Abstract

Background: This article discusses the problems faced by buyers in online buying and selling, in the form of advertisements that do not match the products being sold. For this reason, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title Comparative Study of Article 10 Letter C of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Sharia Business Law in Online Clothes Buying and Selling by examining three online shops, namely Sa**tri.Store 1**6611424, N**la.Fasshion, and Ocyd Clothing Official. Methods: The research method uses empirical juridical, with a phenomenological and conceptual approach. Data analysis uses inductive and descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and library data. Findings: The results of the research show that the two online stores studied, namely Sa**tri.Store 1**6611424, and N**la.Fasshion are known to have committed fraud with advertising media that is misleading and contains elements of gharar and jahalah. Conclusion: Meanwhile, the Ocyd Clothing Official online shop is known to comply with applicable regulations, both from the Consumer Protection Law and Sharia Business Law. Novelty/Originality of this Study: Its comparative analysis of Article 10, Letter C of Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection with Sharia Business Law, specifically within the context of online clothing sales, provides a unique examination of legal and ethical perspectives. This approach highlights the differences and commonalities in addressing false advertising in Indonesia's burgeoning e-commerce sector.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain Bharada Eliezer's stance on Decision Variety: 798/Pid.B/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel, which pertains to the position of Justice Collaborator police officers, as well as the Police Code of Ethics Decision concerning Bharada Eliezer's police status. This study employs a normative juridical research methodology, together with conceptual and statutory techniques. Essentially, when an individual unlawfully ends another person's life, it constitutes a violation of human rights and a denial of the right to life, particularly when the perpetrator is a law enforcement officer who continues to serve in the police force. However, in this particular case, the judge and the responsible official overseeing the KKEP hearing must take into account the defendant's status as a justice collaborator, who is feared by irresponsible parties and at risk of abuse. Ensure that all personnel of the National Police receive guidance to prevent them from engaging in actions that contravene laws, regulations, and the ethical standards of the police profession, which could damage the reputation of the police organization or agency. It is necessary to revise the requirements and guidelines for justice collaborators due to certain criminal offenses that pose a threat to the state and involve exceptional crimes. Justice collaborators play a crucial role in clarifying initially ambiguous criminal offenses.

Abstract

The author conducted a study titled "Application of Article 4 Letter H of Law No. 8 of 1999 Consumer Protection Regarding the Right to Compensation in Online Trading Transactions on TikTok Shop from the Perspective of Sharia Business Law." This study aims to answer two questions: how the application of Article 4 of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection concerning the right to compensation in online trading transactions on the TikTok shop and also regarding the right to compensation in online trading transactions on the TikTok shop from the perspective of Sharia business law.This study discusses the application of Article 4 Letter H of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection in the context of the right to compensation in online trading transactions on TikTok Shop from the perspective of Sharia Business Law. The research method used is normative juridical with a descriptive analytical approach.This study uses empirical juridical research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are inductive and descriptive data analysis methods.The results of the study indicate that the application of Article 4 H of Law No. 8 of 1999 still has many weaknesses in ensuring optimal consumer protection in online trading transactions on TikTok Shop, particularly in the context of Sharia business law. Some of the challenges faced include the lack of awareness of consumer rights based on Sharia law and the lack of regulations governing Sharia-based online transactions.Proposed solutions include increasing consumer awareness of their rights based on Sharia principles and the need for stricter regulations on Sharia-based online transactions. This study is expected to contribute to strengthening consumer protection in online purchasing transactions by taking into account Sharia values in business law.

Abstract

This study discusses the weak understanding and internalization of anti-corruption values among students who need character education efforts to prevent corrupt behavior from an early age. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the anti-corruption value strengthening program at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Surabaya as a step to form a generation with integrity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of students, teachers, and principals. The results of the study show that the school has implemented various effective programs, such as honesty canteens, transparent management of student council funds, and habituation of the values of honesty and responsibility in learning activities. These programs have a positive impact in shaping the character of students who have integrity and anti-corruption attitudes. However, the study also found that the challenges in the form of anti-corruption materials presented are still conceptual and less relevant to students' daily lives. In conclusion, the anti-corruption value strengthening program in schools is effective, but it needs to be improved by adding simulation-based materials and real case studies to deepen students' understanding of the dangers of corruption and improve the application of values in their lives.

Abstract

Abstrak The Legal Awareness Family Program (KADARKUM) in Kwaron Village, Jombang Regency, aims to enhance community legal awareness, particularly in preventing bullying and Domestic Violence (KDRT). A juridical-sociological research method was used to understand community interactions with legal norms. The program included legal counseling, the provision of Legal Aid Post (POSBAKUM) services, and the formation of Anti-Bullying and Domestic Violence Ambassadors. The results showed increased community understanding of legal rights and obligations, high enthusiasm during counseling sessions, and strong community support for the implemented program. Through this approach, KADARKUM successfully fostered legal awareness at the family level, which is expected to contribute to reducing violence cases in society.

Abstract

Selain itu, mahasiswa Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (HES) Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari memiliki kecenderungan perilaku konsumsi saat melakukan pembelian secara online. Tersedianya fitur keranjang kuning juga dapat memudahkan para pengguna untuk berbelanja secara online melalui TikTokShop. Kemudahan yang ada menjadikan mahasiswa HES lebih menyukai berbelanja online karena memiliki banyak penawaran yang tersedia dan menarik perhatian para pengguna TikTokShop. Berbagai macam kebutuhan juga bisa diperoleh saat berbelanja melalui TikTokShop. Hal ini juga dapat memungkinkan mahasiswa HES berperilaku secara konsumtif. Sehingga dari segi hukum Islam apabila perilaku konsumtif tidak terjadi pada mahasiswa HES maka perilaku tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan yang diajarkan dalam Islam bahwa tidak boleh berlebihan sampai timbul pemborosan saat melakukan apapun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Praktik Penentuan Berat Timbangan Besi Tua Pada CV. Arga Logam Menurut Etika Bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris, dengan pendekatan konseptual menggunakan metode induktif dan metode deskriptif. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara (interview), dokumentasi, dan data kepustakaan. Bertujuan untuk menjawab dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang menjadi rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana praktik penentuan berat timbangan besi tua pada CV. Abstract

The increasing prevalence of online commerce via digital platforms such as TikTok Shop has introduced a trend wherein product prices are displayed using fractional rupiah values, such as Rp10,568 or Rp25,723. This emerging practice has prompted ethical and Islamic legal scrutiny, particularly since the use of cent denominations is no longer common in everyday transactions in Indonesia. This study aims to examine how such pricing practices are implemented by sellers on TikTok Shop and whether they align with the principles of sharia-compliant marketing. This research is grounded in the theoretical framework of Sharia Marketing, which emphasizes four core values: monotheism (tauhid), justice (equilibrium), responsible freedom (free will), and accountability (fardh). The analysis also incorporates the concept of the sharia marketing mix, with particular attention to the pricing component, to assess the religious validity of using fractional pricing in digital marketplaces. A qualitative case study approach was employed for this research. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with two TikTok Shop participants: the seller @R2VARIASIMOTOR2 and the affiliate marketer @Showcaseauliaivya. These interviews were conducted to explore their motivations, rationales, and the perceived impact of employing fractional pricing in their business transactions. The findings indicate that both participants adopted fractional pricing either as a deliberate marketing strategy or as a default output of the TikTok Shop’s automated pricing system, with no intent to deceive customers. Final transaction amounts are rounded at the point of purchase, ensuring no financial harm to the buyer. From a sharia marketing standpoint, this pricing approach remains acceptable provided it avoids elements of deceit (gharar), is conducted transparently, and is rooted in sincere intent. Consequently, the use of fractional rupiah pricing on TikTok Shop may be regarded as permissible under Islamic commercial ethics, so long as it adheres to the principles of honesty, clarity, and equity in transactions.

Abstract

Price fixing carried out by business actors in internet cafe business activities (hereinafter referred to as warnet) is feared to violate the principles of Islamic business law, because the warnet business is a micro business that is highly dependent on electrical energy which has an impact on arbitrary price fixing by business actors to consumers. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of field research is analyzed inductively by conducting interviews, observation and documentation, then the results of these observations will be obtained by a theory. The results showed that the price fixing made by business actors to consumers after a power cut has two different categories. First, consumers who use this type of member system service do not experience inappropriate pricing. Second, consumers with non-member systems experience inappropriate pricing, where Islamic business law prohibits activities that contain elements of fraud (gharar). Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the wage management system in the red onion home industry in Tinggar Bandar Kedungmulyo Jombang, analyzing wage eligibility standards according to the Employment Law in providing wages in accordance with sharia business ethics. This research uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data were collected using interviews and questionnaires which were then analyzed using descriptive inductive methods. With the aim of knowing business behavior in managing the home industry in wage standards based on Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 Article 77 Paragraph (1) working time and Article 88 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) wage standards in the practice of providing appropriate wages with sharia business ethics
