Abstract

Flexible, rigid, and paving block pavements can be used as alternative roads because the soil conditions on the Pantai Utara Flores road are rocky soil with a relatively high CBR so that the most important role in withstand load is subgrade. The purpose of the Comparison of Construction and Costs for Flexible, Rigid, and Paving Block Pavement Structures on Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is to know which one most effective and efficient when viewed from the traffic load  with each  pavement using the Bina Marga method, AASHTO , and Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga. Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is access to Komodo Labuan Bajo airport which is a Class I road, rocky land with a relatively high CBR, rainfall of Labuan Bajo is relatively low, LHR in Labuan Bajo is relatively small, besides Labuan Bajo is a tourist area that should be supported  by road access that has driving comfort so the suitable pavement structure for Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is flexible pavement. Meanwhile, based on the recapitulation of the analysis results, the cost of flexible pavement is Rp. 28,793,604,705,600, the cost of a rigid pavement  is Rp. 34,218,430,585,828 and  the cost of paving block pavement  is Rp. 17,410,645,080,000 so it can be seen that the paving block pavement is most economical, but the paving block pavement structure has a very uncomfortable driving comfort besides that the paving block pavement structure cannot be passed by vehicles at high speed so that the paving block pavement structure is more suitable for controlling speed of vehicles such as roads in crowded urban areas and residential roads.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of mastery of the basic skills of playing volleyball in students of the Physical Education study program class of 2022 at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. The basic skills of playing volleyball include the basic techniques of passing, blocking, serving, and smashing. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive, the number of samples is 80 students of the Physical Education study program class of 2022 class C and D. The research location of the Adi Buana PGRI University Surabaya campus, data collection techniques through observation, and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that students who were given basic volleyball playing activities without a net showed better mastery of basic volleyball skills, where the average score was 70. The conclusion of this study is that mastery of the basic skills of playing volleyball can be improved by playing volleyball without a net.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 2 Kendal dalam penggunaan alat ukur tanah Total Station (TS). Sebelumnya, siswa-siswi hanya menggunakan alat Pesawat Penyipat Datar (PPD) atau water pass dalam praktik pengukuran konstruksi. Dengan adanya kerjasama antara Universitas Semarang dan PT. Adhi Konsultan Utama, diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memperkenalkan dan mengajarkan dasar-dasar penggunaan Total Station kepada siswa-siswi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup tiga tahap utama. Pertama, dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan mitra untuk memahami kebutuhan dan keterbatasan yang ada, khususnya terkait alat ukur yang tersedia. Kedua, pendekatan pemecahan masalah mitra dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan praktik langsung menggunakan Total Station. Ketiga, luaran dari kegiatan PkM dianalisis untuk menilai hasil dan dampak pelatihan terhadap pemahaman siswa-siswi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 2 Kendal sebesar 41,50% mengenai penggunaan Total Station. Meskipun sebelumnya mereka tidak memiliki alat tersebut, kegiatan ini berhasil memperkenalkan mereka pada teknik dan aplikasi dasar Total Station, yang merupakan alat ukur yang lebih canggih dan komprehensif dibandingkan dengan Pesawat Penyipat Datar. Simpulan, Kegiatan PkM ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan siswa-siswi dalam penggunaan Total Station, dengan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak desain berbasis Computer-Aided Design (CAD) melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Kendal bekerja sama dengan PT. Adhi Konsultan Utama. Metode kegiatan mencakup pre-test, penyampaian materi, praktik langsung, post-test, dan kuisioner kepuasan mitra. Indikator keberhasilan diukur berdasarkan peningkatan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta kepuasan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 5,50%, dengan rata-rata skor pre-test 63,50% menjadi 69,00% pada post-test. Selain itu, hasil kuisioner menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan mitra sebesar 61,45% sangat puas, 39,20% puas, dan 5,53% cukup puas. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan PkM berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dan memberikan dampak positif pada kepuasan mitra. Kata Kunci: Computer Aided Design (CAD), Autocad

Abstract

Salah satu sektor utama dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan adalah konstruksi perumahan. Namun banyak permasalahan yang ada di perumahan diantaranya dari faktor lingkungan, sosial, ekonomi dan tahap pembangunan. Hal ini dapat menyulitkan pengembang dalam mengimplementasikan proyek perumahan berkelanjutan yang memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Perlu adanya suatu standar bagi pengembang dalam membangun perumahan baru, dan standar tersebut diterapkan ketika pengembang akan mulai melaksanakan pembangunan perumahan. Banyak indikator dan kerangka kerja penilaian keberlanjutan telah dirumuskan untuk menyediakan proses pengambilan keputusan terkait keberlanjutan, namun hanya terbatas pada lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator dari pembangunan perumahan berkelanjutan yang kemudian akan diberi urutan ranking sebagai standar pada tahap pembangunan perumahan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process). Hasil dari penelitian ada 12 indikator yang berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan perumahan berkelanjutan dengan peringkat paling tinggi adalah ketersediaan sumber daya air, lokasi, pengelolaan sampah, jarak, aksesbilitas, sistem energi terbarukan, keamanan, material, RTH, harga rumah dan status kepemilikan.

Abstract

Panti Rahayu “Yakkum” Hospital Purwodadi has provided three parking spaces that are still within the hospital complex. In the parking area, it is currently unknown what the characteristics of parking and how much parking space is needed. This study aims to determine the characteristics of parking, capacity, and the need for existing parking spaces. The research method used is the observation method and literature study. This study was conducted for 3 days, namely Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, starting at 08.00 – 20.00 (12 hours) with a recorded time interval of 15 minutes. The results obtained were 602 vehicles for the highest parking volume for motorcycles and 156 vehicles for cars, the highest parking accumulation for motorcycles was 469 vehicles and 120 vehicles for cars, the parking index for cars was 122.45%, while for motorcycles it was 87.99%, the average duration of parking for motorcycles and passenger cars was 2.5 hours/vehicle and for parking turnover it had the same parking turnover rate between motorcycles and cars, The parking capacity for motorcycles is 1 vehicle, while for cars it is 3 vehicles. The total capacity for motorcycles is 533 SRP, while the capacity for cars is 49 SRP. However, when viewed from the highest incoming vehicle volume, the parking capacity is insufficient to meet the parking needs of patients, visitors and hospital employees. Researchers recommend that Panti Rahayu “Yakkum” Hospital Purwodadi add parking space or build a multi-story building parking lot.

Abstract

Road maintenance planning can be optimized by identifying the road’s performance in the next period. Bina Marga Jawa Tengah, who is responsible for roads and bridges performance in the province of Jawa Tengah releases data containing every road section’s condition status along with the length of each section, Annual Average Daily Traffic volume with the volume of each type of vehicle that passed on every road section. The data also contains every section type of pavement along with the length of each type of pavement on every road section. Using this secondary data, this research aimed to predict the length of 83 road sections that fell into the category of Light Damage from 2019 to 2024, the predictions are for 2025 and 2026. The projections are 53.04 KM and 47.88 KM for 2025 and 2026, respectively. The investigation of the most influencing factor in the ‘Light Damage’ road category could not perform very well as we lack the schedule and type of maintenance data. The lack of such data yielded a very low R2 (mostly less than 0.3) as the lack of such data made the existing data irrelevant.
