Berbagai tantangan, masalah, dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang pedidik, mulai dari penyebab siswa, keluarga siswa, serta fasilitas, dan sumber daya yang kurang representatif. Akibatnya, guru harus memainkan peran kunci dalam membimbing atau mengelola instruksi, dimulai dengan menyiapkan, mengoordinasikan, menerapkan, dan meninjau untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar selama pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang berlangsung, baik secara online maupun offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukÂ memanajemenkan pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pendidikan di masa pandemik covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan secara online. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 guru yang mengajar di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama, baik dari sekolah negeri maupun swasta di wilayah Pesisir Selatan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan link ms.form. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran online telah terlaksana dengan efektif dilihat dari kesiapan guru. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, Â guru siap mengikuti suatu perubahan, senang dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran online, mendukung jika sistem pembelajaran online ini diterapkan untuk selanjutnya. Hanya beberapa guru yang menyatakan bahwa waktu pembelajaran online berjalan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

The second flash flood in Ten Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency occurred in the same place in Lembah Anai Village. The large water discharge and high flow speed caused the river to overflow and worried the residents living around the river. This was due to the very high intensity of rain in the river catchment area of Lembah Anai Village which fell an hour earlier. This flash flood condition is a historic phenomenon because this is the second time. The first flash flood occurred in the Anai Valley. In 1892, the Anai Valley was also hit by a major flood. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by making a comparative study of rivers in the Sepuluh Koto District area. The research results show that the river morphology in Lembah Anai Village has the highest catchment area of 400 meters above sea level (MDPL), which is the widest of the surrounding rivers and decreases in the downstream area of 20-meter MDPL. The highest order of average bandang potential scores is first, namely the Lembah Anai Village River, second to the Kayutanam Village River, and third to the Sicincin River. The disruption of transportation routes disrupted food supplies. Ingredients such as vegetables, potatoes and meat cannot be sent through the Anai Valley. As a result, all foodstuffs in the cities of Padang and Bukittinggi experienced price increases for months because reconstruction efforts were long and expensive.

This study aims to determine teaching factory management in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of teaching factory management in Vocational Schools in an effort to develop the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research in which data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation analysis. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study state that the management of the teaching factory at SMK N 1 Painan in terms of planning has been carried out properly such as administering time, tools and practicum materials at the workshop and organizing the teaching factory which is well structured starting from the head of competency skills, the head of labor, the teacher subjects and implementation have been carried out properly with supervision carried out integrated by all components of the school. And then the supporting factors include: competent teachers, supporting facilities and infrastructure, enthusiastic students, toolmen, block system practice schedules, and collaboration with DUDI, the inhibiting factors are less than optimal time, marketing and a less strategic place. As well as the results of implementing teaching factory management, it provides the provision to directly enter the industrial world

Assets are one of the determining factors for a school to be advanced and of high quality. The more assets owned by a school show maturity in terms of facilities and infrastructure as well as development. Moreover, SLBN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti is the only Extraordinary School located in Linggo Sari Baganti District where every year it always receives assistance in many aspects. This is not comparable to the process of managing these assets which is still done manually through data collection that is still in the ledger. The purpose of this research is to design a computerized system to be able to carry out the procurement of goods, borrowing, returning, repairing goods to the procurement of consumables quickly and accurately. So that the results of this study are in the form of a system that can be utilized by asset management personnel at SLBN Linggo Sari Baganti to assist their activities so that they can be carried out effectively, quickly and precisely

This study focuses on speech act on facebook chat. The purposes of this study are to identify the types of speech act and describe the functions of each type of the speech act on facebook chat. This study employed descriptive qualitative research in which the researcher uses observation and documentation and methods to collect data. The data of this research is written utterances on Facebook chats. The results of this study show that from 90 data the researcher finds five types of speech act. There are 20 data or 22% from representatives, 18 data or 20% from directives, 15 data or 17% from commissives, 26 data or 29% from expressive, and 11 data or 12% from declarations. Each type of speech act on Facebook chat has its function. Representatives act have functions describing, asserting, and informing; directives act has functions commanding, requesting, inviting, forbidding, suggesting; commissives act have functions promising, threatening, offering; expressives act have functions thanking, apologizing, welcoming, and congratulating; and declarations act have function declaring.

Various challenges, problems, and obstacles faced by the Principal in facing the Merdeka curriculum in the 4.0 era, This study uses a survey method conducted online. The sample of this study was 35 Principals from both public and private schools in the Pesisir Selatan area. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. The technique used to analyze the data was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of schools in facing the Merdeka curriculum was very effective when viewed from the readiness of the Principal. From the results of the study, the results were obtained through a series of six indicators and eleven statements, the average number of statements obtained was 90% stating that the principal could manage developments in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 in increasing the Effective Use of the Merdeka Curriculum and 10% Principals were not yet effective in implementing the Merdeka curriculum because the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate. If the learning system using the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented sustainably, the principal will be 100% ready effectively

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang IT untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan metode kerja yang lebih fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan. Agile Framework menjadi salah satu pendekatan manajemen proyek yang banyak diadopsi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja tim dan kualitas produk. Namun demikian, tingkat penerimaan Agile Framework pada UMKM IT belum dapat disamaratakan karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan Agile Framework pada UMKM IT di Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dan manajer di tiga UMKM IT, yaitu Orenda Digital, Warungsegar.id, dan PT Riau Digital Kreatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions terhadap behavioral intention dan actual use dari Agile Framework. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy dan social influence memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku (behavioral intention) untuk menggunakan Agile Framework, sedangkan facilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan aktual (actual use). Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi UMKM IT di Pekanbaru dalam merumuskan strategi penerapan Agile Framework yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

This research aims to develop an Android-based digital pocketbook application learning media for the Pancasila Citizenship Education subject: determine the feasibility of an Android-based digital pocketbook application learning media based on the assessment of media experts, material experts, and learning language experts as well as learning media users. This research is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) development model. Media validation was carried out by Material Experts, Media Experts and Language Experts for Pancasila Citizenship Education. The media developed was tested on 22 respondents. The results of the research show that the level of feasibility of the Articulate Storyline application learning media is based on assessments: 1) Material Experts obtained an assessment score of 82.86%, including in the very feasible category. 2) Media Experts obtained an assessment score of 82%, which is in the very worthy category. 3) Linguist experts obtained an assessment score of 85%, which is in the very appropriate category. 4) The respondent's assessment obtained an assessment score of 98%, including in the Very Decent category. The research results show that the Android-based Digital Pocketbook Learning Media developed is very suitable for use as a learning media for Pancasila Citizenship Education.
