Abstract

Digitization has become something that is inherent in our daily habits, one of which is shopping habits. In addition to shopping for fashion products by visiting offline stores directly, consumers are also given the opportunity to purchase fashion products online whenever and wherever they are. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer demographic characteristics on their preferences for shopping fashion products offline or online. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires online through whatsapp and telegram groups during June-July 2021, which resulted in 162 responses. Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results prove that there are insignificant results between consumer demographic characteristics and preferred shopping method. Furthermore, research data also shows that more than half of the respondents still prefer to shop for fashion products offline rather than online although in the Covid-19 pandemic situation because they want to evaluate the product physically.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work facilities on teacher performance in online learning at Erlangga Private Junior High School Pematangsiantar. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method and documentation method. The data analysis technique started from normality test, simple linear analysis, correlation coefficient and determination and hypothesis testing with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 21 program. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence of facilities on teacher performance. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a strong and positive relationship between facilities and teacher performance. The results of the partial test with the t test H0 were rejected, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence between the facilities on the teacher's performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan jasa akomodasi dan makanan yaitu Hotel Patra Parapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 94 instansi dan 30 travel agent dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Hotel Patra Parapat. This research was conducted in accommodation and food services company, Patra Parapat Hotel. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of brand trust on customer loyalty. This research method uses quantitative. The population of 94 agencies and 30 travel agents were sampled. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results stated that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Patra Parapat Hotel.

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) today has a basic value of work ethics and culture, this is known as CoreValue Berahlak, and is used as a guideline in the process of carrying out its duties and functions as a public servant. This research uses a qualitative method, which contains a description of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as a public servant, and is always guided by the provisions provided by the government, which in this case are guidelines for the CoreValue Berahlak. By applying BERAKHLAK values (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), ASN can work more professionally and quality in providing services to the community. BERAKHLAK Core Values are not just a slogan, but as the main principle that must be applied by every ASN to create quality, professional, and community-oriented public services

Abstract

A good marketing concept is when it is able to make promotion a component that supports consumer purchasing decisions from the results of the business being run. The purpose of the study was conducted to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions for the fashion brand M231. The results showed that the promotion variable had valid criteria and also the purchase decision also had valid criteria. The reliability test shows that promotions and purchasing decisions have reliable criteria. Then the results of the coefficient of determination show that the ability of promotion to explain purchasing decisions is 41%, and has a strong correlation. While the rest is not the main variable discussed in this study. The results of the simple regression equation Y = 30.980 + 0.478X, this shows that promotion has a positive direction coefficient on purchasing decisions, while for the partial hypothesis test it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Job descriptions are typically created by human resources professionals, hiring managers, or supervisors and are used for various purposes. The purpose of the study was to see how the results of the effect of job descriptions on employee performance at the Office of Public Housing and Settlement Areas, Pematang Siantar City, totalling 61 employees. The validity test results show that the questionnaire items have reliable criteria, as well as the reliability test that the questionnaire has double criteria. The equation results from simple regression show the value Y = 11.289 + 0.371X, this means that the results are found that the positive direction coefficient value of the job description variable on employee performance., this means that a well-structured job description can be used as a basic tool to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior (OCB) and teacher performance at SMP Taman SiswaPematangsiantar, as well as evaluate the influence of OCB on teacherperformance. The research employs a quantitative design with a descriptiveapproach through literature and field studies, involving a population of 24individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation, and analyzed using normality tests, descriptive analysis, andquantitative analysis. The results indicate that OCB and teacher performanceare categorized as good. Furthermore, it was found that OCB has a positive andsignificant influence on teacher performance. The relationship between OCBand teacher performance is strong, with OCB making a significant contributionto explaining the teacher performance variable. These findings highlight thestrategic role of OCB in enhancing teacher performance, making theoptimization of OCB a crucial factor in improving the quality of education.
