Abstract

Background : Breast milk is the best food for babies 0-6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still low in Indonesia. Many factors become obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding. Method : This research uses a correlation study design cross sectional, to look for the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards exclusive breastfeeding. The population is all mothers who have babies aged 6-24 years in Sisumut Village in 2023, totaling 50 mothers using a purposive sampling technique. Research time May 2023 in Sisumut Village. Data is taken primarily for knowledge and attitudes. Questionnaire instrument tool using interview method. The data analysis technique uses Chi statistical test analysis Squere . Results : The majority of respondents had less than 76% knowledge, 54% agreed, 76% aged 20-35 years, 44% SMS education and 66% employed. There is a relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding, namely p = 0.002 < of α value = 0.05. There is no relationship between attitude and exclusive breastfeeding, namely p= 0.145 > than α value = 0.05. Conclusion : There is a relationship between knowledge and no relationship between attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding. It is best to be given support from health workers, family and the mother's intention to provide exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is the second cause of death. Risk factors are genetics, age at menarche, primi gravida, obesity and physical activity. The age frequently affected is between 40-55 years. Many cancers are detected too late so treatment is too late. Awareness and sadism are early detection to find out whether someone has breast cancer. Method: Pre-experimental research type. Pre test-post test design (one group pre and post design). The research design uses a pre-test and post-test in one group. The population is all WUS in Sobawagoli Village in 2023, totaling 67 women. The number of samples used was 30 people obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon sign rank test. Results: BSE knowledge before intervention and after the mean value was increased after 9.5 and for BSE skills: 13.5. There is an effect of the BSE demonstration on knowledge and BSE skills, namely p = 0.00 < of the value ? = 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence between the BSE demonstration on the knowledge and skills of WUS in Sobawagoli Village in 2023. So it will be an early detection of the incidence of breast cancer.

Abstract

Anemia is rate Hemoglobin in blood below normal. Possible impact _ happened to the mother pregnant so mother and fetus like bleeding moment childbirth and abortion, LBW even death fetus. Need given intervention in mothers pregnant: gift counseling use leaflet. Type study This is intervention. Design true experiment. Design study use pre-test and post test in one group. Population is all over Mother Anemic pregnant women at the Elly Clinic, Klambir V Village, Deli Serdang in 2023, totaling 40 mothers. Amount sample used _ were 40 people obtained with use technique Total sampling. The sample consists of 20 mothers pregnant group treatment use leafleat and 20 mothers pregnant group control without use leaflet. Data analysis techniques use tests Independent t-test . Compliance Mother pregnant with counseling without leaflet is mean value 54.65 and compliance Mother pregnant consumption of substance tablets iron with counseling use leaflet is increase after 76.50. There is improvement obedience Mother consuming substance tablets iron that is p =0.000 < of ? value = 0.05. There is improvement in consume iron tablets after get counseling use leaflet.

Abstract

Perineal rupture is an injury to the perineum that is caused by natural tissue damage due to pressure on the fetal head or shoulders during delivery. To determine the factors that influence the incidence of perineal rupture in mothers giving birth at BPM Mesrida Simarmata, Am Keb in 2022. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a retrospective approach. The population of this study was pregnant women who experienced perineal rupture in 2022. The total population was 30 people and with a total sampling technique. The instrument uses a checklist and the data analysis technique uses analysis. The majority of respondents had grade 2 perineal rupture. The mother's age was 20-35 years as many as 27 people (90%), the majority of parity were multiparous as many as 18 people (60%). BBL 2500-3500 grams was 26 people (67%) and pregnancy interval > 2 years was 16 (53%). The majority of respondents are in normal condition, it is necessary to investigate things that cause perineal rupture, such as pushing techniques and efforts to make the perineum elastic. The parity of multiparous respondents needs to be researched with the variable history of previous perineal rupture.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Sekitar 30 % angka kejadian ibu hamil di dunia mengalami anemi dan 500.000 kematian ibu setiap tahunnya dengan penyebab 20-40% anemi. Anemi pada kehamilan adalah keadaan kadar haemoglobin ibu hamil di bawah 11%. Dampak yang bisa terjadi adalah perdarahan, partus macet, abortus, KJDK dan lainnya. Faktor resiko anemi : pengetahuan, umur, paritas, sosial ekonomi. Tujuan: Untyuk mengetahui faktor resiko terjadinya anemi pada ibu hamil . Metode Penelitian: Cross Sectional dengan populasi ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemi ,sampel seluruh populasi (total populasi) sebanyak 30 orang . Tempat penelitian PMB Mesrida Simarmata, Amkeb. Hasil: kejadian anemi mayoritas anemi ringan sebanyak 27 orang (73%) anemi sedang sebanyak 3 orang (10 %), Pengetahuan mayoritas kurang sebanyak 15 orang (50% ) minoritas baik sebanyak 5 orang (17%). Mayoritas multigravida sebanyak 16 orang (53%) sosial ekonomi sebanyak 21 orang (70 %). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, paritas dan sosial ekonomi dengan kejadian anemi pada ibu hamil deng nilai p Value 0,001 <0,05. Kesimpulan: Faktor resiko terjadinya anemi pada ibu hamil : Pengetahuan, paritas dan sosial ekonomi dengan kejadian anemi pada ibu hamil. Saran: Perlu dilakukan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang anemi serta alternatif penanganan anemi dengan sosial ekonomi rendah, menggalakkan penggunaan KB

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Ekslusif adalah ASI yang diberikan ibu sejak lahir sampai bayi berusia 6 bulan tanpa tambahan makanan atau minuman lain. Negara menjamin hak bayi untuk mendapatkan ASI Ekslusif karena gizi yang baik untuk tumbuh kembang bayi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektifitas kelancaran produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui yang mengkonsumsi buah pepaya di PMB Era Bangun Sialang Rampai Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan eksperimen semu (quasy experiment) dengan menggunakan two group post test design..Sampel 30 ibu nifas hari ke 2 Hasil: seluruh responden (100%) memiliki umur 20-35 tahun, responden mayoritas SMA kelompo pepaya mayorita SMA sebanyak 8 orang (23%) mayoritas paritas multipara sebanyak 8 orang 27%). Kemudian, kelompok jantung pisang seluruh responden (100%) memiliki umur 20-35 tahun, mayoritas SMA 7 orang (23%) dan pada kelompok papaya mayoritas 7 (23%). Kelompok jantung pisang mayoritas multiparitas 9 orang (30%). ASI lancer pada kelompok papaya mayoritas lancar 13 orang (43%) dan pada kelompok jantung pisang mayoritas sebanyak 11 (37%). Dari uji T. Chi Square elompok jantung pisang didapatkan bahwa nilai p=0.361 (<0,05) berarti tidak ada perbedaan terhadap efektifitas jantung pisang terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI dengan buah pepaya pada ibu menyusui di PMB Era Bangun Sialang Rampai. Kesimpulan: Buah pepaya efektif dalam melancarkan ASI. Saran: Medmberi terapi komplementer pada ibu menyusi

Abstract

Anemia pada kehamilan adalah kondisi di mana kadar hemoglobin dalam darah ibu hamil berada di bawah 11 gr/dl. Sebagian besar ibu hamil (55,4%) tidak menyadari bahwa mereka mengalami anemia. Keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung ibu hamil untuk mencegah terjadinya anemia. Pegabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai pencegahan anemia yang berbasis keluarga. Edukasi diberikan kepada ibu hamil di semua trimester di Desa Bangun Rejo, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa, melalui sesi pendidikan ceramah kesehatan yang berfokus pada pencegahan anemia. Hasil pengabdian bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan ibu hamil setelah menerima edukasi dibandingkan dengan skor pengetahuan sebelum edukasi diberikan. Simpulan, Pemberian edukasi kepada ibu hamil terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka tentang pencegahan anemia berbasis keluarga. Abstract

Background: Cancer cervix is disturbance growth mobile And is a group of diseases characterized by failure to control cell proliferation and maturation in cervical tissue . Asia Southeast occupies ranking fifth amount number incident And death the highest, namely 1.91% and 1.16% of people . Objective: to m analyzing Risk Factors Affecting the Occurrence of Cervical Cancer at the H. Adam Malik Central General Hospital, North Sumatra Province in 2024 Method : This type of research is descriptive analytical. with design study Cross Sectional . The population is all those who have cervical cancer at H Adam Malik Hospital. A total of 42 people with a total sampling technique of 42 people. Results : The age of the respondents is mostly 35-45 years old, 25 people (60%), the majority of high school education is 21 people (51%), the majority of injections are 19 people (45%), the majority of cancer stage 2 is 21 people (50%). From the analysis of the chi square test of age with the stage of cervical cancer incidence, the results of the p value p = 0.571 and the results of the square test of contraceptive use with the incidence of cervical cancer p value = 0.401 that there is no relationship between age and contraceptive use with the stage of cancer . Conclusion : Factors that influence the occurrence of cervical cancer at Adam Malik Hospital in 2024 are age >35 years, high school education, users of injectable contraceptives, stage 2, there is no relationship between age and contraceptives with the stage of cervical cancer. Suggestion: It is recommended to do early detection through the IVA test as early as possible so that the incidence of cervical cancer can be overcome earlier

Abstract

Introduction : Anemia is very dangerous in pregnancy because it can affect the mother and baby. The mother can experience poor body conditions because the blood does not carry enough oxygen and nutrients so that the body is inadequate in getting oxygen and nutrients . Objective : To analyze the Relationship between Pregnant Women's Eating Patterns in the Third Trimester and the incidence of anemia at the Datuk Bandar Health Center . Method: observational research to see if there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the Datuk Bandar Health Center. Population and Sample: all pregnant women in the third trimester at the Datuk Bandar Health Center as many as 35 people with the total population sampling technique, the number of samples was 35 people. Place and time: At the Datuk Bandar Health Center, Datuk Bandar District, Tanjung Balai City, North Sumatra Province in February-April 2024. Results : Respondents with poor diet patterns were mostly anemic, 12 people (34%), while respondents with poor diet patterns were mostly not anemic, 20 people (57%). After the chi square test was carried out , the results showed that the p value was 0.000 , so there was a relationship between the respondents' diet patterns and the incidence of anemia in respondents at the Datuk Bandar Health Center, Datuk Bandar District, Tanjung Balai City, North Sumatra Province in 2024. Conclusion : There is a relationship between diet patterns and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester at the Datuk Bandar Health Center in 2024

Abstract

Introduction : Infant mortality rate is still high, one of which is caused by infectious diseases. These infectious diseases can be prevented by immunization. Immunization can prevent babies from Tuberculosis (TB), Diphtheria, Tetanus, Hepatitis B, Pertussis, Measles, and Polio . Purpose : Effect Media Booklet on Knowledge and Attitude of Mothers of Toddlers about Complete Immunization . Population and Sample: mothers who have toddlers aged 18-24 years at Rini Clinic as many as 40 people with total population sampling technique, the number of samples is 40 people. Place and time: at the Rini Midwife Clinic, Sunggal District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province on month May – June 2024. Results : The majority of respondents aged 20-35 years were 24 people (60 % ), the majority of high school/equivalent education was 36 people ( 65 people), the majority of housewives were 23 people (58%), the majority of multigravida were 25 people (63%) . The mean score of knowledge before education was 53.38 and after education was 77.00. The attitude score before booklet media education was 15-25 and after the min-max was 22-29. From the Paired T Test The P value was found to be 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha was accepted, namely that there was a relationship between knowledge and attitudes before and after booklet media education for pregnant women and mothers of toddlers. About Basic Immunization Before administration at the Rini Midwife Clinic, Sunggal District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province in 2024.
