Abstract

Long Term Evolution (LTE) telah menjadi standar yang umum digunakan untuk teknologi jaringan berkecepatan tinggi. Frekuensi 1800 MHz sering digunakan dalam implementasi jaringan LTE karena karakteristik propagasinya yang sesuai untuk area perkotaan dan sub-urban. Pada Penelitian ini di kawasan Dermaga Adipala akan dilakukan perbandingan antara MU-MIMO dan SU-MIMO terhadap coverage jaringan seluler. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu pada pengujian skenario 1 dengan MU-MIMO menunjukkan level sinyal yang baik (-75,19 dBm), tetapi RSRP dan RSRQ buruk (-101,23 dBm dan -17,3 dB). Namun, Throughput cukup baik (32.532 kbps). Skenario 2 dengan SU-MIMO memiliki hasil serupa pada level sinyal, tetapi RSRP dan RSRQ tetap buruk (-101,19 dBm dan -17,3 dB). Meski Throughput SU-MIMO cukup baik (28.114 kbps), MU-MIMO unggul dalam throughput. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SU-MIMO cocok untuk area fokus dengan Throughput tinggi, sementara MU-MIMO efektif dalam mengatasi variasi kebutuhan Throughput yang bervariasi dari banyak perangkat pengguna aktif.

Abstract

Child sexual abuse is a serious problem that requires a holistic approach in handling it. Sexual abuse is committed by the closest people such as family, teachers and neighbours of the victim. There is an impact or trauma experienced by child victims of sexual abuse, for example, they become more quiet and tend to close themselves. This study aims to explore the use of therapeutic communication as a tool to help child victims of sexual abuse in the recovery process. Qualitative methods were used to understand the experiences and perceptions of children traumatised by sexual abuse. Using the therapeutic communication approach, there are four stages to go through: pre-interaction, orientation, and problem solving, and resolution steps to get the best results. The results showed that therapeutic communication has an important role in reducing the psychological impact and helping children overcome trauma

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja merupakan aspek bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menghadapi dunia profesional. Namun,tingginya angka pengangguran di kalangan lulusan perguruan tinggi menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antarakompetensi lulusan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh programmagang dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis Telkom Universityangkatan 2021. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Datadikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden, dipilih menggunakan teknik simple randomsampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa program magang dan motivasi kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, berpengaruh positifterhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Secara deskriptif, seluruh indikator variabel menunjukkan skor tinggi,menandakan bahwa mahasiswa merasakan manfaat dari program magang dan memiliki motivasi kerja yang baik.Temuan ini menguatkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan dorongan internal merupakan faktor dalam membentukkesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi praktis bagi kampus dalam merancang program magang dan strategipeningkatan motivasi kerja. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengkaji faktor lain seperti kepercayaan diri,pengalaman organisasi, dan keterampilan komunikasi. Abstract

The industrial arena, the use of induction motors is an important element used in various aspects of industrial activities. Prolonged operation of an induction motor can lead to various mechanical failures. Mechanical failures can be identified by monitoring abnormal vibrations in motor components. Vibration monitoring is carried out using a vibration sensor, the ADXL345 accelometer sensor, which is attached to the induction motor body. The measurement results from this sensor are processed on the Arduino Mega and visualized into graphs on the ILI9341 TFT LCD. The vibration monitoring system is equipped with an induction motor protection device using a relay connected to coil A1 of the contactor. The contactor functions to cut off the electrical voltage from the 3-phase AC source to the induction motor being monitored. The relay will protect the induction motor when abnormal vibrations with an amplitude value of >3 g are found. System testing uses an induction motor connected to a VSD to vary the induction motor frequency. The results of the monitoring test are obtained and the vibration value will increase as the frequency of the applied voltage is increased and when the frequency is increased to 35Hz the maximum vibration detected is with a value of 3.75g, then the relay cuts off the voltage on the contactor coil and deactivates the induction motor
