Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di perkuliahan perguruan tinggi dapat mengembangkan semangat dan motivasi bela negara pada mahasiswa. Data dalam penelitian ini dihimpun dari data hasil wawancara mahasiswa serta kajian analisis kritis terhadap berbagai literatur. Adapun studi wawancara dilakukan terhadap beberapa informan yang memiliki kepedulian, perhatian dan kompetensi spesifik mengenai pemahaman dan argumen dalam mengkaji dan menganalisa bidang bela negara yang tertera dalam perkuliahan PKn di perguruan tinggi. Adapun kajian pustaka yang dijadikan referensi adalah berbagai literatur (bahan bacaan) baik media cetak maupun media elektronik yang memiliki relevansi dengan upaya mengembangkan semangat nasionalisme dan bela negara. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat dipahami bahwa secara konsepsi dan konstruksi Pembelajaran bela negara dalam pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai upaya untuk engembangkan semangat nasionalisme pada mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Kota Sukabumi. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari fokus kajian Pendidika Kewarganegaraan yang dikembangkan pada hakikatnya menitikberatkan pembangunan kesadaran sebagai negara kesatuan republik Inonesia dengansemangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air (nasionalisme).

Abstract

The results of the research showed the implementation of FATHIA character values such as moral values, spiritual, love the environment, honesty, faith, leadership, intellegency, dinamic, superior, helper, creative, and tolerant. The good characters are shown through positive habituation in daily activities program based on FATHIA character values without any force. Thus, it indicated that the implementation of daily activities program in the school is really successful. There are some reccomendations for further research as The implementation of FATHIA character values through the daily activities program (habituation) and the cooperation between teacher, school, and parent are needed, so that it can build the whole implementations of FATHIA character values (civic disposition) among the students.

Abstract

Sekarang ini, nilai – nilai kemanusiaan pada dunia medis sudah merosot dengan indikator begitu banyak kasus-kasus pelanggaran hak asasi terhadap pasien dan dalam lingkungan rumah sakit banyak dijumpai tenaga keperawatan yang kurang beretika. Pada dunia keperawatan nilai – nilai kemanusiaan sangatlah penting karena nilai tersebut merupakan suatu sikap dan pendekatan yang memperlakukan pasien sebagai manusia yang mempunyai kebutuhan lebih dari sekedar nomor tempat tidur atau sebagai seorang berpenyakit tertentu. Perawat harus menggunakan pendekatan humanistik dalam prakteknya untuk memperhitungkan semua yang diketahuinya tentang pasien yang meliputi pikiran, perasaan, nilai-nilai, pengalaman, kesukaan, dan bahasa tubuh pasien. Mahasiswa keperawatan sebagai bagian dari masyarakat mendapatkan Pendidikan Kewarganegaran di Perguruan Tinggi dalam rangka mempersiapkan mereka agar dapat lebih baik ketika menjadi tenaga medis nantinya dengan memiliki watak-watak kewarganegaraan yang baik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by: (1) The decline in the Civics learning process which causes students to concentrate less in the teaching and learning process. (2). The tendency of educators who teach is limited to imparting knowledge without any change in students' attitudes and behavior. (3). The creativity of Citizenship Education learning models among junior high school teachers is still less active, creative and innovative. (4). There is a demand that democratic education through citizenship education be taught to include the development of civic intelligence, civic participation and civic responsibility. Based on this, researchers conducted research entitled "Implementation of Democratic Education through Civics Learning to Form Responsible Citizens" which was carried out at Fathia Islamic Middle School Sukabumi. The problems analyzed are: (1). Packaging democratic education through Citizenship Education learning at Fathia Sukabumi Islamic Middle School. (2). Getting used to democratic education and students' responsible attitudes in Fathia Sukabumi Islamic Middle School. (3). Methods that can be used in democratic education are through Citizenship Education Learning to realize students' responsible attitudes at Fathia Sukabumi Islamic Middle School. (4). Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the relationship of emotional intelligence on problem solving abilities in semester 1-5 students of Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi. In this study using a simple linear regression test method which aims to determine the relationship between two variables (X), namely emotional intelligence (X1) and intelligence (X2) with problem solving ability (Y). The population in this study were students in semesters 1 to 5 of Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi from two study programs in economics and Pancasila and citizenship education, totaling 791 people and the sample used was 102 people. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire instrument as a data collection tool consisting of indicators for each variable. To process the data using the computerized system SPSS Version 23.0. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the relationship between emotional intelligence and intelligence on problem solving abilities in semester 1-5 students of Universitas Linggabuana PGRI Sukabumi, namely 0.015 <0.05 and 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Intelligence Variable (X2) have an effect on the Problem Solving Variable (Y).

Abstract

The inculcation of the character of loving the school environment through the daily activities program or daily activity program at school is basically to apply character education to students from an early age, by implementing programs of good character values at school, it is hoped that the main characters are as stated in the vision and mission at Fathia Islamic School can be internalized to students not only in the school environment, but also in the family environment or at home and also in the community. In addition, the main goal is to shape the character of children who have good morals, not only to shape children's intelligence cognitively, but from their emotional and spiritual intelligence. The daily activities program is a series of daily activities which are a development of the Fathia Islamic Elementary School curriculum, namely an integrated and holistic curriculum (ie bringing together the curriculum concepts from the National Education Department, the Islamic dienul curriculum and the natural school curriculum). In these daily activities, there is a superior program, namely the waste recycling management program or Bank SADAR (Recycled Waste), which in this program is an activity to cultivate good character by getting used to managing waste according to its type through Bank SADAR. This flagship program is a form of good citizen behavior. A good citizen's behavior can be applied from an early age starting from a pattern of habituation or a pattern of habits that is carried out repeatedly and routinely, one of which is through a daily activity program or daily activity program at school.

Abstract

Garbage is the remains of human daily activities or natural processes in solid or semi-solid form in the form of organic or inorganic substances that are biodegradable or non-biodegradable which are considered useless and disposed of into the environment. As representatives of the future society, students must be equipped with the value of caring for the environment from an early age. This community service program uses the lecture and question and answer method in the form of a seminar with the theme "Environment: Green Environmental Care School for Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School Students in Sukamaju Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency" with the aim of providing knowledge to Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School students about the need for awareness to protect the surrounding environment from damage that they can start from the school environment. Thus, students can contribute to the formation of green schools in their respective schools.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the understanding and implementation of legal aspects in e-commerce platforms in the era of digital transformation in Batununggal Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. The program was implemented through a workshop method with a participatory approach, involving 20 MSME players. The result was 30% who have utilized the e-commerce platform and 85% admitted to have a limited understanding of the legal aspects of electronic transactions. The program also resulted in the establishment of a digital business community and a digital legal consultation center at the village level. The sustainability of the program is supported through an ongoing mentoring system and the development of an online learning module

This research is motivated by: (1) The occurrence of deterioration of the learning process that led to the Civics students are less concentrated in the learning process. (2). The tendency of educators who teach science merely poured without a change in attitude and behavior of students. (3). Citizenship Education learning model of creativity among junior high school teachers are still less active, creative and innovative. (4). Education claims that democracy through civic education that teaches covers the development of civic intelligence, civic participation and civic responsibility. Based on that, the researchers conducted a study entitled "Implementation of Democracy Through Education Learning Civics To Establish Responsible Citizen" is done in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. The problems that were analyzed were: (1). Packaging democratic education through learning Citizenship Education in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (2). Habituation democratic education and attitudes of students in environmental responsibility MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (3). The method can be used in education Citizenship Education Learning democracy through attitudes to realize the responsibility of the students in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (4). The factors that support and hinder the education process to form a democratic attitude in the student's responsibility MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi. (5) The role and efforts in doing the school and the school committee habituation democratic education through Citizenship Education learning to form responsible citizens. To answer these questions used data on democratic education process undertaken during the process of learning and school activities through observation, interviews, documentary studies, and literature. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the case study method with a form of exploratory aimed to reveal and understand the circumstances that occur in the field, through the implementation of democratic education is expected to democratic attitudes of students so that the learning process is active, creative and innovative, and fun. The results of the study of democracy education through Citizenship Education learning to form responsible citizens in MTs Cisaruagirang Sukabumi generate active student learning, creative and innovative to make the grade as a laboratory of democracy, the educational content of democracy is equal rights and obligations in school. The emergence of active students in school attitudes make the students are always active in school activities and are taught to always be responsible for the act of doing as a form of education shape the success of the democratic process that is responsible. Recommendations of this study include: (1). Education learning democracy through civic education can be used as an alternative solution in the growing involvement of the student in the classroom or in the school environment. (2). Required cooperation between teachers, the school and the entire school community to be able to carry out democratic education, because it is associated with creativity and liveliness school teacher in the formation of attitudes the student's responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) sebagai alat ukur. Pelayanan publik, sebagai interaksi fundamental antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, merupakan indikator krusial dalam menilai kinerja pemerintahan. Studi ini mengadopsi desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, memanfaatkan teknik non-probability sampling, khususnya accidental sampling, untuk mengumpulkan data dari populasi pengguna layanan di Kecamatan Leuwiliang. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004, hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai IKM sebesar 71,50, yang berada dalam interval 62,51 – 81,25. Temuan ini menempatkan kualitas pelayanan publik Kantor Kecamatan Leuwiliang pada tingkat "B (Baik)". Dari 14 unsur pelayanan yang dievaluasi, aspek kesopanan dan keramahan petugas memperoleh nilai tertinggi (IKM 75,22), sementara kemampuan petugas pelayanan mendapat nilai terendah (IKM 66,33), meskipun keduanya masih dalam kategori baik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan komprehensif tentang kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat kecamatan, menggarisbawahi kekuatan dan area yang memerlukan peningkatan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan standar pelayanan publik, khususnya dalam aspek kemampuan petugas, sambil mempertahankan keunggulan dalam kesopanan dan keramahan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika pelayanan publik di tingkat lokal dan dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian serupa di daerah lain.
