Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the application of artificial intelligence to the productivity of information media companies. Where this research examines previous research to support the problem formulation. A qualitative research approach was applied. Data was obtained from internet sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, DOAJ, and EBSCO. The results of this research include: 1) The application of Artificial Intelligence affects the productivity of information media companies: where Artificial Intelligence will make employee work easier, so that the workload given by the company will be completed easily and quickly by employees; 2) The use of Artificial Intelligence affects the quality of the content produced: where information media companies are closely related to content, including videos, photos and so on; 3) Challenges faced by companies in implementing Artificial Intelligence in their operational activities: where human resources are not yet accustomed to using AI optimally; and 4) Employees' response to the application of Artificial Intelligence in the company: they feel interested, motivated, and want to know more about the application of AI in their company. But there are some employees who consider AI a threat to them and think it will replace their jobs

Abstract

Artikel pengaruh capital budgeting dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap kinerja perusahaan merupakan artikel dalam lingkup ilmu penganggaran perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup penganggaran perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur/ literatur review. Data diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Publish or Perish, Emerald, Web of Science, SINTA, DOAJ dan EBSCO. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Capital budgeting berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan; dan 2) Evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Makalah Tinjauan Pustaka ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga, kepercayaan dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan metode kualitatif dan Library Research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model of the best aspects of responding to negative eWOM to increase online shopping intentions. This study uses SLRs explored from indexed journals, (i.e. Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, SAGE, MDPI, and Emerald), which focus on negative eWOM and online shopping intentions. Literature was obtained through the Google Scholar search engine in electronic format to make it easier to find key words. The results of this study are (i.e. (1) responding to negative eWOM can increase online shopping intentions, (2) aspects of apologize immediately, explain immediately, compensate immediately, and promises to resolve negative reviews immediately, are recognized as the best aspects in responding to negative eWOM, and (3) aspects of feel happy, feel comfortable, consider, willing to shop, continue to use, and recommend make a strong contribution in measuring online shopping intentions.

Abstract

This article discusses literature review studies of Business Information Systems, analyzing factors that affect IT infrastructure: Software, IT Flexibility and Organizational Performance. The method of writing this article is literature study or library research. The results are that: 1) Software has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; 2) IT flexibility has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure; and 3) Organizational performance has a relationship and affects the IT infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the Value at Risk of single assets of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index using the Historical Simulation, Variance Covariance and Monte Carlo Simulation methods. The research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. The research design used in this study is a comparative study, this study uses data analysis methods with a quantitative approach. The results of the research are based on validity testing using the Backtesting Kupiec method and Basel traffic light known that all three methods are used in this study produces a valid (accurate) VaR value for used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Whole Brain Teaching model influences the social science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MIN Lubuk Buaya Padang. This research is in the form of quantitative research using a quasy experiment approach. The research population of grade IV students at MIN Lubuk Buaya totaled 78 people and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used tests, and test sheet data collection tools. The type of data is in the form of student learning outcomes. The data was processed using a difference test (t-test) and the results obtained were that the average value of the experimental group was higher than the average value of the control class.

Abstract

Determination of risk sources and risk indicators is carried out by conducting literature studies and expert assessments. The results of the expert assessment are processed using the Delphi fuzzy and AHP fuzzy methods. The Delphi fuzzy method is used to make decisions regarding risk sources and risk indicators based on expert opinion. The AHP fuzzy method is used to determine the weight and priority order of risk sources and risk indicators for palm cooking oil logistics. The risk sources obtained based on the study of the literature are as many as 10 risk sources which are then selected 8 risks that are approved by experts. While the risk indicators obtained based on the study of the literature are as many as 34 indicators, then as many as 23 indicators are considered important by experts. Based on the risk weight assessment, the order of risk with the highest weight is supply risk with a weight of 0.2803, partnership risk with a weight of 0.1619, production risk with a weight of 0.1576, storage risk with a weight of 0.1262, technology risk with weight of 0.93, transportation risk with a weight of 0.0811, infrastructure risk with a weight of 0.0603 and market risk with a weight of 0.0395.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the effect of economic growth, education and unemployment on poverty levels. This type of research is descriptive and associative research through secondary data. The results showed that (1) economic growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -1.4409 percent with a probability value = 0.00 2 (2) education had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -0.4376 percent with a probability value = 0. 006 (3) Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty by 0.502 percent with a probability value = 0.1771.

Abstract

Abstract: Quality of service is one of the determining factors for the success of a business. This measurement is carried out using the Service Quality method, the Customer Satisfaction Index, and the Importance Performance Analysis method. The research was conducted in South Tangerang City and involved 142 Go-ride respondents and 127 Go-car respondents. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of service provided by online transportation service providers (Gojek) was still low. This can be seen from the Gap value of all negative indicators, indicating that the existing indicators have not met consumer expectations and the need for performance improvement. Abstrak: Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu terhadap keberhasilan suatu binis. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan metode Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction Index dan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan melibatkan responden Go-ride sebanyak 142 dan responden Go-car sebanyak 127. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia jasa transportasi online(Gojek) masih rendah. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai Gap dari seluruh indikator bernilai negatif, menandakan bahwa indikator yang ada belum memenuhi harapan konsumen dan perlunya peningkatan kinerja.
