Abstract

Women’s cooperative Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto is one of the cooperative which have achievement in Mojokerto and was born in 2009. The primary program in women’s cooperative Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto is to maximize the equity capital from the members. The amount of equity capital increased through compulsory principal savings, member savings, reserve funds, and grants always increase every year. In addition, the net profit margin in women’s cooperative Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto always has increased more than 100% within 3 years. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of equity capital to net profit margin in women’s cooperative Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Data were collected with good documentation techniques for equity capital and net profit margin. Regresion result indicated that the influence of the equity capital to net profit margin was significant walue of 0,000 at α= 5% and the R value is 53%. This means that the ability of their equity capital can influence to net profit margin variable, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. From this result, expect the cooperative’s management to increase equity capital to net profit margin income greater than ever before. Keywords: Equity Capital and Net Profit Margin. Koperasi Wanita Tutur Mandiri merupakan salah satu koperasi berprestasi di Mojokerto yang terbentuk pada tahun 2009. Program utama yang dijalankan Koperasi Wanita Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto adalah memaksimalkan pemupukan modal sendiri. Jumlah modal sendiri yang dihimpun anggota melalui simpanan wajib, simpanan pokok, dana cadangan, dan hibah selalu mengalami peningkatan disetiap tahunnya. Disamping itu, sisa hasil usaha Koperasi Wanita Tutur Mandiri selalu mengalami peningkatan lebih dari 100% dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sendiri terhadap SHU Koperasi Wanita Tutur Mandiri Mojokerto. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi baik bada variabel modal sendiri maupun sisa hasil usaha. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa modal sendiri berpengaruh terhadap sisa hasil usaha dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 pada α=5% dan nilai R sebesar 53%. Artinya kemampuan variabel modal sendiri dapat mempengaruhi variabel SHU sebesar angka tersebut, sisanya sebesar 47% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Sehingga diharapkan pengurus koperasi lebih meningkatkan pemupukan modal sendiri koperasi agar pendapatan SHU lebih besar dibandingkan sebelumnya. Kata kunci: Modal sendiri dan Sisa Hasil Usaha

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki peningkatan jumlah penduduk, yang berdampak pada jumlah timbulan sampah yang diproduksi. Upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam mengatasi hal tersebut dengan fasilitas pengelolaan sampah, salah satunya Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu (TPST). TPST yang telah terbangun dan tersebar masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkana oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya mengenai persyaratan terbangunnya TPST dan juga sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang optimal dan memadahi. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji terhadap kesesuaian TPST yang tersebar berdasarkan persyaratan TPST pada Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 03/PRT/M/2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskripif. Data diperoleh dari observasi, lapangan, dan wawancara, serta studi literatur dan dinas terkait. Hasil kajian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa TPST di Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih perlu adanya pemerhatian peningkatan kegiatan operasional baik meliputi sarana prasarana dan pengolahan pemeliharaan pengolahan sampah agar TPST dapat berjalan secara optimal dan bersifat keberlanjutan. The purpose of this study is to examine the suitability of TPST spread based on TPST requirements in the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 03 / PRT / M / 2013. The research method used is descriptive. Data were obtained from observation, field, and interviews, as well as literature studies and related agencies. The results of the study explained that TPST in Sidoarjo Regency still needs attention to improve operational activities, both including infrastructure facilities and processing, maintenance, waste management so that TPST can run optimally and be sustainable. Abstract

The students' motivation in learning Civics (PKn) is still low, and there are many students whose learning outcomes do not exceed the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) set by the school. This research aims to analyze the Make a Match model assisted by audio-visual media in relation to the motivation and learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The research sample consists of two classes, namely Class IV A and IV B, selected through simple random sampling. Data on learning motivation is collected through a questionnaire, while learning outcomes are measured through multiple-choice and essay tests. The analysis techniques involve both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The results of the research show a significant difference in motivation and learning outcomes between students who learn using the Make a Match model assisted by audio-visual media and those who learn through conventional teaching models. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Make a Match model assisted by audio-visual media has an impact on improving the motivation and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPTD Elementary School in Civics. The implication of this research is that the Make a Match learning model assisted by audio-visual media can facilitate teachers in teaching and depict the learning process realistically, providing a more meaningful learning experience for students.

Abstract

Legal protection means providing shelter to human rights that have been harmed by others, and this protection is provided by law enforcement officers to the community to ensure a sense of security. A schoolgirl who becomes pregnant out of wedlock, as part of the community, may feel her right to education revoked, where she should be the one who most deserves legal protection from the state. The right to education is enshrined in national law. Meanwhile, Islam also obliges its followers to seek knowledge. The purpose of this research is to understand legal protection of the right to education for pregnant schoolgirls out of wedlock, according to both positive law and Islamic law. The research conducted is library research based on the study and analysis of texts, employing a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The data sources used are literature data, with document analysis relevant to the research. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed in depth to gain insights or conclusions relevant to the issues being studied. The conclusion derived from this study is that the legal protection of the right to education for pregnant schoolgirls out of wedlock is written in the 1945 Constitution Article 31, which means education is a right that must be received by Indonesian citizens. The protection of pregnant schoolgirls to ensure they still receive their educational rights needs to be a focus of the government, so that no generation is left behind in education. In Islamic law, education is also very important, in accordance with the concept of maqasid shariah, particularly the principle of protecting the intellect (Hifdz al-Aql), the principle of protecting life (Hifdz al-Nafs), which can be a basis for protecting the life of a pregnant schoolgirl, and the principle of protecting offspring (Hifdz al-Nasl) to safeguard the unborn child. Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the profile of the implementation of sulingjar at the PAUD level in NTB Province in 2023, especially regarding the number of schools, principals, teachers and students who implement sulingjar as well as a description of implementation during sulingjar activities and the obstacles that occur. This type of research is survey research and documentation of data on the implementation of sulingjar at the PAUD level in NTB Province in 2023. The results of the research show that the number of schools implementing sulingjar PAUD in 2023 is 3,952 educational units out of 4,957 active educational units (79.73%). The participation of school principals was 3,860 out of 5,078 principals (76.01%). For teacher participation there were 11,280 people out of 14,698 teachers (76.75%) and for student participation there were 15,140 people out of 19,776 students (76.56%). Description of implementation during Sulingjar activities, on average, it was carried out smoothly and in accordance with technical instructions. In general, the obstacles that occur are signal interference and device limitations. Recommendations for various things that must be done by the city district education office are that it is necessary to increase the implementation of socialization and assistance for the implementation of sulingjar as well as the need to improve the facilities and infrastructure supporting activities.

Abstract

This study explores the maintenance of the Bantenese language, a Javanese dialect spoken in Banten Province, Indonesia, from a sociolinguistic perspective.  It examines the factors contributing to both the continued use and the potential decline of Bantenese, considering its relationship with standard Javanese and the influence of national Indonesian.  The research investigates the sociolinguistic variables impacting language choice among different age groups and social strata within the Bantenese community.  Findings highlight the role of language attitudes, media exposure, and educational policies in shaping language maintenance strategies and the overall vitality of Bantenese in the face of linguistic globalization.  The study concludes by offering recommendations for effective language preservation initiatives, emphasizing the importance of community involvement and culturally relevant language programs.

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah menurut Polya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi soal cerita keliling dan luas persegi panjang di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada desain penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Penelitian dengan langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah menurut Polya ini terdiri atas empat langkah, yaitu (1) memahami masalah, (2) membuat perencanaan, (3) melaksanakan perencanaan, (4) melakukan pengecekan kembali. Pada langkah I siswa menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan ditanyakan dari soal dengan memahami isi dari soal tersebut; pada langkah II siswa membuat rencana yang akan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan soal seperti menentukan rumus yang sesuai; pada langkah III siswa melaksanakan apa yang sudah direncanakan dari tahap sebelumnya dan siap melakukan perhitungan dengan segala macam data yang diperlukan termasuk konsep dan rumus yang sesuai; pada langkah IV siswa mengecek kembali hasil yang mereka peroleh dari tahap melaksanakan perencanaan dan selanjutnya membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningakatan pada ketuntasan belajar klasikal dari menjadi pada siklus I. Pada siklus II menjadi dan diperoleh peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan aktivitas guru dari siklus I ke siklus II dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah menurut Polya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita keliling dan luas persegi panjang di kelas VII A SMP Negeri 19 Palu. Abstract:The purpose of this study was to describe the application of measures by Polya problem solving to improve student learning outcomes in the material about stories circumference and area of a rectangle in class VII A Junior High School 19, Palu. This study is a Class Action Research (CAR), which refers to the study design was developed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of four components: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation and 4) reflection. Research with the troubleshooting steps according Polya consists of four steps: (1) understand the problem, (2) planning, (3) to carry out planning, (4) checking back. In the first step the students write down what is known and asked of matter by understanding the content of the question; in step II students create a plan that will be used in solving problems such as determining the appropriate formula; in step III students implement what is already planned from the previous stage and ready to perform calculations with all kinds of necessary data including the concepts and formulas are appropriate; in step IV student-check their results from the next phase of implementing the planning and making inferences. The results of this study indicate peningakatan on classical learning completeness of 75% to 81.3% in cycle I. In the second cycle to 88.2% and obtained an increase in activity of student and teacher activities from the first cycle to the second cycle with the criteria very well. Based on these results, we can conclude that the adoption of measures by Polya problem solving can improve student learning outcomes in solving story circumference and area of a rectangle in class VII A Junior High School 19 Palu. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Sigi pada materi persamaan kudrat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yakni (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Sigi yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan hasil tes akhir tindakan, diperoleh persentasi ketuntasan klasikal siswa pada siklus I adalah 52,38% dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa pada siklus II adalah 79,16%. Sedangkan, hasil observasi guru dan siswa pada siklus I berada pada kategori baik dan pada siklus II berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran koopertif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Sigi pada materi persamaan kuadrat. Abstract: The aim of this research was to obtain a description the application of the think pair share type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcames VIII E classes at SMP Negeri 2 Sigi material quadratic equation. This research was a classroom action research. The research design refered to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart design: (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing and (4) reflecting. The subject were students of grade VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Sigi that were 26 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the post-test of the action research, that obtained the percentage of classical compentence on cycle I were 52,38% and percentage of classical compentence on cycle II were 79,16%. While, the result observation of teacher and student activity on cycle I was good category and on cycle II was very good category. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model of think pair share can improve students learning outcomes VIII E classes at SMP Negeri 2 Sigi material quadratic equation. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar radio Kharisma 95,6 FM di kaji dari segi penutur yaitu idiolek, kronolek dan sosiolek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik simak. Langkah-langah analisis data adalah transkripsi data, identifikasi data, klasifikasi data, analisis data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar radio Kharisma 95,6 FM terdapat 3 bentuk tuturan meliputi: (1) variasi bahasa idiolek ditemukannya pilihan kata yang berulang pada ujaran yang digunakan oleh penyiar radio yaitu “nanti kita puterin ya lagunya”(2) variasi bahasa kronolek ditemukannya pemakaian bahasa masa kini yaitu ujaran “oke, play kan, oke siaaapp, geng ciwi-ciwi, requesannya” (3) variasi bahasa sosiolek ditemukannya pemakaian katasalam salam yang digunakan oleh penyiar yaitu pada ujaran “selamat pagi, selamat siang, selamat pagi menjelang siang, dan terima kasih kembali”. Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya pemakaian variasi bahasa penyiar Radio Kharisma 95,6 Fm di Arga Makmur adalah (1) variasi idiolek dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial. (2) variasi kronolek dan sosiolek dipengaruhi oleh faktor situasional.
