Abstract

Koperasi Desa Merah Putih merupakan kebijakan baru yang digagas sebagai upaya penguatan ekonomi desa melalui asas gotong royong dan semangat kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kebijakan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih dari perspektif pembangunan desa dan mengkaji desain tata kelolanya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan pengurus koperasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa koperasi ini berperan strategis dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, penyediaan akses ekonomi, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan desa. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan kapasitas pengelola, potensi tumpang tindih regulasi dengan BUMDes, serta risiko ketergantungan terhadap intervensi pusat. Keberhasilan koperasi ini sangat bergantung pada peran serta aktif masyarakat, transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan penguatan kelembagaan lokal. Dengan demikian, Koperasi Desa Merah Putih dapat menjadi alternatif kebijakan ekonomi desa yang lebih partisipatif dan berkeadilan

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine the influence and relationship that will improve job performance through the role of work-life balance, employee engagement and job satisfaction. Background Problem: In managing human resources in the industry, how can workers improve their performance by deepening the importance of employee performance in improving the company's work results. Novelty: Conducting tests in the manufacturing industry sector with analysis tools using smartPLS. Research Method: Using quantitative methods with the SEM (Structural Equation Model) method, conducting discriminant validity analysis, Squareroot of Average Variance Extracted (AVE), conducting Variance Inflating Factor (VIF) analysis, composite reliability (CR), then conducting R square and T-statistic analysis. Findings/Results: That there is a significant influence that can improve the company's work performance including life balance, employee engagement and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Companies need to improve employee work performance by paying attention to employee life balance very well and wisely.

Abstract

Introduction/Objective: This study discusses the analysis of the Influence of Product Quality (X1) and Brand Image (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y) of Beauty Products on Female Students in Private Institutions in Tangerang Regency.. Background of the Problem: The growth of the beauty industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, beauty products have become primary needs and not just secondary needs and consider beauty products as self-expression and a means to increase self-confidence. Novelty: Analyzing the same variables according to previous research by testing different research locations and samples. Research Method: Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data was taken from users of local cosmetic brands obtained 71 samples with Slovin's theory and the tool for analysis used was SPSS. Findings/Results: It is proven that there is an influence that can positively consider purchasing decisions, namely product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on local cosmetic users among female students. Conclusion: This finding provides important implications in paying attention to product quality and brand image in purchasing decisions in terms of cosmetic products because beauty products are their self-expression

Abstract

In fostering the disciplinary character of students, the roles of teachers and student guardians include: First, the role of the teacher is to be a motivator, facilitator, inspirer, informator and also a guide, the teacher becomes a role model for students in providing good examples in speech or behavior. Second, the role of student guardians such as instilling respect for others, getting children used to obeying the rules that have been agreed upon at home, and ensuring that children do positive activities. While the general methods applied by teachers are, conducting socialization between teachers and student guardians, getting students used to following the rules at school, and being a good role model for students. The special methods applied by the teacher are: giving prizes if students obey school rules well and giving punishment if students violate school rules. The general methods used by student guardians include providing direction and limits in carrying out activities, being a good example for children, educating children to have empathy for others and be responsible for their actions. The specific methods applied by student guardians are making a schedule of children's activities, giving prizes if children reach targets, making agreements together about rules at home and giving punishment if children break the rules at home.

Abstract

Research has the goal of being known and significantly analyzed whether stock prices gain influence from profitability and solvency through dividend policies by using several research variables to be analyzed, namely profitability and solvency ratios as free variables, stock prices as bound variables and the varied role of mediation using dividend policies. In this study the stick price used is the annual stock closing price, profitability is represented by ROA, solvency is represented by DER, and dividend policy is represented by DPR. The sample used as many as sixteen companies that always follow the LQ45 election. Analyze the data obtained using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square with the help of Smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis tool. The study found that stock prices did not have a significant influence on profitability, DER and dividend policies. While on the dividend policy is considered unsuccessful to mediate the relationship of ROA and DER to the stock price.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, penggunaan model pembelajaran dapat membantu tingkat pemahaman siswa, terutama dalam memahami konsep sehingga siswa menjadi lebih jelas dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Penggunaan model pembelajaran scramble, sebagai gagasan atau ide penelitian merupakan salah satu sarana pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada SMA Al Hikmah Muncar, karena model pembelajaran tipe scramble dapat meningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dalam pembelajaran ini semua siswa terlibat dalam kerja sama pembelajaran, kegiatan tersebut dapat mendorong pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang berupa studi pengaruh. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan populasi sampling, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Al Hikmah Muncar menjadi sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan nilai ulangan harian siswa, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment.Hasil penelitian secara kuantitatif menunjukkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,741, nilai tersebut berada pada interval nilai 0,61-0,80 pada table derajat hubungan yang berarti termasuk dalam kategori tinggi atau kuat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa: ada pengaruh kuat model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe scramble terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Al Hikmah Muncar pada bab Al Quran sebagai pedoman hidup mata pelajaran PAI tahun ajaran 2018/2019.
