Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet DULONGMAS Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deksriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Kabupaten Pekalongan yang berjumlah 183 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa tes kebugaran jasmani antara lain MFT, Push Up, Sit Up, Sprint 30 Meter, Vertical Jump, Illinois Agility Run, Sit and Reach. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil tes MFT dalam kategori sangat kurang, (2) hasil tes Push Up dalam kategori baik sekali, (3) hasil tes Sit Up dalam kategori baik, (4) hasil tes Sprint 30 Meter dalam kategori kurang, (5) hasil tes Vertical Jump dalam kategori, (6) hasil tes Illinois Agility Run dalam kategori rata-rata, (7) hasil tes Sit and Reach dalam kategori baik sekali. Simpulan, bahwa lebih dari 50% atlet DULONGMAS Kabupaten Pekalongan memiliki tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang kurang baik. Saran, pelatih perlu menyusun ulang program latihan guna menunjang kebugaran jasmani atlet.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh hasil perbedaan pengaruh model latihan ke dinding dengan model menggunakan mesin, interaksi antara model latihan forehand dan motivasi berprestasi, perbedaan pengaruh model latihan ke dinding dan model latihan menggunakan mesin bagi mahasiswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi, perbedaan pengaruh model latihan ke dinding dan model latihan menggunakan mesin bagi mahasiswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi yang rendah terhadap keterampilan forehand pada permainan tenis lapangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain Faktorial 2 x 2, populasi seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi  FKIP Universitas Siliwangi sebanyak 378 mahasiswa, sampel penelitian berjumlah 115 mahasiswa dilakukan secara acak. Instrumen penenelitian menggunakan tes forehand dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varians (anava). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan forehand tenis lapangan antara model latihan ke mesin dan model latihan ke dinding (Fo = 58,4820 Ft = 4,11), Terdapat interaksi antara model latihan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap keterampilan forehand tenis lapangan (Fo = 50,5620 Ft = 4.11), Terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar forehand menggunakan model latihan ke mesin dan model latihan ke dinding bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi (Qo = 5,9032 Qt = 3,79), terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar forehand menggunakan model latihan ke mesin dan model latihan ke dinding terhadap bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah (Qo = 22,54 Qt = 3,79). Model latihan dan motivasi berprestasi memiliki interaksi tinggi terhadap keterampilan forehand drive permainan tenis lapangan. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan forehand drive dianjurkan untuk pelatih atau guru memilih model latihan menggunakan mesin dan meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi.Kata Kunci :    Berprestasi , Forehand, Latihan, Motivasi

Abstract

The current era is an era of scientific and technological progress which gives rise to competition in various fields as well as socio-economic improvements which have an impact on the level of public health and life expectancy, so that the number of people who pay less attention to health is also increasing. The most important impacts are physical, psychological and social setbacks. Mothers are one of the efforts to maintain health nowadays because mothers play a greater role in maintaining family health and need to understand balanced nutritional intake and a healthy lifestyle. From a survey conducted by the service team through interviews with several residents, it is known that the high population of mothers in Sariwangi village is a concern for the community, but the problem is related to the health of mothers. This service was carried out at the PKK Selawangi Village and Posyandu Cempaka 3 Selawangi Village, Sariwangi District. The first stage is planning the activities carried out. The second stage is the implementation of service activities in the form of solutions that have been approved by partner 1 and partner 2, namely Sariwangi Village.

Abstract

T The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce and provide assistance in efforts to improve physical fitness and design a fitness program for PJOK teachers so that later they can implement it in physical education learning in schools. After analyzing the situation, several problems were identified as follows: (1) There are still PJOK teachers who are not optimal in delivering physical fitness-based physical education materials during the COVID-19 pandemic (2) There is still a lack of knowledge of PJOK teachers about how to form physical fitness programs for students. children, (3) There are still PJOK teachers who tend to focus more on giving assignments, giving monotonous material which causes students to get bored. Therefore, this workshop is a solution for PJOK teachers to try to open scientific horizons regarding physical fitness learning in physical education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Self- efficacy and anxiety levels in first-year Physical Education students. Self-efficacy, which is an individual's belief in their ability to complete tasks or face challenges, is believed to play an important role in managing anxiety, especially in students who often face academic and social pressures. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving 100 Physical Education students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed that most students had moderate to high levels of Self-efficacy, and anxiety levels in the moderate category. The Pearson correlation test showed a significant negative relationship between Self-efficacy and anxiety (r = -0.65, p <0.05), which means that the higher the students' Self-efficacy, the lower the level of anxiety they experience. The results of the linear regression analysis showed that Self-efficacy can predict anxiety levels (R² = 0.42). These findings provide an important contribution to understanding the psychological dynamics of first-year college students, particularly in the context of Physical Education, and emphasize the importance of strengthening Self-efficacy to reduce academic anxiety.
