Abstract

Indonesia dan Australia memiliki jumlah penyandang disabilitas yang signifikan. Keadaan ini kemudian memicu permasalahan terkait pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas di dalam kedua negara. Indonesia dan australia telah meratifikasi convention on the rights of persons with disabillities terkait hak - hak penyandang disabilitas, tindakan ini telah menunjukan   concern   antara   kedua   negara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan hak penyandang disabilitas. Indonesia dan Australia mengimplementasikan konvensi tersebut kedalam kebijakan negara masing-masing. Akantetapi, kebijakan Indonesia dengan Australia memiliki kebijakan yang cenderung berbeda. Penanganan terkait hak penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia cenderung berjalan lambat dan masih terdapat masalah dalam proses implementasi kebijakan. Hal ini terjadi karena orientasi dari kebijakan Indonesia yang cenderung masih menggunakan pendekatan medis dan berbasis pada pemberian santunan dengan leading sector kementerian sosial. Berbeda halnya dengan Australia yang melakukan transformasi komprehensif tentang kebijakan dan implementasi terkait disabilitas dengan melakukan pendekatan sosial, membentuk komisi khusus disabilitas dan menjadikan Departement of Social Service serta Departement of Foreign Affairs and Trade dalam implementasi  kebijakan.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kebijakan antara Indonesia dan Australia, sehingga diakhir penelitian dapat diperoleh pembelajaran dan paket kebijakan yang komprehensif serta  disability-friendly  terhadap pemenuhan hak penyandang disabilitas.

Abstract

Para kelompok tani yang mengolah nira menjadi gula aren di desa bissoloro masih sangat manual. Mereka terkendala pada teknik dan inovasi serta manajemen yang baik dalam pengolahan tersebut, serta butuh pengemasan produk yang lebih baik untuk pemasaran yang lebih maju. Jika pengelolaan gula aren di desa Bissoloro dilakukan dengan baik maka potensi penghasilannya akan sangat besar, sebab pohon enau yang merupakan sumber bahan dasar pembuatan aren tumbuh dengan subur di desa tersebut. Maka salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari PKM ini yaitu bagaimana pengelolaan gula aren yang bersih dan suci menurut syariat Agama Islam dan kesehatan serta mengandung nilai jual yang tinggi pengolahan, pengemasan dan pemasaran yang sudah berstandar ekonimis. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu: Tahap persiapan, pra pelatihan, Tahap Assesment/ Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, tahap kontroling, evaluasi, dan terminasi. Adapun hasil dari PKM in yaitu 1) Mitra memiliki ilmu dan keterampilan praktis dalam mengolah air nira menjadi gula aren (Teori dan Praktek tentang pengolahan, pengemasan, dan pemasaran menurut standar Agama, Kesehatan dan social ekonomi); 2) Mitra dapat mengolah air nira menjadi gula aren secara simpel dan praktis, mengemas produk yang lebih baik, menarik, dan hygenis serta memasarkan produk secara lebih luas (online maupun offline); 3) Mitra mampu membentuk organisasi kelompok tani pembuat gula aren yang terorganisir. The farmer groups who process sap into palm sugar in Bissoloro village are still very manual. They are constrained by technique and innovation as well as good management in the processing, and need better product packaging for more advanced marketing. If the management of palm sugar in Bissoloro village is carried out properly, the potential for income will be very large, because the palm tree which is the source of the basic ingredients for making palm sugar thrives in the village. So one of the goals to be achieved from this PKM is how to manage clean and holy palm sugar according to Islamic and health laws and contain high selling values, processing, packaging and marketing that have economic standards. The service method is carried out through several stages, namely: the preparation stage, pre-training, the Assessment/Activity Implementation Stage, the controlling, evaluation, and termination stages. The results of this PKM are 1) Partners have knowledge and practical skills in processing sap water into palm sugar (Theory and Practice on processing, packaging, and marketing according to Religion, Health and socio-economic standards); 2) Partners can process sap water into palm sugar in a simple and practical way, package products that are better, attractive, and hygienic and market products more broadly (online and offline); 3) Partners are able to form an organized group of palm sugar producers.

Abstract

Pengarusutamaan gender sebagai strategi pembangunan dalam pencapaian kesetaraan dan keadilan gender. Di Indonesia, keterlibatan perempuan dalam pembangunan masih dihadapkan pada beragam persoalan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakadilan gender, inisiasi untuk terciptanya kesetaraan gender dilakukan namun kurang berdampak. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kebijakan pemberdayaan perempuan yang inklusif dan friendly dapat meningkatkan partisipasi perempuan dalam pembangunan, dan dinamika proses implementasi kebijakan gender-mainstreaming yang masih menemukan kendala. Teknik analisis gender pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Pengarusutamaan Gender sebagai suatu metode untuk melihat pemberdayaan perempuan yang menggunakan kategori analitis yang saling berkaitan yang meliputi; Kesejahteraan, Akses, Kesadaran Kritis, Partisipasi dan Kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kebijakan yang ber-pengarusutamaan gender di Indonesia mengalami penurunan yang signifikan saat pandemic covid-19 dan perlahan inisiasi peningkatan implementasi kebijakan pasca covid-19 mulai dilakukan, pengarusutamaan gender akan memberi peluang perempuan untuk mencapai kesetaraan dan keadilan dalam pembagunan

Abstract

Sosialisasi Penerapan Hukum Lingkungan Di Desa Tambe Kecamatan Bolo Kabupaten Bima dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan serta memperkuat penegakan hukum lingkungan. Program ini mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya perlindungan lingkungan, melibatkan mereka dalam kerja bakti membersihkan sampah, dan menyusun strategi hukum. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, partisipasi aktif dalam konservasi, dan penyusunan rekomendasi hukum. Implikasinya, program ini berperan penting dalam mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan terkait lingkungan hidup dan menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, lestari, serta kolaborasi antara universitas dan pemerintah daerah. Program yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya konkrit dalam mengedukasi dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam upaya perlindungan dan penegakan hukum lingkungan demi mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Nomor 15, yaitu "Melindungi, memulihkan, dan mempromosikan pengelolaan yang lestari pada hutan, menghentikan deforestasi, menghentikan dan membalikkan degradasi lahan, dan menghentikan kehilangan keanekaragaman hayati."

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of the occupational safety and health (K3) program has an effect on increasing the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. Lonsum Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is quantitative, namely a research method that uses numerical data with a sample size of 52 respondents and uses data analysis techniques: validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis. Based on the results of research conducted at the data collection, data management and data analysis stages regarding the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) on the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. London Sumatra (Lonsum) Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded that the implementation of the occupational safety and health program has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. London Sumatra (Lonsum) Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fostering independence and moral development on increasing the capacity building of residents assisted by the Bulukumba Class IIA Correctional Institution. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem studied. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and distributing questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21 application regarding the influence of fostering independence and moral development on increasing the capacity building of residents assisted by the Bulukumba Class IIA Penitentiary. which has been discussed in the previous chapter, the author draws a conclusion, namely that the development of independence and the development of morals have a positive and significant effect on increasing the capacity building of the inmates of the Bulukumba Class IIA Penitentiary as evidenced by the regression coefficient for the development of independence of 0.212 and a thiung value of 4.965 > ttable 1.990 with significance value 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the regression coefficient for moral development is 0.354 and the thiung value is 11,210 > ttable 1.990 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the exact analysis of the work environment in improving the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang. This type of research is qualitative. The type of data used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. The object of this research is the manager and employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang, totaling five people. The results of the research that can be written show that the non-physical work environment at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is inadequate It is said to be inadequate because communication between coworkers is less harmonious. The factor for the lack of communication at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is the fatigue factor or work pressure factor. The physical work environment at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Panakkukang is not ideal as there are still some office facilities that have not been fulfilled and this affects the work environment of employees and will have an impact on the survival of the company

Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research with the aim of finding out how work discipline improves employee performance at the General Administration, Finance and Resources Bureau of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The type of data used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. Research results that can be written show that a high level of discipline influences better performance, higher productivity and more consistent target achievement. Factors such as punctual attendance and completing tasks according to schedule are important indicators of the level of work discipline. On the other hand, lack of discipline can result in decreased performance and instability in achieving targets.

The purpose of this research is to determine The Influence of Leadership Style and Workload on PT Employee Performance. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This sample was taken from the PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculation through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 26 regading The Influence of Leadership Style and Workload on PT Employee Performance. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar which has been discussed in the previous chapter, then the author draws an important conclusion, namely leadership style and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style needs to be further improved, especially the ability to motivate and control emotions because from the results of the second respondent's response, this is still a shortage of leaders and employee workload needs to be paid more attention, especially to working conditions because it can be seen from the research results that working conditions are still something that people complain about. employee.

Abstract

Many have carried out comprehensive testing. High work demands, but not accompanied by a conducive work environment can affect a person's productivity. This research is very important considering that work productivity is a demand, especially for study programs as a driver for the development and progress of a study program. Study programs have very extreme working hours which often cause some individuals to become stressed. This research emphasizes narsism in negative perceptions, uses secondary data and tries to construct other dimensions of narsism through positive perceptions which can stimulate work productivity both individually and in the surrounding environment. The objectives of this research are focused on 1) obtaining empirical evidence of the influence of narsism and job stressors on work productivity, 2) To check the tendency for narcissistic behavior to have a negative or positive value on work productivity. The research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The research results show that Narsism has no effect on work productivity, while Job Stressors have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar.
