There is a significant relationship between motivation P value = (0.015), OR = (3.714), satisfaction P value = (0.19), OR = (3.470), attitude P value = (0.023), OR = (3.375) with performance jumantik cadres in the Menggala Health Center working area. The Menggala Health Center office provides training for cadres related to management, implementation, monitoring, and mosquito nests, facilitating cadres in the form of office stationery and equipment to facilitate the performance of jumantik cadres at work.

This type of research is quantitative, using a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study was 100 mothers with toddlers who were obtained from sample calculations using proportion estimation. Data was collected using a questionnaire, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, and the data was then analyzed using the chi-square test. The research showed that 50 toddlers had diarrhea in the last month. Most respondents' knowledge was not good 64 (64.0%), and most personal hygiene was not good 74 (74.0%). Based on the results of the chisquare test carried out on the knowledge variable, a p-value of 0.532 was obtained (< 0.05), then the results of the chi-square test carried out on the personal hygiene variable obtained a p-value of 0.043 (< 0.05). In conclusion, a significant relationship exists between personal hygiene and the incidence of diarrhea. Advice for mothers to actively attend or participate if there are outreach activities organized by health workers from the Community Health Center, especially education about preventing diarrhea.

Abstract

Workload is an essential component in calculating energy requirements. The Workload Indicators of Staffing Need method is a method for calculating energy requirements based on the actual workload carried out by the workforce. This research aims to determine the description of labor needs in the Medical Records Installation using work sampling techniques and then use this to calculate labor requirements. This research was conducted at the Medical Records Installation of the Lampung Province Regional Mental Hospital for 8 days. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting observations and in-depth interviews. The research results showed that calculating the number of staffing needs using the Workload Indicators of Staffing Need method showed that the registration section was 4.8 people, the inpatient registration section was 0.5 people, the analysis section was 0.5, the coding section was 1.0 people, the reporting section was 3.7 people, filling requires 6.0 people, emergency room registration 1.1 people, the needed total staff is 18 people to adjust the workload, so that departments experiencing delays can complete their work. From the results of this research, it is recommended that the management of the Lampung Province Regional Mental Hospital consider adding 6 officers to suit the workload so that delays in completing tasks at the medical records installation can be resolved.
