Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of product design, brand image, and personal selling on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction studies on consumers of darbost t-shirts in Jakarta and to provide suggestions on how PT. Darbost Garment Industri can increase customer satisfaction by increasing the aspects that influence it. For the independent variables: product design (X1), brand image (X2), personal selling (X3), the dependent variable is customer loyalty (Y) and the intervening variable is customer satisfaction (Z). This research approach is quantitative research according to the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. The results of this study indicate that each of the dimensions of product design, brand image and personal selling directly has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. And from each dimension of product design, brand image and personal selling indirectly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Technology of agroecologycal zonning is a land evaluation to using specific areaespecially in agriculture with friendly environment. Agroecologycal zonning based onfisically environment elements i.e., climate, physiography and landform, soil resources,vegetation and land use. Alternative commodities that will be devolloped based on socialeconomy factors. In area with stable land using (East and centre of Buleleng) thecommodities that will be choised : adaptive, profitable, and acceptability. In area with not yetstable land using (west of Buleleng) will be purposed with agroecologycal zonning as (1) atslopping area for suitable and profitable annual cropping, (2) at hilly area for multiplecropping, (3) in mountainous area with slope < 40% for multiple cropping and estate,whereas, if slope >40% and elevation >700 m over the sea level for plants conservation.

Abstract

The Balinese layout has its own uniqueness and pattern. This can be seen from the traditional Balinese spatial patterns which are closely related to the customs and noble values of Balinese culture, namely things that are considered good and valuable in the continuation of community and cultural life including various abstract elements consisting of philosophical elements, values , Concepts, Norms and Rules. The existence of an urban area is inseparable from its identity, the identity of an area is the uniqueness of conditions, characteristics and the creation of images in someone's mind that has never been understood before, this is the concept of identity that distinguishes them from other cities. identity in each region is needed even as the main requirement for the concept of development and identity of a city area. This study uses a qualitative method by applying descriptive approaches, hermeneutics and literature studies. This study aims to see what spatial patterns in Bali can be the identity of urban areas. From the understanding of this study, the benefits and results obtained at the conceptual level of explanation of Balinese spatial patterns can be used as markers of city identity in terms of meaning and enthusiasm. going forward, the results of this study are expected to be an input in determining the identity patterns of urban area development

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and mental health on welfare partially and to formulate company policies related to agent turnover intention for company progress. The research used Analysis of Moment Structure-Structural Equation Modeling (AMOS-SEM) using 150 samples. The research findings show that job withdrawal, as opposed to job satisfaction and mental health, has a direct, beneficial, and large effect on intention to leave. In addition, well-being has a direct, significant, and beneficial effect on intentions to migrate. Meanwhile, the effect of work engagement on organizational commitment is negligible and direct. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant direct impact on well-being, a large psychological impact on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the World Gold Price, STI Index, N225 Index, KS11 Index, DJI Index, on the IHSG and its Impact on the IDX30 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2012-2020). Hypothesis testing in this study used a statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the World Gold Price had a positive and insignificant effect on the IHSG, the STI Index had a negative and significant effect on the IHSG, the N225 Index had a positive and insignificant effect on the IHSG, the KS11 Index had a negative and significant effect on the IHSG and the DJI Index had a positive and insignificant effect. against the IHSG. The World Gold Price has a negative and significant effect on IDX30, the STI Index has a positive and significant effect on IDX30, the N225 Index has a negative and significant effect on IDX30, the KS11 Index has a positive and significant effect on IDX30 and the DJI Index has a positive and insignificant effect on IDX30. World Gold Price has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, STI Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, N225 Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG, KS11 Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG and DJI Index has insignificant effect on IDX30 through IHSG. IHSG has a positive and significant effect on IDX30.

Abstract

Writing news texts is one of the important learning items to be mastered by students, especially class Gianyar for the 2023/2024 academic year is still relatively low. The aim of this research is to find out whether implementing authentic learning with interactive video media in writing news can improve student abilities and student responses to implementing authentic learning with interactive video media in class XI AP2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Sukawati. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were students in class This research uses two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques use test and observation methods. The data processing method uses descriptive statistical methods. The research results show that implementing authentic learning with interactive video media can increase student responses, and implementing authentic learning with interactive video media can improve the ability to write news texts for class XI AP2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Sukawati, Gianyar for the 2023/2024 academic year.
