Abstract

Abstrak Mesin  terdiri  dari  bagian  –  bagian  logam  yang  bergerak  seperti  poros  engkol,  batang  torak,  dan mekanisme  katup. Untuk menghindari efek gesekan dari bagian yang bergerak maka perlu diberikan sistem pelumasan. pelumasan pada mesin sangat penting, karena tanpa pelumasan komponen – komponen mesin akan mengalami kontak secara langsung, sehingga menimbulkan panas dan mengakibatkan kerusakan berupa keausan yang akhirnya umur mesin dan  komponen – komponennya tidak tahan lama. Tujuan yang ingin diperoleh dalam penulisan laporan ini untuk mengetahui analisa dan cara mengatasi gangguan pada sistem pelumasan mesin diesel mitsubishi. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas meliputi komponen – komponen sistem pelumasan, dan gangguan sistem pelumasan. Pemeriksaan sistem pelumasan yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kondisi oli mesin dalam kondisi tidak bagus. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor pemakaian dan riwayat perawatan mesin tersebut. Karena kondisinya tidak bagus, oli mesin diganti  dengan yang baru. Kunci kunci : Sistem Pelumasan, minyak pelumas

Abstract

The tourism industry holds significant potential for supporting local economic growth, particularly in tourist areas like Kota Pari Pantai Cermin, where SMEs play a crucial role. However, the rapid growth of this industry brings challenges related to environmental and sustainability issues. Green marketing has become a key strategy to meet changing consumer preferences for environmentally friendly products. Enhancing employee environmental awareness is also vital to improving sustainability in this sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing and employee environmental awareness on the sustainability of tourism SMEs in Kota Pari Pantai Cermin, utilizing an associative method with 100 respondents from tourism SMEs that developed between 2022 and 2023. The results show that employee environmental awareness, SME competitiveness, and tourism industry development significantly influence SME sustainability. Recommendations from this study include increased environmental training for employees and support for environmental initiatives from SME owners. This research is expected to provide insights for sustainable policy development that supports both environmental and economic sustainability at the local level.

Abstract

The engine consists of moving metal parts such as a crankshaft, piston rod, and valve mechanism. To avoid the effects of friction from moving parts, it is necessary to provide a lubrication system. Lubrication of the engine is very important, because without lubrication the engine components will experience direct contact, causing heat and causing damage in the form of wear and tear which ultimately causes the life of the engine and its components to not last long. The objectives to be obtained in writing this report are to find out the analysis and how to overcome disturbances in the Mitsubishi diesel engine lubrication system. The problems that will be discussed include the components of the lubrication system, and the disturbance of the lubrication system. The inspection of the lubrication system that has been carried out results in the conclusion that the condition of the engine oil is not in good condition. This can be caused by several factors of use and maintenance history of the machine. Because the condition is not good, the engine oil is replaced with a new one.Key key: Lubrication system, lubricating oil
