Abstract

Humans are identical with a difference, because Allah Azza Wajalla created humans in different conditions. In fact, this difference has become a decree of Allah (Sunnatullah). On the other hand, humans are also given the nature of having a feeling of attraction to other types, especially when they hit puberty or adolescence. The feeling of attraction is the beginning of the feeling of belonging or the feeling of love. So for those who have reached a mature or mature age, they will focus their love on the desire to build a family or a household. Conflict in a household is a reality that cannot be avoided. Conflict can have a positive or negative impact. So managing conflict requires maturity to think. However, not all families are able to resolve their conflicts, therefore counseling is needed in resolving a conflict in the family, so that a peaceful family can be created or we are left with a sakinah mawadah warohmah family.

Abstract

Communication is very important in every relationship, both individually and in groups. When we want to communicate with other people, we do it effectively in any condition and it takes someone's readiness to receive information or questions from us. By communicating effectively, we can show a positive personality and open ourselves up to always grow and develop towards success together. In organizational communication, communication occurs both formally and informally, but in principle it discusses problems related to the service. In this article explain how to foster good communication in an organization, which aims to avoid an interpersonal conflict.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan berhubungan erat dengan pelestarian budaya dan pengetahuan tradisional, termasuk pengetahuan mengenai sistem pertanian, pemilihan benih, dan teknik pengolahan pangan yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal dalam sistem pertanian di Kampung Naga menggunakan metode etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Kuncen Kampung Naga, pemandu adat, serta anggota masyarakat setempat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pertanian di Kampung Naga mencerminkan hubungan harmonis antara manusia dan alam. Setiap tahapan, mulai dari penentuan musim tanam hingga pengelolaan hasil panen, dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kelestarian lingkungan dan kesejahteraan komunitas. Hal ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan melalui pendekatan pertanian berkelanjutan yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company size and audit committee size on audit quality in industrial goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Company size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets, while the audit committee is measured by the number of its members. Audit quality is proxied by the value of discretionary accruals. The sample consists of 31 companies that have consistently reported financial results for three consecutive years. The results show that the audit committee has a significant positive effect on audit quality, while company size has a significant negative effect on audit quality. The regression model demonstrates very high predictive ability, with an adjusted R² value of 0.985. These findings indicate that a strong internal oversight structure through an audit committee can improve audit quality, while operational complexity in large companies can potentially reduce audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Buku Saku Pembiasaan Nilai Budaya Berbasis Pola Asuh Orang Tua Dalam Membentuk Perilaku Anti Korupsi Di Kelas VII MTs USB Filial MTs  Negeri I Batam. Metode yang  digunakan adalah Research and Development  (R&D). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan teknik non tes yaitu berupa  angket untuk mengukur perilaku anti korupsi dan pola asuh orang tua, sebelum digunakan instrument tersebut diujicobakan kepada responden diluar sampel untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas butir instrument tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Setelah direvisi, dilakukan uji coba pemakaian media pembelajaran buku saku pembiasaan nilai budaya berbasis pola asuh orang tua yang dilakukan terhadap 28 siswa kelas VII MTs USB Filial MTs Negeri I Batam dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn materi perilaku anti korupsi. (2) Penilaian kelayakan oleh validator materi diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 93,18% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, sedangkan penilaian kelayakan oleh validator media diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 91,67% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. (3) Media pembelajaran buku saku pembiasaan nilai budaya berbasis pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk perilaku anti korupsi, layak dan efektif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn kelas VII MTs USB Filial MTs Negeri I Batam.

Abstract

Relevansi kurikulum dengan dunia kerja merupakan isu strategis dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis 53 jurnal nasional dan internasional untuk mengkaji hubungan kompleks antara desain kurikulum, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, dan strategi kolaborasi pendidikan-industri. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan fleksibilitas kepada sekolah dalam menyusun pembelajaran kontekstual. Fleksibilitas ini berpotensi mendorong penguasaan keterampilan abad ke-21: berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Namun, implementasi menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam kesiapan SDM, keterbatasan kemitraan industri, dan responsivitas terhadap perubahan pasar kerja. Bukti empiris menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi pendidikan-industri melalui program link and match dan model pembelajaran vokasional terbukti meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan. Negara dengan sistem kolaborasi kuat memiliki tingkat pengangguran terdidik lebih rendah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi keterampilan teknis-nonteknis, penguatan kemitraan, dan pembaruan kurikulum berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of Adobe Illustrator-based animated video media for teaching diversity and respect for religious and cultural differences in Grade VI at Bright School, South Jakarta. The background of this research is rooted in the low effectiveness of conventional teaching methods, which predominantly rely on lectures and non-interactive media, causing students to struggle in fully understanding the concept of diversity. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using a modified Borg & Gall model, consisting of needs analysis, design, development, expert validation, revision, and limited and wider trials. The subjects included 30 students, two subject matter experts, and two media experts. Research instruments comprised validation questionnaires, learning achievement tests (pre-test and post-test), and response questionnaires for both students and teachers. The validation results indicated that the media was deemed highly feasible, with an average score of 91%. Effectiveness testing revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes, from an average score of 60.4 (pre-test) to 83.1 (post-test), with an overall increase of 22.7%. Both students and teachers responded very positively, stating that the animation media was engaging, easy to understand, and motivating. It can be concluded that Adobe Illustrator-based animated video media is effective in enhancing students’ comprehension, tolerance, and respect for diversity, while serving as an innovative alternative for character-based learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ONLINE GAMBLING ADDICTION ON THE RAMPANT BEHAVIOR OF BORROWING MONEY AMONG PONDOK TERONG TEENAGERS, DEPOK CITYThe phenomenon of online gambling has become a new digital addiction, silently ensnaring teenagers in a cycle of dependency and impulsive behavior. This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of online gambling addiction on borrowing behavior among adolescents in Pondok Terong, Depok City. Using a quantitative correlational method with an ex-post facto design, the research involved 100 respondents aged 12–21 years, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results are striking: there is a very strong relationship between online gambling addiction and borrowing behavior, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.992 and a coefficient of determination of 0.985. This indicates that 98.5% of borrowing behavior can be explained by the level of online gambling addiction. The deeper adolescents fall into the digital gambling sphere, the greater their tendency to seek instant funds often through impulsive borrowing. These findings are more than just numbers; they serve as a social warning that the wave of online gambling has invaded the financial behavior of youth. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for preventive and social intervention strategies that are both creative and human-centered to mitigate the destructive impact of online gambling addiction..
