Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the level of service quality of Syariah Bank which is compare between Conventional Bank services quality, used 6 dimensions CARTER model (Othman & Owen, 2001). The subject of this research is a people who have an account  in Syariah Bank and also have account in Conventional Bank. This research takes a place in Yogyakarta. The result of this research indicated that service quality based on 6 dimension CARTER model in Syariah Bank more higher really than Conventional Bank  with  range 0,3275 from 5 Likert scale (6,55%). If based on 5 dimension SERVQUAL model (without Compliance dimension) there is no difference between Syariah Bank and Conventional Bank in service quality. Compliance dimension in Syariah Bank more higher really than Conventional Bank with range 2,24 from 5 Likert scale (44,8 %). In the other way, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness dimensions there are no differences  real.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of knowledge management consisting of three dimensions (person, procedure and technology) on employee performance. The method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design that combines quantitative research methods with qualitative sequentially, where in the first stage use quantitative and second stage methods with qualitative methods. With this method is expected to be obtained deeper research findings. The study respondents were 35 people wich all of them are employee. Analyze data using SPSS software version 25 with non parametric test. Non-parametric tests are performed because the data is not distributed normally. The results of the study prove that personnel affect employee kierja, job procedure concerns employee performance and technology affects employee performance. All dimensions of knowledge management demonstrate its influence on employee performance. The position of knowledge in Islam is very important, on the basis that the company also makes knowledge as an aspect that gets great attention. The company's policies and strategies are driven by the motivation of implementing Islamic values and practising knowledge

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the position and strategic recommendations of STEI Hamfara. The research method uses a qualitative approach with TOWS analysis and stakeholder analysis. The conclusion of this research is that STEI Hamfara has a unique concept of education and boarding campus which is potential to be developed as a source of excellence and positioning, as well as stakeholder support to take advantage of opportunities and eliminate their weaknesses.

Abstract

The global Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on various sectors including higher education. This study aims to examine the problem of the impact of the pandemic on higher education and the solution strategy, using the literature review method. The conclusion from this literature review is that the problems faced by universities are not only problems of IT facilities and management resources, but there are drastic environmental changes due to the Covid 19 pandemic so that it requires strategic management. Leadership is the main element in strategic change, to provide direction and certainty in the direction of the company, through changing or redefining the mission and vision, as well as strategic re-planning. The implementation of strategies in difficult change situations needs to align with the technical systems, political and cultural values and organizational climate and appropriate control mechanisms.

Abstract

This literature review aims to determine the role of higher education cooperation, especially in efforts to improve student soft skills. A study of 53 selected literature produced some information on the benefits of university collaboration for student soft skills development, benefits for institutions, stages, patterns of cooperation, forms of cooperation activities, actors of cooperation, and obstacles that arise. The conclusion obtained is that the collaboration between universities and fellow universities, the business world and industry, the community, and the government will support the development of student skills. Universities also need to have a strategic plan related to cooperation so that the goals and targets of cooperation are more focused, thereby minimizing the emergence of obstacles both at the strategic and policy level, organizational and technical operations. Cooperation with strategic partners with the right agenda of activities is expected to have a better impact on increasing students' knowledge, hard skills, and soft skills.

Abstract

Review ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konten buku dan membahas buku berjudul “Manajemen Stratejik Melalui Cerita Kecil” karya WIM Poli. Buku ini diterbitkan oleh Brilian Internasional pada tahun 2011. Buku Manajemen Stratejik Melalui Cerita Kecil karya WIM Poli ini meskipun bukan buku teks atau referensi akan tetapi dengan keunikan ilustrasi cerita kecilnya, layak dibaca pengajar dan mahasiswa untuk memperkaya pemahaman tentang Manajemen Stratejik. Adapun bagi pelaku bisnis serta kalangan umum yang mempunyai minat tentang Manajemen Strategi, buku ini penting dan dianjurkan untuk dibaca. Catatan penting bagi para pengajar Manajemen Syariah, bahwa WIM Poli ‘seolah’ mengajak untuk tidak melepaskan mindset keimanan, aturan dan etika keagamaan dalam memandang manajemen stratejik. Abstract

Review ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konten buku dan membahas buku berjudul Manajemen Syariah Sebuah Kajian Historis dan Kontemporer (judul asli: al-Idarah fil-Islam) “Manajemen Stratejik Melalui Cerita Kecil” karya Ahmad Ibrahim Abu Sinn (penerjemah: Dimyauddin Djuwaini). Buku ini diterbitkan oleh Rajawali Press pada tahun 2012 (buku asli diterbitkan oleh al-Maktabah al-Asriyyah, Dubai). Pada buku ini, Abu Sinn berpendapat bahwa manajemen tumbuh dan terkait dengan lingkungan sosial masyarakat yang melingkupinya. Dengan demikiran pada praktiknya, manajemen syariah yang muncul dari masyarakat memegang nilai-nilai ilahiah bersumber dari Al Qur’an dan Sunnah, berbeda dengan praktik manajemen (konvensional) yang tumbuh dari masyarakat industri yang bebas nilai serta hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian manfaat duniawi semata. Meskipun demikian menurut Abu Sinn tidak terdapat perbedaan antara manajemen syariah dan manajemen konvensional tentang empat fungsi standar manajemen yaitu fungsi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling), dengan teori dasar manajemen konvensional. Kelebihan buku ini adalah eksplorasinya yang sangat kaya tentang praktik manajemen pada zaman Rasulallah Saw, khulafaurrasyidin, Bani Umayyah dan Bani Abbasiyyah. Abu Sinn berpendapat bahwa manajemen dalam Islam muncul sebagai alat (tools) untuk mengatur kehidupan sosio - ekonomi masyarakat dalam menjalankan system kehidupan (manhaj al-hayah).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, and compensation in the Islamic perspective on performance. The sample consisted of 76 employees of PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital, Sleman Yogyakarta. Data analysis using SPSS 17. The correlation test results show that leadership (X1) has a moderately positive correlation (r= 0.455), work environment (X2) has a strong positive correlation (r= 0.709), compensation (X3) has a strong positive correlation (r= 0.654). . on employee performance (Y). All correlation coefficient values ​​are significant. The strongest correlation is between the work environment (X2) and employee performance (Y). The results of the regression test resulted in a regression notation Y= 5.232 + 0.081 X1 + 0.536 X2 + 0.145 X3. All regression coefficient values ​​are significant. The work environment (X2) has the strongest effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression coefficient value of 0.536, which means that each work environment increases by one unit will increase employee performance by 1.536 units. This research model has a determination value (R square) of 0.511, which means that leadership, work environment, and compensation contribute to employee performance by 51.1%, while the other 48.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan produk herbal kesehatan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling sejumlah 100 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan prosedur analisis faktor, 34 variabel awal berhasil dikelompokkan menjadi 10 kelompok faktor. Kesepuluh faktor tersebut kemudian diberi nama sesuai dengan komponen-komponen pembentuk variabel, yaitu: 1. Faktor jaminan produk, 2. Faktor kebutuhan dan gaya hidup, 3. Faktor pelayanan, 4. Faktor komunikasi, 5. Faktor acuan, 6. Faktor ketersediaan, 7. Faktor harga, 8. Faktor persepsi, 9. Faktor keyakinan produk, dan 10. Faktor rekomendasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut menyumbang 71,715 % perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan produk herbal.
