Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of human resource management in designing the work of employees at PT Pertani (Persero) Sulawesi Region. This study uses qualitative research by looking at the role of HR in Designing Employee Jobs at PT. PT Pertani (Persero) Sulawesi Region. And the analysis technique used is analyzing the data, reducing the data, compiling the results of data reduction, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that human resource management plays an important role in the continuity of the company's running, so that Human Resource Management (HR) must ensure that the company has a reliable workforce which is carried out when designing employee jobs because Human Resource Management is fairly important in determining factors of production. , building and in developing the company. The design that has a strategic impact on employees has been made by the management, namely, HR management in accordance with the company's needs, training to increase insight and product introduction to all employees and awards for employees who are dedicated to the company. The strategy that can be done in developing human resources is that employees must be updated with the times. Keep up with every technological development so we don't miss out. And conduct training for employees.

Abstract

Purpose-A company's internal and external elements might affect employee performance. This study focuses on how motivation, organizational culture, and competence influence employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach- The study population consisted of all employees at PT. Telkon Indonesia Regional VII.  Data for this study was collected through questionnaires and 54 respondents were collected. The data analysis of this study was processed using the SPSS 25 statistical tool. Findings-The findings showed that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance is positively impacted by competency and organizational culture. However, motivation shows the opposite effect on PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance. These findings suggest that encouraging a positive company culture and increasing staff competency can both enhance employee performance. However, motivation had an insignificant effect on increasing employee performance in this study. Research limitations/implications-For every company, it should be necessary to improve or optimize competence, work culture, and motivation in order to encourage morale which ultimately affects employee performance. This finding shows that improving employee performance can be done in various ways including internal and external aspects of the company. Originality/value-Study of employee performance in service business, especially PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII is still quite limited. Previous research similar to this study in measuring employee performance using different indicators and different objects.

Abstract

Many have carried out comprehensive testing. High work demands, but not accompanied by a conducive work environment can affect a person's productivity. This research is very important considering that work productivity is a demand, especially for study programs as a driver for the development and progress of a study program. Study programs have very extreme working hours which often cause some individuals to become stressed. This research emphasizes narsism in negative perceptions, uses secondary data and tries to construct other dimensions of narsism through positive perceptions which can stimulate work productivity both individually and in the surrounding environment. The objectives of this research are focused on 1) obtaining empirical evidence of the influence of narsism and job stressors on work productivity, 2) To check the tendency for narcissistic behavior to have a negative or positive value on work productivity. The research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The research results show that Narsism has no effect on work productivity, while Job Stressors have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (Sucofindo) Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 128 orang, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang yang diperoleh melalui perhitungan Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 1%. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda, uji determinasi (R²), dan uji t (parsial) yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, meskipun memiliki dampak positif. Sementara itu, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi, semakin meningkat produktivitas karyawan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dibandingkan dengan peran kepemimpinan. Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the integration of leadership strategy evaluation and succession planning in preparing future organizational leaders. It investigates how organizations can evaluate the effectiveness of current leadership strategies and align them with long-term organizational goals to ensure sustainable leadership continuity. Research Design and Methodology: This research employs a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to synthesize existing leadership strategy evaluation and succession planning research. The study examines key practices, challenges, and theoretical frameworks associated with leadership development and succession planning, drawing from recent studies published after 2018. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that organizations integrating leadership strategy evaluation with succession planning are better positioned to ensure leadership continuity. Effective leadership strategies focus on developing internal talent through structured training, mentorship, and job rotations. The study emphasizes the need for leadership strategies to be aligned with organizational goals, enabling future leaders to navigate long-term challenges effectively. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of overcoming challenges such as resistance to change and organizational culture in implementing effective succession planning. Implications: This research provides practical insights for organizations to align leadership development with succession planning, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. It emphasizes the importance of developing internal leadership pipelines, creating mentoring systems, and integrating human resource policies with strategic goals. Organizations are encouraged to foster a culture of internal mobility and continuous leadership development to ensure seamless transitions and minimize operational disruptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Role of Government in Developing the Competence of SME sectors in Galesong Selatan District, Takalar Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data processed are the results of interviews conducted with 5 informants, namely the Head of Government, Head of Economics, Wholesale Figures, Craftsmen, Street Vendors. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation.The results of the study are that the Government plays an active role in developing the competence of SME sectors in South Galesong District through product innovation training, development of SME (small medium enterprise) training. This program aims to improve skills, competitiveness, and marketing of local products, so that MSMEs can contribute more to the regional economy.
