Abstract

Pendidikan Islam dewasa ini tengah menjadi studi perbincangan dan perhatian masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara, karena Pendidikan Islam saat ini masih dipertanyakan mutu dan kualitasnya, kredibilitasnya, dan eksistensinya dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang benar-benar unggul secara IMTAQ maupun IPTEKnya dengan memiliki bekal kompetensi, akhlakul karimah, dan keterampilan yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam bidang kehidupan. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menelaah konsep Pendidikan Islam dari pemikiran KH. Noer Ali yang dikaji dan dianalisis pada penelitian Skripsi ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yang menajdikan bahan pustaka sebagai sumber data utama dan acuan dalam penelitian melalui karya-karya yang menulis tentang KH. Noer Ali. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari sumber utama dan nmenggali informasi lainnya dari sumber sekunder. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan interpretasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui Konsep pendidikan agam Islam menurut KH. Noer Ali dan beliau selalu mengatakan ada tiga unsur yaitu : mencetak orang benar, pintar , kreative (skill). Benar disini tentu bersumberkan pada Wahyu Allah SWT (Al Qur an) yang absolute kebenarannya yang datang langsung dari Tuhan dan sunah sunah yang telah di sampaikan oleh Rasulullah SAW. Serta pintar secara kognitif secara pemikirannya, keilmuannya, kemudian daya saingya dan yang terakhir adalah kreatif ini adalah life skill untuk membangun pribadi-pribadi atau peserta didik yang mampu bersaing dan hidup di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan mampu menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a behavioristic approach in learning algorithms and programming with Python and explore the factors supporting and hindering the process. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the subjects being students from the Mathematics Education Study Program. Data were collected through triangulation, which included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the behavioristic approach significantly improved students' systematic thinking skills, with an average increase of 25% in algorithm understanding and problem-solving skills. Seventy-five percent of students reported increased confidence in solving algorithm problems. These findings support the principle of positive reinforcement in behavioristic learning theory. This study recommends integrating the behavioristic approach into the curriculum and further research to explore individual factors affecting learning outcomes. Thus, this study contributes to the development of more effective teaching methods in mathematics education and programming.

Abstract

Every human being according to law has the same rights and obligations, but not all of them are capable of carrying out legal actions. For persons with disabilities in carrying out legal actions they are under the protection of this article. The research method was carried out using a descriptive normative approach. Legal materials in the form of documents from library studies, court decisions. Analysis by examining the legal consequences arising from the judge's decision No. 53/Pdt. P/2020/PN Slw Tegal. The results of the study show that the legal consequence of determining the granting of disability by the court is in the form of giving the guardian authority to take legal action. Persons with disabilities are no longer able to carry out legal actions and in carrying out legal activities are carried out by supervisors. The custodian has the responsibility to carry out the mandate to protect those who are assisted in carrying out legal actions.Keywords: Judge's Consideration; Determination of Amnesty; Disabilities
