Abstract

The development of digital technology has made the business world provide more innovative services in reaching a wider range of consumers, one of the systems that is expected to support these efforts is the Cash On Delivery (COD) service with the hope that it can support purchasing decisions. The results of the study found that there is a positive direction coefficient from Cash On Delivery on purchasing decisions, with the ability to explain Cash On delivery to purchasing decisions worth a strong correlation (R). The partial hypothesis test (Test) t shows a positive and significant effect of the Cash On Delivery variable on purchasing decisions. This means that Cash On Delivery is able to support the decision of consumers to make purchases when these consumers do not have a digital payment system, such as mobile banking, shoope pay, funds and so on.

Abstract

Certain leadership style factors can be one of the factors that influence employee performance. Employee performance can increase or decrease and can be influenced by authoritarian leadership style and the non-physical work environment in the office. Therefore, researchers are interested in knowing the influence of an authoritarian leadership style and a non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Public Works and Spatial Planning in Pematang Siantar. Researchers collected data on 50 employees as a sample of 102 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show (1) There is a positive and significant influence between authoritarian leadership style on employee performance. (2) There is no positive and significant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee performance. (3) There is an influence of authoritarian leadership style and non-physical work environment simultaneously and together on employee performance.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan sangat penting dalam menjalankan usaha. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Koperasi Nasari Raja Dapotan yang mempunyai usaha jual beli getah pinus, yang berlokasi di Desa Hutaginjang kecamatan Simanindo Kabupaten Samosir adalah ketidakmampuan dalam menyusun Laporan Keuangan. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dibagi atas 3 tahapan yaitu tahap pertama adalah tahap observasi, tahap kedua pendidikan dan penyampaian materi dan tahap ketiga adalah pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan PkM tentang pelatihan penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Koperasi yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Simalungun dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi USI berjalan dengan lancar. Dengan harapan meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang arti pentingnya laporan keuangan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) karena manfaat laporan keuangan yang lengkap dan benar dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan keuangan dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan kelompok Koperasi Nasari Raja Dapoton
