Abstract

The purpose of this research is to figure out the role of public relations, as well as the strategy of public relations in the effort to improve the hotel occupancy rate in Anyer, Serang, Banten after the Selat Sunda tsunami. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, with with in-depth interviews to collect data. This method of data collection is commenced by interviews with hotel managers in Anyer. The samples of this research are five hotels in Anyer Serang, Banten, to represent their respective classes: five-star hotels, four-stars, three-star, and budget hotels. The results of this study show that the PR of the hotels in Anyer have done their role well, but they have not been able to increase the maximum the number of room occupancy of the hotels in Anyer, Serang, Banten.

Abstract

Abstract: Taxation is the government's mainstay sector, because it is the largest source of state revenue. The application of TQM can help in improving the quality and performance of an organization. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of TQM, namely: Continuous Improvement and Employee Empowerment Involvement, on Employee Performance moderated by the Reward System at KPP Pratama Cilegon. Using quantitative methods and primary data. Questionnaire as a method of data collection. Stratified random sampling method on 85 employees. Continuous Improvement, Employee Empowerment Involvement as independent vvariable, Employee Performance as dependent variable, Reward System as moderating variable. SEM and SmartPLS 3.0 data analysis. Statistical test results show that Continuous Improvement, Empowerment Involvement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Reward System strengthens the relationship between Employee Empowerment Involvement on Employee Performance, but Reward System doesn’t strengthen the relationship between Continuous Improvement on Employee Performance. Abstrak: Perpajakan menjadi sektor andalan pemerintah, karena menjadi sumber penerimaan terbesar negara. Penerapan TQM dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh TQM yaitu: Perbaikan Berkesinambungan dan Pelibatan Pemberdayaan Karyawan, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di moderasi oleh Sistem Penghargaan pada KPP Pratama Cilegon. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data primer. Kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Metode stratified random sampling pada 85 pegawai. Variabel independen Perbaikan Berkesinambungan, Pelibatan Pemberdayaan Karyawan, variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan, variabel moderating Sistem Penghargaan. Analisis data SEM dan SmartPLS 3.0 Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa Perbaikan Berkesinambungan, Pelibatan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Sistem Penghargaan memperkuat hubungan antara Pelibatan Pemberdayaan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, tetapi Sistem Penghargaan tidak memperkuat hubungan antara Perbaikan Berkesinambungan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Saat ini penerapan TQM di PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama masih memiliki kendala, antara lain masih adanya karyawan yang belum memahami penting nya penerapan TQM, Disisi lain, faktor penting untuk keberhasilan penerapan TQM adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan kondisi saat ini yang di hadapi PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Sistem Reward terhadap TQM pada PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama di Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linier, uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (f) dengan perhitungan SPSS V.22. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TQM, Sistem Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TQM dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Sistem Reward dapat berkontribusi dan signifikan terhadap TQM.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. Desa Kemuning is one of the regions with a high prevalence of stunting that requires special attention. This community service activity aims to optimize stunting prevention education through a participatory socialization program involving various stakeholders, including local communities, health cadres, and village officials. The methods used include community-based active participation and focused discussions to enhance understanding, engagement, and collective commitment to preventing stunting. This activity successfully reached 50 participants, consisting of pregnant women and children in Desa Kemuning. The materials presented covered the importance of balanced nutrition, parenting practices, and environmental sanitation to support optimal child growth. The program demonstrated that a participatory approach in socialization effectively improves community understanding and awareness of stunting prevention. By involving various parties, it is hoped that the sustainability of this effort will have a significant positive impact on reducing stunting rates in Desa Kemuning.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Brand Identity (X1) and Brand Image (X2) that influence Purchase Decision (Y), while considering Brand Trust (Z) which functions as an intervening variable among buyers of Fiesta Chicken Nugget products in the Tangerang City area. Consumer decisions to purchase Fiesta Chicken Nugget products form the foundation of this research, where such decisions are associated with the brand identity and image embedded in the product. The research targeted a population of Fiesta Chicken Nugget product buyers residing in the Tangerang City area. Data collection involved 140 respondents selected using a combination of purposive sampling and convenience sampling methods. The data testing process utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software as the analytical tool. The study findings revealed seven main results regarding the relationships between variables: First, it was proven that brand identity produces a significant positive impact on purchase decision. Second, brand image demonstrates a substantial positive effect on purchase decision. Third, brand identity is confirmed to exert a substantial positive influence on brand trust. Fourth, brand trust receives significant positive influence from brand image. Fifth, purchase decision is convincingly positively influenced by brand trust. Sixth, the role of brand trust as an intervening variable is confirmed between brand identity and purchase decision. Seventh, brand trust successfully demonstrates its function as a mediator connecting the influence of brand image on purchase decision.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja pemasok pada coffee shop di Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh dalam non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0.9.9. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa Kepercayaan (XI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasok (Y), dan Komitmen (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasok (Y).
