Abstract

This research is aimedto know the outcomeof using Puzzle Human (Bosarang) to improvestudents’ writing skill of descriptive text at the eight grade students of SMPN 1 Sumarorong. This research was classified as pre-experimental design to one group class. The population of this research were the eighth-grade students of SMPN 1 Sumarorong in academic year 2020/2021 that consist of 150 students. Purposive sampling technique was used to take a class as the sample of the research which consist of 32 students. The research used inferential analysis of t-test by using SPSS v.16.0, the researcher concludes that the use of puzzle human (Bosarang) can improve students’writing skill of descriptive text. The results of the research showed that there was a significant improvement in the students’ mean score writing skillwhen the students were taught by puzzle human (Bosarang) and whenwere taught only using textbook. The mean score of the students’ writing competence increased from 52,50 in pre-test, to 73,96 in post-test. The significance value calculated 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (P-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was accepted. It shows that Bosarang totally increases students’ skill in writing

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca menggunakan media gambar berupa dongeng pada murid kelas III UPT SDN 9 Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini  dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang mencakup empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah murid kelas III UPT SDN 9 Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep sebanyak 17 murid yang terdiri atas 9 orang laki-laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, tes (evaluasi), dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan keterampilan membaca menggunakan media gambar berupa dongeng pada murid kelas III UPT SDN 9 Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor rata-rata keterampilan membaca pada siklus I 66 dan yang tuntas 10 murid atau 59%, dan skor rata-rata keterampilan membaca murid pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82 dan yang tuntas sebanyak 17 murid atau 100%. Di samping itu juga, data hasil observasi disetiap siklus menunjukan adanya perubahan sikap murid kearah positif. Dari hasil analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan membaca pada murid kelas III UPT SDN 9 Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep dapat ditingkatkan melalui media gambar berupa dongeng.

Abstract

Mentoring plays a crucial role in the success of community empowerment programs, especially in the context of halal product certification for MSMEs. Prior to submitting documents to the Fatwa Commission, the Halal Product Process Mentoring Institution (LP3H) is responsible for conducting an internal audit to ensure procedural compliance, strengthen consumer trust, and support the growth of the halal market. This study aims to develop and implement an effective internal audit model for LP3H in North Sumatra as part of good governance practices. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on Borg and Gall's ten-step model—grouped into five stages for field efficiency—this study has completed 50% of its implementation. The stages include initial research, model design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. Results indicate that the developed internal audit model significantly improves LP3H's ability to supervise and evaluate halal mentoring activities, reducing errors and ensuring accountability. The model has been tested using the N-Gain method and shown to be effective. It provides a reliable tool to support LP3H in maintaining mentoring quality and certifying halal products for MSMEs. Future research is recommended to assess its adaptability across various LP3H institutions in other regions.
