Abstract

Asthma is a chronic disease with an increasing incidence from year to year. The definition of asthma itself has changed over time as knowledge and understanding of the pathology, photophysiology, immunology, and genetics of asthma have developed. The Buteyko breathing technique is a method of regulating breathing. This technique is based on breathing exercises that aim to reduce airway contractions. This study aims to identify the effect of Buteyko breathing techniques on the degree of asthma dyspnea in outpatient care at Tangerang City In 2021, there were 23 89 outpatient asthma patients who participated in this study. by using the Total Sanpling technique. Researchers collected data using instruments to measure the degree of dyspnea of asthma patients measured using mMRC scale, then the Buteyko Breathing Exercise checklist was carried out three times a day (morning, afternoon and evening) for 3 weeks. The Buteyko Breathing Exercise is done before eating, then during the breathing exercise it is used to breathe using the nose. Buteyko practice. Statistical test using the Wilcoxon-test test. Based on the results of the study, the Wilcoxon test results obtained p value 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an effect of Buteyko Breathing Techniques on the Degree of Asthma Dyspnea in Outpatient Hospital of Tangerang City in 2021. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Buteyko Breathing Techniques on the Degree of Asthma Dyspnea in Outpatient Care. Abstrak Asma merupakan penyakit kronis dengan angka kejadian yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Definisi asma sendiri telah mengalami perubahan dari waktu ke waktu seiring berkembangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai patologi, potofisiologi, immunologi, dan genetik asma. Teknik pernapasan Buteyko merupakan sebuah metode untuk mengatur pernapasan. Teknik ini didasari oleh latihan pernapasan yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kontraksi jalan nafas Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Tehnik Pernafasan Buteyko Terhadap Derajat Dispnea Asma Di Rawat Jalan Rumah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2021, terdapat 23 89 pasien asma yang di rawat jalan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik Total Sanpling. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument Untuk mengukur derajat Dyspnea pasien Asma diukur menggunakan mMRC Scale, kemudian lembar ceklist Latihan Pernapasan Buteyko dilaksanakan tiga kali sehari (pagi, siang dan malam) selama 3 minggu. Latihan Pernapasan Buteyko dilakukan sebelum makan, kemudian selama latihan pernapasan yang digunakan yaitu bernapas menggunakan hidung. Latihan Buteyko. Uji statistik menggunakan Uji wilcoxon-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan Hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh p value 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada Pengaruh Tehnik Pernafasan Buteyko Terhadap Derajat Dispnea Asma di Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Kota Tangerang Tahun 2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Tehnik Pernafasan Buteyko Terhadap Derajat Dispnea Asma di Rawat Jalan.

Abstract

This PKM-BEM program aims to enhance nutrition literacy and skills in producing nutritious local food in Mbawi Village, Dompu Regency, through two innovative products: Salome Bandeng (milkfish sausage) and Granola Moringa. The implementation method involved socialization, food innovation training, and a digital marketing workshop engaging the local women’s group (PKK) and housewives. A total of 30 participants took part actively. The results showed a 45% increase in nutrition knowledge based on pre–post tests, an 80% improvement in production skills, and two active social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook) used for product promotion. Salome Bandeng and Granola Moringa were produced in approximately 100 packages and received a positive acceptance rate of 85%. This program successfully improved the community’s nutritional and economic capacity while encouraging the formation of the Pokja Pangan Lokal Sehat (Healthy Local Food Working Group) as the embryo of the Dou Mbojo Food microenterprise.
