Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transactional leadership and teamwork on employee performance at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Lombok Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of internal BAZNAS parties related to human resource management and institutional performance. The results show that the transactional leadership style applied through the reward system and discipline has contributed to the formation of a directed and productive work culture. On the other hand, structured and communicative teamwork also creates synergy between employees and strengthens the effectiveness of the institution's program implementation. These two variables, both partially and simultaneously, have been proven to have a positive impact on employee performance in terms of discipline, speed of service, and work responsibility. These findings confirm that the combination of assertive and managerial leadership with solid teamwork is an important prerequisite for building an effective and accountable social service organization. This research is expected to be a reference in the development of human resource management strategies in the zakat sector and other social institutions

Abstract

The acceleration of development today has led to a situation where the need for land is increasing. The large amount of land in Indonesia that does not yet have legal certainty over land has triggered disputes and feuds. Since the start of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in 2017, around 30 million plots of land have been registered throughout Indonesia, bringing the total number of registered plots to 82 million plots of land. Considering that currently, especially in Batukliang Utara District, Central Lombok Regency, there are still many people who do not have land certificates, with this PTSL program, it is hoped that they will obtain certainty of rights and legal certainty over land and ensure that no problems or disputes arise over land, therefore the community hopes that the government can implement the rules in accordance with the provisions set by the government. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The approach with a descriptive method is based on philosophical principles and explores phenomena owned by groups or individuals. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and document review. The results of the study concluded that the PTSL program counseling was held in February 2023, which was the initial step to provide an understanding to the community about the benefits and objectives of land certificates. The Complete Systematic Land Registration Policy (PTSL) in Batukliang Utara District, Central Lombok Regency, in 2024 which had been completed as many as 2,400 spread across Karang Sidemen Village as many as 1,000 plots, Aik Berik Village as many as 750 plots, and Setiling Village as many as 650 plots. Abstract

This study delves into the intricate relationship between law and neuroethics, critically examining the evolving paradigm of justice in light of advancements in neurosciences and decision-making technologies. As neuroscientific technologies provide unprecedented insights into the human mind, integrating neuroscientific evidence into legal frameworks poses challenges and opportunities. Critiquing current approaches highlights limitations within existing legal systems and ethical considerations, necessitating careful reforms and adaptations. Ethical critiques by scholars and ethicists prompt reevaluating the intersection between law and neuroethics. Proposed reforms include strategies for integrating neuroethics into legal frameworks and legislative changes to address emerging ethical complexities. The discussion extends to critical areas for future research, emphasizing the need to identify unresolved questions and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration. The implications for the future underscore a shift towards a legal landscape that prioritizes ethical considerations in using neuroscientific evidence.
