Abstract

Sekolah penggerak aims to improve the quality of learning in schools and encourage the adoption of innovations in education. The program of Sekolah penggerak needs the performance of teachers who have important tasks and determine the quality of learning and the quality of graduates. Teacher performance will likely have an impact on the performance of educational institutions and can produce quality graduates. In this study, the variables that are the focus of research as regressors are Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Sekolah Penggerak and Teacher Performance on the Quality of Graduates in Elementary Schools. The research method used was a questionnaire given to teachers as a population with several statements provided. Data were analyzed statistically using descriptive methods, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results show that Sekolah penggerak and Teacher Performance significantly affect the Quality of Graduates variable.

Abstract

This Community Service activity in Cikakak village is moving through the SINARAKSA Program (Village Wisdom-Based MSME Empowerment) which aims to optimize the importance of product branding and digital marketing for craft SMEs in Cikakak village, Sukabumi district. This community service activity aims to provide information about the importance of implementing product branding and digital marketing to one of the MSME partners engaged in shipping. The approach taken in implementing this activity is through training and mentoring to one partner, namely Ms. Acih's Kakapalan MSME. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely pre-activity, preparation, and implementation. The results of this activity include creating a logo as a product brand identity and creating an account on the Shopee platform as a means of selling partner products. With social media accounts, the quality of post content and logos becomes more attractive to consumers. In addition, this activity also contributes to increasing partners' understanding of adaptation strategies in the digital era

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of the creative economy course in entrepreneurial creativity, mediated by entrepreneurial interest, among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Nusa Putra University, Sukabumi. The total number of respondents was 120, selected using the Slovin formula and probability sampling technique. The data collected were processed using path analysis techniques. The results show that each variable tested was valid and reliable, and the model was feasible based on path analysis testing, making the study feasible. The analysis results prove that the variables of the creative economy course and entrepreneurial interest have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial creativity, and the role of entrepreneurial interest mediates the creative economy course's effect on entrepreneurial creativity. This means that the creative economy course variable affects entrepreneurial creativity, mediated by entrepreneurial interest. ABSTRAKPenelitan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran mata kuliah ekonomi kreatif terhadap kreatifitas berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh minat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nusa Putra Sukabumi. Jumlah responden yang diambil berjumlah 120 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik probability sampling. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Penelitian ini menunjukkan setiap variabel yang diuji telah valid dan reliabel, serta layak secara model menurut uji analisis jalur sehingga penelitian ini dapat dilakukan. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa variabel mata kuliah ekonomi kreatif dan minat kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kreatifitas berwirausaha dan peran minat kewirausahaan mampu memediasi mata kuliah ekonomi kreatif terhadap kreatifitas berwirausaha, ini artinya variabel mata kuliah ekonomi kreatif berpengaruh terhadap kreatifitas berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh minat kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction in the Accounting study program regarding the use of Edlink at Universitas Nusa Putra Sukabumi, West Java, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The rapid development of technology has led to the necessity for learning processes to keep up with technological advancements. Online learning can facilitate communication between educators and students. This online learning is applied in Accounting courses, assisted by Edlink. Edlink is an application that allows the creation of virtual classrooms. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a survey approach. The instruments for measuring the research variables are broken down into research indicators. The instrument used is a student response questionnaire. The subjects of this study are third-semester students from the Accounting program at Universitas Nusa Putra. The positive response shown by students in the use of Edlink indicates that Edlink can be used to facilitate the learning process. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa program studi akuntansi terhadap penggunaan Edlink di Universitas Nusa Putra Sukabumi, Jawa Barat tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat menyebabkan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan juga harus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Pembelajaran bisa dilakukan secara online untuk mempermudah proses komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Pembelajaran online tersebut dilakukan pada matakuliah Akuntansi. Pembelajaran online yang dilakukan berbantuan Edlink. Edlink merupakan aplikasi yang memungkinkan terbentuknya kelas di dunia maya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif menggunakan metode survey. Instrumen untuk mengukur variabel-variabel penelitian dijabarkan ke dalam indikator-indikator penelitian. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu angket respon mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 3 program studi Akuntansi Universitas Nusa Putra. Respon yang baik ditunjukan oleh mahasiswa dalam penggunaan Edlink sehingga Edlink dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurship education in enhancing entrepreneurial motivation among students. The limited availability of adequate employment opportunities in Indonesia remains a current issue. To provide a solution to this problem, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop) has initiated the National Entrepreneurship Movement (Gerakan Kewirausahaan Nasional/GKN). This program, developed as a step to increase the number of entrepreneurs, is expected to become a solution to the limited job opportunities in Indonesia. In this regard, the role of entrepreneurship education must be maximized to enhance students' motivation to have the intention, determination, and capability to become entrepreneurs. Over time, the formation of entrepreneurial values has not only been present among entrepreneurs and businesses but has also extended into education, where activities increasingly require an entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship in education aims to create holistic individuals who possess the character, understanding, and skills necessary to become entrepreneurs. Essentially, entrepreneurship education is carried out by school principals, teachers, and educational staff (counselors), with educators being part of the education community. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha dikalangan mahasiswa. keterbatasan lapangan pekerjaan yang memadai di indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini. Guna memberi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Kemenkop) menggalakan Gerakan Kewirausahaan Nasional (GKN). Program yang dibuat sebagai langkah untuk terus memajukan jumlah wirausaha yang ada ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan keterbatasan lapangan pekerjaan di Indonesia. Terkait hal tersebut, maka disinilah peranan pendidikan kewirausahaan harus dapat dimaksimalkan guna meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa untuk memiliki niat, tekad dan kemampuan untuk menjadi wirausaha. Dalam perkembangannya, pembentukan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan tidak hanya dikalangan pengusaha dan dunia usaha saja tetapi sudah merambah dunia pendidikan, dimana kegiatannya juga sangat membutuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan dalam pendidikan bertujuan untuk menjadikan manusia secara holistik, sebagai manusia yang memiliki karakter, pemahaman dan keterampilan sebagai wirausaha. Pada dasarnya kewirausahaan pendidik dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, guru dan tenaga kependidikan (konselor), pendidik tentunya sebagai masyarakat pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of education in enhancing the quality and skills of human resources in Indonesia through a literature review. The research uses a qualitative and descriptive approach. The data sources for this study are derived from electronic articles related to human resources in Indonesia. The initial stage of this research involves reading data sources or literature from various scientific articles or websites related to the topic, followed by analyzing the content of the data related to the development of education to improve the quality and skills of human resources in Indonesia. After the analysis, the results are summarized. The findings show that the existence of educational institutions is crucial for preparing human resources. Educational institutions are not only formal institutions but also non-formal and informal ones. The development of human resources in education in Indonesia is generally similar across regions, regardless of local resource potential. Ideally, the development of education should address the opportunities and issues in Indonesian education, ensuring that strategies and development programs in each region can be implemented according to existing and real conditions. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia di indonesia menggunakan studi literatura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini dikaji dari artikel elektronik yang berkaitan dengan manusia di Indonesia. Tahapan awal dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membaca sumber data atau literatur dari berbagai artikel ilmiah, atau website yang bersangkutan dengan topik bahasan, kemudian menganalisis isi sumber data yang terkait dengan materi tentang pengembangan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia di Indonesa, setelah melakukan analisis, selanjutnya menyimpulkan hasil dari analisis tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Keberadaan lembaga pendidikan sangat diperlukan untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia. Lembaga pendidikan bukan hanya lembaga formal, tetapi juga lembaga nonformal dan informal. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidikan di Indonesia pada umumnya relative sama pada setiap daerah, terlepas dari potensi sumber daya lokal. Idealnya, pengembangan pendidikan benar-benar melihat peluang dan permasalahan pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga strategi dan arah program pembangunan di tiap daerah dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada dan nyata.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence discipline and work motivation have on teacher performance. The population in this study were 78 teachers at Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi who worked in the student guidance section. The sample size of this study is the same as the population size using the Saturated Sampling Technique. Survey method was used for this research, and questionnaire was the research tool. Simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple and multiple correlation analysis were the ways to look at the data. Before testing the proposed hypothesis, an analysis requirement test was conducted. The results of descriptive analysis show that the performance, work discipline, and work motivation of teaching staff are in the high category. While the results of hypothesis testing show: There is a significant positive effect of work discipline on the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi; Work motivation affects the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi. This effect is significant and positive; and There is a significant positive effect of educators' work discipline and work motivation on the performance of educators in the student development section of Setukpa Lemdikpol Sukabumi.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of project-based learning (PBL) in enhancing students' understanding of chemistry concepts. Utilizing a qualitative approach and a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, which were thematically analyzed. The results indicate that students have a positive perception of PBL, as evidenced by their active engagement in group discussions and experiments. PBL has been shown to improve the understanding of chemistry concepts, enabling students to explain and apply these concepts in real-world contexts. Three main themes identified are: (1) student engagement and motivation, (2) skills developed, and (3) barriers to the implementation of PBL. High levels of engagement and the development of social skills such as collaboration are key factors in the success of PBL. However, challenges such as difficulties in understanding complex concepts and disparities in student participation also emerged. The implications of the study highlight the need for a supportive learning environment to enhance student motivation. Recommendations for teachers include providing constructive feedback and clearly defining roles within groups. Future research is suggested to involve more participants and explore external factors influencing the effectiveness of PBL. These findings affirm that PBL not only enhances academic understanding but also enriches students' overall learning experiences. KEYWORDS Keyword_1. Project-Based Learning Keyword_2. Abstract

Elementary school teachers play a critical role in shaping the foundation of student learning, yet many still rely on traditional, non-contextual teaching methods that fail to meaningfully engage students. This community service initiative aims to empower elementary school teachers through a mentoring program that focuses on creative and contextual pedagogical strategies. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program was implemented over a two-month period; April-May 2025 in two public elementary schools in Sukabumi, West Java. The program involved collaborative lesson planning, classroom-based mentoring, and reflective practice sessions. Data were collected through pre- and post-program surveys, interviews, and teacher journals, then analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis and Pearson correlation techniques. The results showed significant increases in teachers’ confidence, creativity, and contextual awareness in teaching, as well as increased student engagement. Teachers began to integrate local culture, materials, and everyday experiences into their teaching, creating a more relevant and participatory learning environment. The program’s mentoring model proved effective in fostering teacher agency and sustained pedagogical innovation. This initiative contributes to the model of teacher professional development by demonstrating how participatory and localized mentoring can bridge the gap between theory and practice in primary education.
