Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and implementation of legal aspects in e-commerce platforms in the era of digital transformation in Batununggal Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The program was implemented through a workshop method with a participatory approach, involving 20 MSME players. The result was 30% who have utilized the e-commerce platform and 85% admitted to have a limited understanding of the legal aspects of electronic transactions. The program also resulted in the establishment of a digital business community and a digital legal consultation center at the village level. The sustainability of the program is supported through an ongoing mentoring system and the development of an online learning module

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukamaju Village through facilitation of business legality, especially by issuing a Business Identification Number (NIB). The implementation method uses a participatory and applicative approach by implementing the direct action method, where lecturers and students play an active role as facilitators. The entire series of activities is carried out in a structured manner, starting from the coordination stage with village officials, data collection of MSME actors, collection of identity documents, to submission of data to the relevant agencies for the business legality registration process through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The final stage includes socialization activities regarding the benefits of business legality and symbolic submission of NIB documents to MSME actors, involving the active role of village officials as implementing partners. The evaluation results show that the method used has proven effective in increasing MSME participation, accelerating the process of obtaining business legitimacy, and reducing administrative obstacles, especially those related to digital literacy. The main obstacles found were the low understanding of technology among MSME actors and the limited time for collecting administrative documents. Nevertheless, this activity provides a real contribution to the acceleration of business legality at the village level, while strengthening the synergy between academics, village governments, and related technical agencies. The success of this program is also in line with the findings of previous studies that emphasize the importance of direct assistance in supporting the digital business legalization process among MSMEs

Abstract

This research is motivated by: (1) The occurrence of deterioration of the learning process that led to the Civics students are less concentrated in the learning process. (2). The tendency of educators who teach science merely poured without a change in attitude and behavior of students. (3). Citizenship Education learning model of creativity among junior high school teachers are still less active, creative and innovative. (4). Education claims that democracy through civic education that teaches covers the development of civic intelligence, civic participation and civic responsibility. Based on that, the researchers conducted a study entitled "Implementation of Democracy Through Education Learning Civics To Establish Responsible Citizen" is done in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. The problems that were analyzed were: (1). Packaging democratic education through learning Citizenship Education in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (2). Habituation democratic education and attitudes of students in environmental responsibility MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (3). The method can be used in education Citizenship Education Learning democracy through attitudes to realize the responsibility of the students in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (4). The factors that support and hinder the education process to form a democratic attitude in the student's responsibility MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (5) The role and efforts in doing the school and the school committee habituation democratic education through Citizenship Education learning to form responsible citizens. To answer these questions used data on democratic education process undertaken during the process of learning and school activities through observation, interviews, documentary studies, and literature. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the case study method with a form of exploratory aimed to reveal and understand the circumstances that occur in the field, through the implementation of democratic education is expected to democratic attitudes of students so that the learning process is active, creative and innovative, and fun. The results of the study of democracy education through Citizenship Education learning to form responsible citizens in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi generate active student learning, creative and innovative to make the grade as a laboratory of democracy, the educational content of democracy is equal rights and obligations in school. The emergence of active students in school attitudes make the students are always active in school activities and are taught to always be responsible for the act of doing as a form of education shape the success of the democratic process that is responsible. Recommendations of this study include: (1). Education learning democracy through civic education can be used as an alternative solution in the growing involvement of the student in the classroom or in the school environment. (2). Required cooperation between teachers, the school and the entire school community to be able to carry out democratic education, because it is associated with creativity and liveliness school teacher in the formation of attitudes the student's responsibility.

Abstract

Identity politics is politics that is used to emphasize the distinction between one group and another. Indonesia is a country with a multidimensional social structure. Therefore, identity politics is easy to develop and is at the same time more open in the spirit of decentralization. This research aims to analyze the electoral laws related to identity politics and the urgency to change them in the context of a better identity politics in the future. The search method used is an informative law search using data collection techniques from literature searches. The results of the investigation show that the 2017 Regional Election Law Number 7, Chapter 1, Article 1, Article 35 is an activity to convince voters by providing their vision, mission, program, and image. In fact, political elites today prefer identity politics rather than advertising according to the rules. The urgency of changing the Election Law to regulate identity politics is that the poor legal culture has made identity politics destructive, causing racism, discrimination, and even SARA. SARA violates the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 29(2) on tolerance. SARA can even make it difficult to implement Indonesia's national motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika". Therefore, identity politics needs to be regulated more comprehensively so as not to cause destructive impacts that could lead to the breakup of the Indonesian state. Article 7, Article 280 Ayat 1 Law Year 2017, Letter B, actually emphasizes that it is prohibited to carry out activities that endanger the integrity of the state unity issue within the State of the Republic of Indonesia. However, the regulation fails to prevent the emergence of identity politics that is destructive due to other factors such as law enforcement and public justice issues

Abstract

Fenomena dekadensi moral pada generasi muda saat ini mengancam kualitas civic disposition (watak kewarganegaraan) yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan agama untuk proaktif dalam menanamkan fondasi karakter yang kuat. Tujuannya adalah untuk membentengi anak dari pengaruh negatif lingkungan dan media sosial yang dapat mengikis nilai-nilai etika sosial sebagai warga negara. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai agama pada anak usia dini di Rumah Quran Nurul Alwi (RUQUNA). Metode yang digunakan adalah pembiasaan (habituasi) yang terintegrasi dalam dua program utama: Program Tahfizh Surat Pendek dan Program Adab Harian. Sasaran program adalah 53 anak usia 4-15 tahun beserta orang tua/wali. Pelaksanaan program meliputi pengenalan huruf hijaiyah, bimbingan Tahsin, hafalan surat pendek, serta pembiasaan doa dan adab praktis—seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan sikap rendah hati—melalui metode keteladanan dan pengulangan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan hafalan dan konsistensi pengamalan adab harian anak. Kontribusi utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya model ekosistem pendidikan berkelanjutan yang berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual (muraqabatullah) dan etika sosial yang menjadi elemen kunci civic disposition. Program ini efektif dalam memberikan imunitas moral dini, sehingga TPA berfungsi optimal sebagai garda terdepan dalam membentuk warga negara yang berintegritas dan mencegah pemerosotan moral di lingkungan komunitas.

Abstract

Pendidikan ekonomi memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk pola pikir, keterampilan, dan karakter kewirausahaan pelajar sebagai calon civic entrepreneur. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana penerapan konsep ekonomi dalam pendidikan dapat menumbuhkan minat dan kemampuan wirausaha di kalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis dari berbagai sumber relevan mengenai hubungan antara pendidikan, ekonomi, dan kewirausahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi materi kewirausahaan ke dalam kurikulum, pelatihan keterampilan bisnis berbasis praktik, dan dukungan ekosistem sekolah dapat menumbuhkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan kemandirian siswa. Pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai ekonomi dan pengelolaan sumber daya menjadi sangat penting untuk menciptakan peluang bisnis sejak dini. Integrasi literasi digital dan finansial semakin memperkuat kesiapan wirausaha pelajar di era ekonomi digital. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kolaborasi dengan dunia usaha, dan dukungan keluarga terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha. Dengan demikian, pendidikan ekonomi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pemberdayaan yang mempersiapkan pelajar untuk berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan yang berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.
