Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the communication sector. As a company with a national scale, PT. XYZ has various risks that must be faced, ranging from natural disasters, human disturbances, and disruption due to technology. The existence of disruption risks can disrupt the company's operational activities. A business continuity plan document is created to find out what steps the company must take to minimize damage due to disruption. Making a business continuity plan or BCP starts from the project initiation stage, risk assessment, business impact analysis, mitigation strategy development, plan development, training, testing, auditing. The results obtained from this research are in the form of BCP documents used by PT. XYZ in response to a disturbance. With the BCP, PT. XYZ can respond to a disruption that occurs and quickly restore business operations.

Abstract

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Balikpapan sebagai instansi pemerintahan menyediakan website company profile untuk transparansi informasi publik kepada umum. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dari beberapa responden pada website dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan dan capaian tujuan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi usability untuk mengukur ketergunaan website dengan evaluasi lebih lanjut. Dalam penelitian ini, evaluasi usability dengan metode Website Usability Evaluation untuk mengumpulkan penilaian terkait kepuasan dan kesan pengguna. Dari hasil analisis berdasarkan penilaian responden, diperoleh bahwa keempat kategori Website Usability Evaluation yaitu kategori content, organization dan readability, navigation dan links, design user interface, performance dan effectiveness memperoleh tingkat usability “good”. Melihat kembali pada indikator pernyataan, terdapat 6 indikator pernyataan dengan tingkat usability “moderate” yang diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berupa list rekomendasi. 6 indikator pernyataan tersebar pada kategori navigation dan links, design user interface serta performance dan effectiveness. Rekomendasi perbaikan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam perbaikan tampilan website.Kata Kunci: Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Evaluasi, Usability, Website, Website Usability Evaluation

Abstract

Pembangunan IKN bukan hanya sekedar memindahkan ibu kota negara dari pulau Jawa ke pulau Kalimantan, melainkan untuk meraih visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Kota Balikpapan merupakan salah satu kota yang terletak di pesisir timur Kalimantan yang mengalami perkembangan ekonomi yang pesat, berkat posisinya sebagai pusat industri, perdagangan, dan transportasi. Sebagai kota yang terus berkembang. Balikpapan tidak hanya menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek infrastruktur dan ekonomi, tetapi juga dalam masalah lingkungan, khususnya pengelolaan sampah. Seiring dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang mencapai 281,6 juta berbanding lurus dengan jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan yang mencapai 31,9 juta ton. Permasalahan sampah di Balikpapan semakin kompleks karena adanya ketidakseimbangan antara laju pertumbuhan sampah dan kemampuan sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ada. Sebagian besar sampah tersebut masih berakhir di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan berfokus pada peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat sekaligus memberikan edukasi dalam pengelolaan limbah sampah. Keberhasilan kegiatan turut melibatkan sinergitas dari pemerintah, akademis, dan industry dengan mengusung konsep Triple Helix. Kegiatan ini mengahasilkan dampak postif kepada masyarakat sebagai bentuk dukungan mengurangi volume sampah di Kelurahan Klandasan Ilir.

Abstract

The crystal guava plantation located at KM 24 Gang Perjuangan II, Karang Joang Village is one of the areas being developed by Aneka Tani Balikpapan. The problems that arise in crystal guava plantations are the lack of a marketing strategy and there is still no innovation of processed products in the crystal guava. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and practice to the crystal guava plantation community to understand digital marketing and processed products that can be produced from their agricultural products. The methods of activities carried out for our community service activities are conducting observations and interviews, presentations and questions and answers, practice, giving modules, and the evaluation stage. The results that will be obtained from our community service program are the socialization of the manufacture of processed guava products as evidenced by the feedback from the audience, the practice of making processed guava crystals, the socialization of digital marketing as evidenced by the feedback from the audience, and the implementation of digital marketing of crystal guava plantations by creating an Instagram account and Facebook.
