Abstract

This study aims to determine teaching factory management in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of teaching factory management in Vocational Schools in an effort to develop the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research in which data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation analysis. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study state that the management of the teaching factory at SMK N 1 Painan in terms of planning has been carried out properly such as administering time, tools and practicum materials at the workshop and organizing the teaching factory which is well structured starting from the head of competency skills, the head of labor, the teacher subjects and implementation have been carried out properly with supervision carried out integrated by all components of the school. And then the supporting factors include: competent teachers, supporting facilities and infrastructure, enthusiastic students, toolmen, block system practice schedules, and collaboration with DUDI, the inhibiting factors are less than optimal time, marketing and a less strategic place. As well as the results of implementing teaching factory management, it provides the provision to directly enter the industrial world

Abstract

This study investigates innovative da'wah strategies through social media with a focus on Islamic communication approaches in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to explore the evolution of da'wah strategies, the impact of social media on religious communication, and the challenges and opportunities faced in the digital context. The research methods used include a literature review to understand the history of da'wah strategies and the impact of social media, as well as field research to analyse Islamic communication approaches used today. The research results show that technological advances have changed the landscape of da'wah, allowing wider access and more intense interaction between preachers and audiences. The implications of this research include recommendations for developing da'wah strategies that are more adaptive to technology, by utilizing artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to increase personalization and information security. The importance of ethics in conveying religious messages is also emphasized, emphasizing honesty, accuracy and respect for the diversity of society. This study makes an important contribution to the literature on digital da'wah and provides practical guidance for da'wah practitioners in utilizing social media effectively and responsibly

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis digital dapat menarik perhatian dan minat mahasiswa serta mampu memotivasi semangat mahasiswa dan mampu untuk memahami pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran MKU bahasa Indonesia Materi Menulis karya ilmiah. Akan tetapi penggunaan bahan ajar modul Handout, dan buku kurang menarik minat dan motivasi mahasiswa untuk membaca sehingga mahasiswa kurang memahami materi. Di era Zaman 4.0 ini semua tingkat pendidikan sudah menggunakan media digital sebagai sarana untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya pembelajaran menggunakan Aplikasi zoom Meeting. Pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam mata kuliah MKU Bahasa Indonesia pada Mahasiswa TIK khususnya materi Menulis karya ilmiah. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan modul menjadi E-Modul Flipbook berbasis Flip PDF Professional. Penelitian ini, bertujuan selain untuk mengembangkan produk juga untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan efektivitas produk E-modul berbasis Flip PDF Professional MKU Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research dan Development (R&D). Langkah pengembangan modul pembelajaran dikembangkan menurut Borg dan Gall meliputi 10 langkah , yaitu (1) meneliti dan mengumpulkan informasi, (2) merancang penelitian, (3) mengembangkan desain model, (4) melakukan pengujian permulaan, (5) merevisi desain permulaan, (6) menguji desain di kelas (7) merevisi model yang diuji cobakan di lapangan, 8) menguji layak tidaknya produk, (9) merevisi produk akhir, dan 10) mendesiminasi dan menerapkan hasil final. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket dan tes. Sebagai subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 20 orang mahasiswa TIK dengan menyebarkan angket dan ahli media serta melakukan wawancara dengan dua orang dosen pengampu mata kuliah MKU Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian dari hasil wawancara dan angket dapat disimpulkan produk E-modul berbasis Flip PDF Professional MKU Bahasa Indonesia layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
