Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of outsourcing work contract systems and to find out how the work contract system practices according to the perspective of Islamic human resource management. This research was conducted at the principal company, with research subjects outsourcing employees. This qualitative research uses data collection techniques through triangulation methods and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The conclusion from the research results are that there are conformity and discrepancy in the practice of outsourcing work systems by vendor companies in terms of Islamic resource management concepts; the appropriate thing is in the event that the perpetrator of the work contract is tamyiz, the contract of agreement is in the form of a work agreement, the form of work as an employee in the production division that produces halal goods, the value (amount) of wages, and the contract period; While things that are not appropriate are the unclear status of the employer (musta'jir) to the employee (ajiir) (employees make work contracts to vendors but work and get wages from the principal company), the unclear working period (principal companies can at any time) time returns to the vendor company), and wages received do not reflect benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study of the organization's internal and external environment after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study took the object of the tertiary institution of the Islamic Economics College (STEI) Hamfara. The research method used is qualitative. The technique of collecting data is through a group discussion forum (FGD) with the subject of the leadership ranks. The results of the study concluded that the study of the internal and external environment showed that the impact of the pandemic on the organization was still indicated. Dramatic environmental changes such as a pandemic can have both positive and negative impacts. Based on the results of the study of the organizational environment, STEI Hamfara is in a position of opportunity with a balance of strengths and weaknesses of internal conditions, with an opportunity position from the external side. This position requires caution in managing and improving the organization's internal as well as selective and strategic considerations in taking advantage of various opportunities.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the utilization of staffing information system to staffing management on Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Islam (STEI) Hamfara Yogyakarta. This study is descriptive qualitative using triangulation. The result of this study is the Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (Simpeg) at STEI Hamfara has been used well in terms related to the foundation of planning and analysis (organizational) and in terms of giving kompenasi (ujrah). Simpeg utilized sufficiently in the quality of employees. Simpeg has not been ulitized optimally in terms of employee planning, staffing organization, employee development and employment relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of Islamic values on organizational culture in Yogyakarta Islamic Hospital PDHI at every level of organizational culture according to the Schein (1991), ie artifact level, basic values and assumptions. Researchers conducted research through interviews, observation and documentation. Miles and Huberman analysis techniques (1992). In testing the validity of data with source of triangulation (Moleong, 2004). The results of the research indicate that the level of artifact organization culture, Islamic values are seen in company logo, vision and mission, room division, jargon and motto. At the level of values visible Islamic values on intentions because of God, trust, friendliness, and professionalism work, at the basic assumption level, Islamic values are visible in relation to the environment, human relationships with human and leadership functions.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a study on the adoption of skpi implementation policies and their role in encouraging the mastery of student soft skills. This review of the literature review using the HPP program tool (Harzing's Publish or Perish 8) and Google Content review of 48 scientific documents resulted in 29 articles that were reduced, verified, presented and inferred. The results of the study resulted in a note that (1) the SKPI policy encourages universities to facilitate soft skills planting programs, convert reporting of extra-curricular and non-curricular activities into the SKPI format, (2) the adoption of universities to skpi policies is expected to encourage mastery of student soft skills, (3) SKPI policies encourage universities to provide a SKPI / TAK information system that can optimize their use to overseeing the development of academic competencies, soft skills, hard skills and student personalities to match the personal road map that has been designed since the early stages of education

Abstract

Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia microfinance institution in Indonesia. The presence of BMTs, like microfinance institutions in various countries, is quite helpful for small communities. Various problems according to some previous researchers still cover BMT. This study aims to map various BMT problems with the approach of management strategy theory, especially environmental scanning. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive. Data sources used are secondary data sources in the form of documents. Documents are limited to textbooks and scientific journals with certain categories. Stages of qualitative research analysis include data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion - verification. This study concludes that problem mapping of BMT can use an environmental scanning management strategy theory approach. The results of the BMT problem mapping: BMT internal environmental problems are in HR and service product concepts, industrial environment problems are in the bargaining power of consumers / customers (community acceptance), and BMT macro environment issues are in legislation and regulation.[Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) adalah suatu lembaga keuangan mikro syariah di Indonesia. Kehadiran BMT, sebagaimana lembaga keuangan mikro di berbagai negara, cukup membantu bagi masyarakat kecil. Berbagai permasalahan menurut beberapa peneliti sebelumnya masih menyelimuti BMT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan berbagai permasalahan BMT tersebut dengan pendekatan teori manajemen strategi khususnya environmental scaning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan bersifat deksriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data sekunder berupa dokumen. Dokumen dibatasi berupa buku teks (textbook) dan jurnal ilmiah dengan kategori tertentu. Tahapan analisa penelitian kualitatif meliputi koleksi data, reduksi, penyajian dan konklusi –verifikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa pemetaan permasalahan BMT bisa menggunakan pendekatan teori environmental scanning manajemen strategi. Hasil pemetaan permasalahan BMT: permasalahan lingkungan internal BMT adalah pada SDM dan konsep produk jasa, permasalahan lingkungan industri adalah pada daya tawar konsumen/nasabah.]

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memiliki beberapa dimensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi penting OCB pada PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) Kantor Pusat. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengambil sejumlah 110 sampel dari karyawan PT Angkasa Pura (Persero) Kantor Pusat, untuk dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat OCB karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Pusat cukup tinggi mencapai skor 3,875 atau 77,5%. Dimensi yang teridentifikasi terpenting dari OCB karyawan perusahaan tersebut adalah civic virtue, yaitu mencapai skor 4,431 atau 88,6%. Sedangkan dimensi cortesy mendapatkan skor terendah yaitu 3,167 atau 63,3%. Civic virtue sebagai dimensi kunci OCB pada PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Pusat, perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari manajemen perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan OCB. Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut tentang OCB terkait dengan latar belakang demografi karyawan dan bidang perusahaan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan peserta Advanced Management Entrepreneurship and Leadership Training (AMELT) STEI Hamfara tahun 2024 agar ada pembekalan pengetahuan mengenai perdagangan luar negeri dalam Islam sebagai topik yang mereka angkat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah menjawab permintaan tersebut, yaitu membekali mereka pengetahuan mengenai perdagangan luar negeri dalam Islam. Metode pembekalan dilaksanakan dengan ceramah klasikal, baik outdoor maupun indoor dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab pendetailan materi. Pembekalan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar dengan beberapa catatan hasil agar ada follow up secara mandiri oleh masing-masing peserta mengingat keterbatasan waktu. Simpulan dari pembekalan pengetahuan yang disampaikan dalam pengabdian ini adalah bahwa program AMELT dengan topik perdagangan luar negeri hendaknya didukung oleh motivasi dakwah ekonomi Islam oleh setiap peserta dan tim AMELT.

Abstract

This study examines the obstacles faced by MSMEs in Indonesia related to the implementation of the halal certification program which is a mandate of the Halal Product Guarantee Law (UUJPH). A review of the literature which is the result of empirical research and literature manuscript research was conducted with the assistance of Perish or publish on articles published from 2015 to 2023 with the keyword problems or challenges of halal certification in Indonesia. The next stage of selecting relevant articles was selected for analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that there are three main obstacles faced by MSMEs in implementing the halal certification program, internal obstacles, namely the lack of halal product literacy, limited resources, both human resources and financial resources, low technology, low awareness of MSME actors towards halal products. External obstacles include the high cost of halal product certification, a complicated and digital-based certification process and lack of support from related institutions, limited access to facilities such as laboratories and lack of socialization of legal regulations and laws on halal products.

Abstract

The Yogyakarta Special Region is known as the poorest province in Indonesia, with a relatively low minimum wage value for DIY provincial employees. However, on the other hand, the DIY province is also one of the destinations for job seekers and has a high level of happiness. There are allegations that 'nrimo' culture affects the level of happiness. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic Work Ethic on Islamic Job Happiness on employees in Yogyakarta. This research is categorized as quantitative research. Data collection was carried out on 192 BMT employees in the Yogyakarta area using a questionnaire instrument on the google form. The collected data is then analyzed using the Smart-PLS program. The results showed that Islamic Work Ethic is positively correlated with Spiritual Islamic Job Happiness (S-IJH), Psychological Islamic Job Happiness (P-IJH), Social Islamic Job Happiness (C-IJH) and Phisical Islamic Job Happiness (F-IJH). The strongest correlation is IWE to C-IJH which is indicated by a coefficient value of 0.637, followed by a correlation of IWE to P-IJH (0.581), F-IJH (0.572) and S-IJH (0.563). Thus, the improvement of Islamic Work Ethic will increase Islamic Job Happiness for BMT employees in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas. Companies are advised to increase awareness of Islamic work ethics as an effort to increase the happiness of Islamic work of BMT employees in the Yogyakarta area and its surroundings.
