Abstract

Abstrak: Peserta didik saat ini merupakan generasi Z dan Alfa yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai digital native, dimana kehidupan mereka sangat lekat dengan teknologi digital, terutama device android. Saat ini pun sedang terjadi situasi pandemi covid-19 yang menuntut agar pembelajaran dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Berdasarkan hal ini, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis android dan diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkannya. Akan tetapi, pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android terkenal susah karena guru harus memahami ilmu coding yang rumit terlebih dahulu. Melihat realitas tersebut, dilakukan pelatihan nasional kepada guru senusantara untuk mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android yang akan digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan dilakukan secara virtual melalui live stremaing YouTube serta bimbingan intensif oleh instruktur di kelas pada Google Classroom selama satu bulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan para peserta mampu mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android tanpa coding untuk mata pelajaran yang diampunya, kemudian menggunakannya sebagai tool dalam melaksanakan remote learning di situasi pandemi covid-19. Hasil diskusi bersama peserta pelatihan, peserta didik mereka merasa tertarik dan antusias dalam menggunakan mobile learning application yang telah dikembangkan oleh guru.Abstract: Students are currently generation Z and Alfa who have the characteristics of being digital native, where their lives are very closely related to digital technology, especially Android devices. Currently there is also a Covid-19 pandemic situation which demands that learning be carried out remotely. Based on this, android-based learning media is needed and it is hoped that teachers can develop it. However, making Android-based learning media is notoriously difficult because teachers must first understand complex coding. Seeing this reality, a national training was conducted for Indonesian teachers to develop an Android-based mobile learning application that will be used as a learning medium. The training is conducted virtually through YouTube live stremaing as well as intensive guidance by instructors in classes at Google Classroom for one month. The results of this dedication show that the participants are able to develop an Android-based mobile learning application without coding for the subjects they are teaching, then use it as a tool in implementing remote learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Abstract

Ibu-Ibu di Desa Langlang Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang banyak yang berstatus sebagai seorang ibu rumah tangga. Mereka biasa mengisi waktu dengan bersosialisasi bersama masyarakat sekitar. Muncul keinginan dari mereka untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha sebagai salah satu cara mengisi waktu luang yang produktif dan menghasilkan materi. Guna mengakomodasi hal tersebut, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang melaksanakan edukasi dan pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan jamu mengingat di Desa Langlang banyak tanaman empon-empon yang belum dimanfaatkan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah: 1) tahap persiapan; 2) tahap pelaksanaan program yang di isi dengan sosialisasi, diskusi, demonstrasi, dan pendmapingan; serta; 3) evaluasi program. Melalui kegiatan ini, ibu-ibu Desa Langlang mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pembuatan jamu, mereka diajari cara memproduksi, mengemas hingga melakukan pemasaran secara offline maupun online. Diharapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang didapatkan mampu terus diimplementasikan oleh ibu-ibu Desa Langlang sehingga terbentuk aktivitas pemberdayaan perempuan yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung pemerintah dalam menciptakan kemajuan ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

In addition to having an obligation to teach students in the classroom, teachers also has obligation to carry out administrative tasks to involve students outside the classroom. If implemented using conventional methods, this will complicate the effectiveness of the teacher's work. The purpose of this study is to develop a connectivity-based education and training model related to the automation of teacher work in the digital era through the use of the Autocrat Add-on in Google Sheets. The development of the model began by conducting a needs analysis of 59 teacher respondents from various parts of Indonesia to review the technical problems being faced, the need for problem-solving solutions, an initial understanding of the work support tools of the Autocrat Add-on and the expected output from the use of the Autocrat Add-on. The findings in this study can be used as a basis for carrying out teacher professional development activities in the digital era, especially related to the automation of teachers' work through the use of Ad-on Autocrats in order to make their work more efficient and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an implementation plan for ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study results show that non-formal educational institutions in the programming field in Indonesia have several deficiencies in implementing ISO 9001:2015, such as the absence of adequate documents to support the quality management system implementation. Based on the results of this study, an ISO 9001:2015 implementation plan can be prepared which consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes understanding the ISO 9001:2015 standard, document preparation, and employee training. Second, the implementation phase provides for the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the measurement of system performance. Third, the maintenance stage includes the evaluation of the quality management system that has been implemented and follow-up on the results of the evaluation. The results of this study are proof that the application of ISO 9001:2015 in non-formal educational institutions in the field of programming is very important. The application of the ISO 9001:2015 concept is very important and this can be done immediately, without having to wait for the certification process.
