Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan strategi kepemimpinan imam Masjid dalam mengembangkan karakter remaja Masjid Assa’dah Teungku Chik Di Paloh Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe dan pelaksaan kepemimpinan imam Masjid dalam mengembangkan karakter remaja Masjid Assa’adah Teungku Chik Di Paloh Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Assa’adah Teungku Chik Di Paloh Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi imam Masjid, ketua Badan kemakmuran Masjid, ketua remaja Masjid, wakil Ketua remaja Masjid, sektaris remaja Masjid, dan anggota remaja Masjid. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan Strategi Kepemimpinan Imam Masjid Dalam Mengembangkan karakter Remaja Masjid Assa’adah Teungku Chik Di Paloh Pemerintah kota Lhokseumawe adalah perencanaan untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Demikian pula dengan perencanaan strategi kepemimpinan imam Masjid dalam mengembangkan karakter remaja Masjid merupakan panduan perencanaan dengan manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam suatu organisasi remaja Masjid. Dapat kita simpulkan bahwa, perencanaan strategi kepemimpinan imam Masjid ialah  penuntun bagi umat manusia untuk memiliki sikap mental dan kepribadian yang baik sesuai dengan yang ditunjukkan oleh Al-Qur’an dan hadist Nabi Muhammad saw. Pegembangan karakter ini sangatlah tepat untuk membentuk perkembangan mental kepribadian yang sangat baik kepada para remaja Masjid Assa’dah teungku Chik Di Paloh pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan  sesuai yang diharapkan dimasa akan datang. Adapun bentuk strategi imam Masjid adalah merobah pola pikir/membangun karakter, membangun komitmen, memberikan pembinaan rohani, memberikan motivasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan  imam Masjid ialah dialoq/diskusi, keteladanan, nasehat, pembiasaan dan kebiasaan, dan pendekatan. Dalam pelaksanaan strategi kepemimpinan imam Masjid dapat peneliti peroleh bahwa ada beberapa faktor dapat yang mendukung dan menghambat strategi kepemimpinan imam Masjid dalam mengembangkan karakter remaja Masjid Assa’adah Teungku Chik Di Paloh.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the efforts to empower parents in improving the results of tahfidz Al-Quran and at the Raudlatul Athfal Islamiyah institution in Ngasem Bojonegoro. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are: 1. Efforts to empower students' parents to improve the results of tahfidz al-quran and hadith at the Raudlatul Athfal Islamiyah Ngasem Bojonegoro institution occur through increasing parental awareness of their role as guardians of students in order to shape personalities towards the goodness and happiness of students. The empowerment of guardians of students is triggered by the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the Yahqi method which focuses on the involvement of guardians of students in addition to the use of tone and movement in memorizing short letters of the Koran and short hadiths. 2. Obstacles and obstacles that accompany the empowerment of guardians in improving the results of tahfidz al-quran and hadith at the Raudlatul Athfal Ngasem Bojonegoro institution consist of obstacles to the guardians of students, obstacles to managerial aspects and obstacles to psychological technical aspects.

Abstract

Local content in an education unit is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials prepared by the education unit by considering the surrounding potential so that the vision and mission of the education unit can be achieved. So in this case, an education unit is required to plan, organize, carry out matters related to local content and evaluate so that the achievement of learning can be maximized. Through the learning of local content of work skills, it is expected that students not only gain global academic knowledge, but also have concern for the social and cultural values that exist around them. In addition, the purpose of this learning is to equip the generation with life skills, so that students can adapt to society and compete in the world of work.   This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe, explain, and reveal the results regarding the management of new student admissions. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used are 1) observation 2) triangulation and 3) data checking. The results of research by researchers related to the application of work skills-based local content curriculum at MA Al - Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang are: 1) Planning local content curriculum work skills in accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the madrasah. 2) Curriculum organization which begins with curriculum mapping, schedule preparation based on the academic calendar, division of teaching duties, and arrangement of teaching hours through the selection process. 3) Implementation of the curriculum for the work skills program at MA Al-Ihsan emphasizes more on direct practical activities after the delivery of material. 4) Curriculum evaluation activities include evaluation of students and educators.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the competency management of graduates at MBI Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto. The research method that has been used is qualitative with a case study approach. Retrieval techniques and observation, interviews and documentation. Competency Management Graduates at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto, the researchers concluded, a) Conducted selection based on general ability, b.) tested with their religious knowledge, c.) tested for formal competence in mathematics, physics, biology, English and psychological tests, d.) matriculation for equalizing Arabic, English, writing pegon letters and making Olympic classes for class 10 f.) special class 11-12, in class 12 it is focused on foreign classes, official class, and UTBK class for domestic.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving the ability and performance of teachers in Compulsory Primary Schools in Pekukuhan Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto County. The background of the study shows that although these madrasahs have limitations in budget, training, and facilities, the principals have a key role in managing human resources in a participatory and context-appropriate manner. The study used a qualitative method with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with madrasah principals and the teachers, as well as documentation. The data obtained was descriptively analyzed to identify human resource management practices, supportive and hindering factors, as well as the leadership role of madrasah principals. The results of the study indicate that human resource management in these madrasas is applied in a flexible manner, with a focus on informal development, internal training, and reinforcement of religious values. Supporting factors were mainly the leadership of the principal who was easily invited to communicate and a familiar work culture among the staff. However, there are several major barriers, including lack of funding, limited access to technology, and there is not yet a ready-made performance evaluation system. Even so, this context-appropriate human resource management approach proved to be effective in improving teachers’ motivation and performance, suggesting that humane and adaptable leadership is capable of overcoming structural disadvantages. This study underlines the importance of sensitive leadership and the development of a supportive work culture in human resource development in educational environments with limited resources.
