Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Sembilan Cahaya Abadi. The research sample was 125 people who were selected by random sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as an analytical technique. The results of the study prove that the variables of Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the Price Earning Ratio is affected by company size, growth, price to book value, investment opportunity set, and operating cash flow. The authors used panel data regression to analyze data from 2015 to 2017, 13 food and beverage firms were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. According to the data that have been collected, company size, company growth, and price to book value all have a positive and significant effect on the Price Earning Ratio. Meanwhile, the Investment Opportunity Set and Operating Cash Flow have no impact on the Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing on consumer satisfaction with policy purchase decisions using the FUSE PRO application. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire with the population taken, namely Consumer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions at FUSE on all partners or insurance agents who use the FUSE PRO application with a total sample of 215 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded into several parts, namely: 1) The influence of promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing has a positive and significant impact in improving purchasing decisions at the company. 2) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact that will affect satisfaction at FUSE, and 3) Promotion, word of mouth and digital marketing also have a positive and significant impact with increasing purchasing decisions that have an impact on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Price, Brand Image to the E-Satisfaction, and E-Loyalty of Online Travel Agent Traveloka. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques from the AMOS Version 22 statistical software package. Variable measurements were carried out using questionnaires using Likert model scoring. The sampling technique used is the Non-Probability Sampling method, the saturated sample technique (Census) totaling 182 respondents or equal to the population. The results of the analysis show that each variable (E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Price, Brand Image) has a positive and real effect to the E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty to Online Travel Agent Traveloka with Critical Ratio (CR)> 1.96 (Critical value for degrees 95% confidence), probability value (p) <0.05 and regression coefficient value> 0.00 (Positive). Based on the results of the study concluded that E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Price, and Brand Image have a positive effect on E-Satisfaction and also on E-Loyalty. Traveloka site provided the best E-Service Quality; Traveloka also provides a high-security system to promote the Traveloka site. Traveloka's website runs a competitive price strategy by offering attractive promos to its customers; besides that, Traveloka also collaborates with banks to provide attractive promo offers. Traveloka's Brand Image has represented the overall perception of the brand and was formed from the information and experience of the brand.

Abstract

Nilai solid berfungsi untuk meningkatkan profit perusahaan yang diperoleh sebagai informasi keuangan perusahaan dari laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Jenis data berupa data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik (linier berganda), white test dan autocore merupakan pendekatan analitik yang digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: 1) leverage tidak memunyai pengaruh terhadap persediaan BEI properti industri atau properti, 2) variabel profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap persediaan BEI atau properti properti industri, dan 3) likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap harga persediaan BEI. Semakin tinggi likuiditas, maka semakin tinggi harga sahamnya.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja reksadanaekuitas dan identifikasi determinannya sangat menarik bagi investor. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan dua variebel control termasuk keterampilan pemilihan saham dan fund cash flow untuk menguji dampak keberhasilan reksadana selama periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Sample penelitian adalah reksadana tradisional dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel yang berbeda. Sampel terdiri dari 23 reksadana ekuitas tradisional. Beberapa analisis regresi linier digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan data penelitian menggunakan data panel. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Regresi uji Asusmsi terdiri dari uji heteroskedasitas serta uji multidinieritas. Studi data panel menunjukkan bahwa model yang dipilih adalah model dengan kinerja tetap. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel X berpengaruh terhadap yield saham gabungan pada waktu yang bersamaan. Sedangkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bawah Stock Selection Skill pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ekuitas dan Fund Cash Flow berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana.

Abstract

Secara konfensional, konsep menejemen resiko, CSR dan prifitabilitas masih diterapkan oleh perusahaan secara luas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh tingkat pengembalian persediaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks Kehati SRI periode 2014-2017. Sumber data yang dihasilkan adalah data sekunder, data CSR dari Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017, dan laporan keuangan perusahaan (BEI). Untuk teknologi data, teknik dokumentasi digunakan. Untuk analisis data, digunakan analisis linier berganda dan uji multilinier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan indeks Sri Kehati; 2) Variabel laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap return ekuitas perusahaan indeks Sri Kehati. Profitabilitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tidak memiliki kapasitas untuk menarik investor dan 3) manfaat risiko variabel sistemik dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Hubungan antara risiko sistemik dan pengembalian saham bersifat searah. Pengembalian investasi pada saham tinggi ketika risiko tinggi dan sebaliknya. Investor mendapatkan pengembalian saham yang lebih rendah jika risikonya rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of revolving funds, human resource competence, working capital, and credit risk on the performance of Agribusiness Microfinance Institutions moderated by risk management training. This study uses mixed-method research with two types of data, namely quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and questionnaire techniques. The research sample was taken by random sampling, where samples of MFI-A were in three regions, namely Central Java, West Java and Banten, totalling 145 MFI-A. The data analysis method in this study uses the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of the revolving fund variable on the performance of MFI-A; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the H.R. competency variable on the performance of MFI-A; 3) There is a positive and significant effect of the working capital variable on the performance of MFI-A, 4) There is a positive and significant influence of credit risk on the performance of MFI-A, and 5) risk management training can be moderated by strengthening the influence of H.R. competence on the performance of MFI-A.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Pengaruh Harga, Produk, Distribusi Dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dan Dampaknya Pada Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Kedai Kopi Coffee 19 Café (2020). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda (PLS) dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan, produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, distribusi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi, Motivasi dan Pelatihan Pasar Modal terhadap Keputusan investasi yang dimesiasi oleh minat investasi dengan studi dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dan kueioner yang di sebarkan secara online. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling dari populasi yang berjumlah sebanyak 969 dan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 283 responden selaku investor Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berlokasi di Galeri Investasi Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Mercu Buana. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM AMOS dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22. Teknik analisis data mengunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan investasi, motivasi investasi, berpengeruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi dan keputusan investasi. Sedangkan pelatihan pasar modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, dan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada keputusan investasi.Selanjutnya dari uji jalur menunujukan minat investasi secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengetahuan investasi, motivasi investasi dan pelatihan pasar modal pada keputusan investasi.
