influence, is the impact at 65.5%, while the simultaneous influence of independent variables' influence is 71.8%, with the remaining 28.2% being influenced by other variables not studied in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and formulate adaptation strategies that can be applied by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing competitiveness in the digital era. Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the business competition landscape, so MSMEs need to adjust their strategies to be able to survive and grow. The research uses a training method with a case study approach on MSMEs under the auspices of a cooperative in the city of Bandung. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that effective adaptation strategies include: (1) Optimizing the use of digital platforms and social media for marketing and sales, (2) Developing an information technology-based management system to improve operational efficiency, (3) Improving human resource capabilities in mastering digital technology, (4) Implementing a business model that is more flexible and responsive to market changes, and (5) Building strategic collaboration with various stakeholders in the digital ecosystem. The implementation of this strategy has been proven to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, which is reflected in increased sales, operational efficiency, and expansion of market reach. This research makes a practical contribution to MSME actors in formulating adaptation strategies in the digital era as well as theoretical contributions in the development of digital-based MSME business strategy models
