Abstract

Work accidents are things that must be avoided, so that's not inflicted loss on the company and the workers. However, several workers still not pay attention to occupational health and safety regulations and in the work area still found several potential hazards. The research is conducted at PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills Indonesia in Karawang Regency and focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance activities that prevent paper machine breakdown. The purpose of this study is to measure how big the potential hazard and impact by using Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. This method is a systematic study, which aims to find the factors that causing work accidents and find out how big the potential accidents and their impacts. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to the employee. The results show that hazards caused by the work area and the workers themselves are 18% and 82%, respectively. Based on the severity, the number of extreme, high, medium and low risk hazards are 1, 8, 1 and 1, respectively.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang terpapar covid 19, yang pada akhirnya para pekerja mengalami efek dari covid. Jumlah pekerja yang terdampak situasi pandemi Covid-19 mencapai 1,7 juta orang baik pekerja formal maupun informal, dan diperkirakan akan terjadi penambahan pengangguran yang diestimasi mencapai 2,92 hingga 5,23 juta orang ( Kemeknaker, 2020). Salah satu penyebab begitu banyaknya pengangguran selama pandemi covid ini, adalah karena perusahaan tidak lagi mampu membayar karyawannya, sehingga terpaksa melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja dengan karyawannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui dan menganaslisis pengaruh Pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), Pemotongan gaji terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Lampung. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan yang tersisa atau tidak terkena PHK di UMKM di Lampung Timur . Jumlah populasi yaitu 292. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linear, dengan bantun SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan UMKM di Lampung Timur, selain itu juga diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif Pemotongan gaji terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan UMKM di Lampung Timur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pembuat kebijakan (manajer dan pemilik UMKM) dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan. Kata kunci: Pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), Pemotongan gaji, kesehatan mental karyawan Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM)

Abstract

Learning outcomes have an important role in the learning process. Learning outcomes are used to determine the extent to which students can understand and understand the material provided. There are so many aspects that affect learning outcomes, including motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlative descriptive method. This study was conducted with questionnaires and test results on 30 respondents (students) SMKN 7 Bandung City. As for the processing and analysis of data with statistical analysis techniques SPSS V. 25. The results of the study, showed, that: There is a positive and significant and linear relationship with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) between the Learning motivation variable and the learning outcome variable of 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant correlation relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

Underage marriage in Indonesia especially in West Java has increased significantly, reported from the underage marriage research in 2016 West Java has the second highest rate of 15-18 years old teenage marriages with the percentage of 50.2%. Around the year of 2016-2019, The Religious Courts of Indramayu received 1,235 cases of marriage dispensation that it was recorded as The Religious High Court to handle the highest number of marriage dispensation cases in West Java. The purpose of this research is to discover the aspects that affects the high number of marriage dispensation cases, roles of the panel of judges tightening the marriage dispensation procedures, and the effects of The Decision of The Constitutional Court No. 22/PUU-XV/2017 to the Resolution of Marriage Dispensation in The Religious Court of Indramayu in 2016-2019. This research uses the Normative Juridical method. Results of this research first, aspects that affects the high number of marriage dispensation that is as a result of promiscuity, the lack of basic religious education, internet, cultural, and economical influence, low education grade. Secondly, the role of The Religious Court of Indramayu’s Panel of Judges tightening the marriage dispensation procedures focused on the reasons, so that the validity of the background be known and to keep checking the legality of the income and pregnancy certificate. Thirdly, effects of The Decision of The Constitutional Court No. 22/PUU-XV/2017 to marriage dispensations in The Religious Court of Indramayu in 2016-2019 that the effect is not optimal. Therefore, it is concluded that The Decision of The Constitutional Court No. 22/PUU-XV-2017 cannot be implemented effectively.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan model periwayatan hadis sangat dipengaruhi oleh lokasi sebaran sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah, terutama di Mekah, Madinah, dan sekitarnya. Setiap lokasi memiliki karakteristik tertentu dalam proses transmisi hadis, baik melalui jalur lisan maupun tertulis. Sahabat yang tinggal di wilayah tersebut memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga keaslian dan otoritas hadis yang disampaikan. Di Mekah, hadis-hadis lebih berfokus pada aspek aqidah dan wahyu, sementara Madinah menjadi pusat utama untuk pengembangan hukum Islam dan tata kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan model periwayatan hadis yang muncul di setiap lokasi sebaran sahabat dan dampaknya terhadap keautentikan serta distribusi hadis di kalangan umat Islam. Pemahaman tentang peran sahabat di lokasi-lokasi ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap studi hadis dan sejarah Islam secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Meningkatnya ancaman siber terhadap situs layanan publik di Indonesia menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan informasi, khususnya pasca-operasional sistem digital seperti situs PeduliLindungi yang dialihkan ke SATUSEHAT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepatuhan keamanan informasi situs tersebut terhadap standar ISO/IEC 27001:2013, serta mengidentifikasi risiko yang timbul akibat kelalaian pengelolaan keamanan pasca-transisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, menggunakan 10 kontrol utama ISO/IEC 27001 sebagai sampel audit. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, analisis forensik digital, serta pemindaian menggunakan tools keamanan seperti SSL Labs dan VirusTotal. Teknik analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif melalui skoring kontrol (0–4) dan penilaian dampak risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situs PeduliLindungi memiliki skor rata-rata 0,74 dari 4, dengan tingkat kepatuhan hanya 17,5%, dan lima dari sepuluh kontrol memperoleh skor nol. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa situs tidak memenuhi standar minimum keamanan informasi, terutama pada aspek komunikasi data (A.13) dan perlindungan privasi (A.18). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperluas cakupan audit keamanan pada domain digital nonaktif, serta memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pemerintah untuk memperkuat pengawasan dan manajemen risiko terhadap domain layanan publik yang telah dinonaktifkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of basic food demand in the holy month of Ramadhan (Case Study at Baru Market Cikatomas 2022-2024). The method used is qualitative research. The sample in this study were market traders in Cikatomas. The sampling technique used Snowball Sampling technique, This study explores the factors that cause the increase in basic food prices during the month of Ramadhan, focusing on the seasonal increase in demand. The study found that price spikes are caused by the tradition of preparing special dishes, increased income, as well as other factors such as production and distribution costs and import policies. After periods of peak demand, prices tend to stabilize or decline. Changes in consumption patterns and cultural values also affect the price dynamics of groceries, with consumers tending to buy high-quality foodstuffs during the holy month despite the increased prices. The study identified that factors such as price speculation by large traders and increased consumption of chicken meat and eggs contributed to the price spike. The findings illustrate how cultural and social values influence consumption patterns and prices of basic food items during these special periods, and provide insights into how price fluctuations can be managed by considering seasonality, production and distribution factors.

Abstract

The sudden transition to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant psychological impacton students, particularly in the form of increased stress levels. This study aims toidentify and analyze the factors that influence student stress during online learningusing a quantitative approach and predictive modeling. Data were obtained from 100 students aged 18–25 years, covering variables such as screen time, sleep duration, physical activity, pre-exam anxiety, and changes inacademic performance. Statistical analysis showed that high screen time, less than 6 hours of sleep, andacademic anxiety were significantly associated with increased stress levels (p < 0.01). The Random Forest modelsuccessfully predicted stress categories with 82% accuracy and identified sleep duration as the mostdominant factor. These findings indicate the need for more adaptive academic policy reforms regarding mental health,including digital load management, healthy sleep education, and the integration of psychological support. This studyprovides an empirical basis for educational institutions to design data-driven preventive interventions toreduce the prevalence of stress among students.
