Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kajian di bidang Ilmu Hukum terkait dengan Penanganan Praktik Prostitusi Anak oleh Pemerintah di Perkotaan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya pemerintah dalam menangani prostitusi anak dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya menangani prostitusi anak di banjarmasin. penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian socio-legal research, metode penelitian yang mendekati suatu permasalahan melalui penggabungan antara analisa normatif dengan pendekatan ilmu non-hukum dalam melihat hukum dengan menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner antara aspek penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis, namun tetap memakai cara analisis kualitatif yang difokuskan pada aspek-aspek normatif dari kehidupan sosial. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum interdisipliner yang berawal pada analisa teks-teks norma hukum dalam perundang-undangan, putusan-putusan pengadilan dan/atau doktrin-doktrin hukum. Namun, kata “sosio” bermakna bahwa penelitian ini berorientasi pada pendekatan inter- disipliner, dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan ilmu sosial, politik dan ekonomi. Perdekatan inter-disipliner ini berbeda dengan penelitian hukum konservatif.

Abstract

Moving on from partner problems, namely the minimal level of participation of Padang village women in village governance, both in terms of nominating village heads and/or becoming village heads, BPD heads, or other strategic positions in the village; the lack of participation and the role of Padang village women in preparing village development programs and drafting village regulations and the role of Padang village women in meetings in the village are still passive / less active 'listeners' in conveying opinions and suggestions. The output target of this community service activity is to increase the insight and knowledge of village cadres about the importance of women's participation in village government. The implementation stages carried out to overcome the above problems consist of three stages, namely: (1) preparation, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. In the preparation stage, administrative preparations, location and tools required during the implementation of the activity will be carried out. Then, the next step is the implementation stage. At this stage an increase in knowledge and skills will be carried out with education and training (training) and workshops, as well as the addition of instruments to increase women's participation in village governance. At the end of the training implementation, the community was given a response as evaluation material, and documentation of increasing women's participation in village governance. Furthermore, in the final stage of the activity, namely the closing and evaluation stage, in which a thorough assessment of the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the objective condition of Anjir Serapat Muara village as one of the buffers of Curiak Island, with a focus on the social aspects of the local community. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, including field observation, in-depth interviews, and secondary data analysis. The results of the study show that Anjir Serapat Muara village as a buffer for Curiak Island faces various challenges in social aspects, such as relatively low education levels and limited access to health services. This study concludes that integrated efforts are needed to improve the welfare of the community in the buffer village of Curiak Island, one of which is through community empowerment programs.

Abstract

This research project aims to examine the objective conditions of Marabahan Baru village, which serves as a buffer zone for Curiak Island. In particular, the research will focus on the social aspects of the local community. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilising field observations, in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis. The findings revealed that Marabahan Baru village, serving as a buffer zone for Curiak Island, confronts a multitude of social challenges, including relatively low educational attainment and restricted access to healthcare services. This research concludes that a unified approach is essential to enhance the well-being of the community in the buffer zone of Curiak Island, one such strategy being a community empowerment programme.
