Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed the business competition landscape, compelling companies to adapt to more innovative and efficient strategies. Digital marketing has emerged as an effective approach to address these challenges, allowing companies to expand their market reach, enhance consumer interaction, and measure marketing performance in real-time. The application of digital marketing strategies has become an effective solution in achieving these goals. This research examines how digital marketing can be utilized to strengthen consumer trust, build a strong corporate image, and increase customer loyalty. The study consists of several sections. First, a literature review focuses on digital marketing. Second, the research model and propositions developed in this study are based on a literature review of previous research, and the relationship between digital marketing, trust, corporate image, and customer loyalty is discussed in-depth. The results of the study show that an integrated digital marketing strategy not only helps companies survive in the competition but also builds long-term relationships with customers, ultimately enhancing trust and strengthening the corporate image in the market. The proper implementation of this strategy is a key factor in business success in the digital era.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence employee performance, namely: job involvement through job satisfaction and organizational commitment, a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) job involvement (X) has an effect on employee job satisfaction (M1); 2) work involvement (X) has an effect on organizational commitment (M2); 3) work involvement (X) affects employee performance (Y); 4) job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 5) organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y); 6) work involvement (X) through job satisfaction (M1) has an effect on employee performance (Y); and 7) work involvement (X) through organizational commitment (M2) has an effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This article discusses literature review studies of Business Information Systems, analyzing factors that affect IT infrastructure: Software, IT Flexibility and Organizational Performance. The method of writing this article is literature study or library research. The results are that: 1) Software has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; 2) IT flexibility has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; and 3) Organizational performance has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure.

Abstract

The development of the times requires all elements to develop, even more so within an organization. Currently, human activities in organizations are nothing more than Artificial Intelligence, which supports all organizational activities and makes work more efficient. With the existence of Artificial Intelligence, it is also expected to be able to increase Work Creativity because it can support the development of ideas for members of the organization. Then Artificial Intelligence will also increase the productivity of organizational members and Job Satisfaction. In this article, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher collects data from trusted sources and processes it into the SPSS application. The results of this study are: 1) Work Creativity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 2) Productivity related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, 3) Job Satisfaction related to Artificial Intelligence in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

A literature review article (literature review study) on the effects of the work environment on student motivation and performance is an academic article that aims to establish a research hypothesis about the effects of variables for further research within the framework of psychology. The writing method of this literature review article is the library search method from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other online academic media. The findings of this literature review article are: 1) learning environment affects student motivation; 2) learning environment affects student achievement; 3) student motivation affects student performance. In addition to the above exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including: parent education, parent and teacher guidance.

Abstract

Industri Batik ialah industri yang sedang berkembang dalam bidang pewarnaan tekstil. Pengrajin batik di Propinsi Jambi sangat banyak, akan tetapi pengolahan limbah batik masih sangat terbatas dikarenakan kurang nya edukasi akan bahaya limbah batik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pengrajin batik akan bahaya limbah batik. Pada pengabdian ini juga dijelaskan alternatif cara pengolahan limbah batik sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Hasil dari pengabdian mampu menambah wawasan masyarakat akan bahaya limbah batik dan memahami cara pengolahannya.
